I highly recommend Egypt Tailor Made Tours and Sabry, our tour guide, to anyone planning a trip to Egypt. The planning of the trip by Naglaa Mohammed was flawless; communication was prompt and clear, and the whole process was very transparent. I never felt like there was a 6 hour time difference because she responded no matter what hour of the day I had a question or request. We specifically requested Sabry as our tour guide as we had heard he was the best; and for sure, he was the best. Our 3 days with Sabry was filled with history and his incredible memory of every important historical date. He was very detailed as he answered our questions, he patiently waited when we wanted to stop and admire a piece of art or monument some more. And he is an incredible photographer; we got the best shots of everything and more. He is adept at using features of our iPhone that we didn’t know existed. We felt safe at all times. Most importantly, Sabry has a good heart. My family rated him 13 out of 10 stars, but I can say there are not enough stars to rate him. I heard of Egypt Tailor Made through Earthtrekkers.com and I am very glad I used them for my trip. And I was lucky we got Sabry as our guide. If you are planning a trip to Egypt, do not hesitate to contact Naglaa Mohammed to plan your trip and ask for Sabry as your guide. Priceless!!

I am a solo traveler and booked the layover tour and visited the Pyramids in Giza, the museum, and the bazaar. They were on time to pick me up from the airport and drop me off in the afternoon. I wish I had more time to explore Cairo but I only had one day. The tour was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it. Heba is a super knowledgeable guide, like having a PHD Egyptologist along with you.

Our tour with Egypt Tailor Made lead by the wonderful Mrs. Heba was a fantastic experience!! The tour was everything we could have asked for and then some. Heba had lots of wonderful information to answer all of our questions, took wonderful family photos for us, and allowed us to dictate where we went and how long we spent there. Our rides were comfortable and we felt very safe the whole time. I would highly recommend this tour and the fabulous Heba as a tour guide to anyone in the Cairo area with interest of seeing the incredible pyramids.

My son and I spent 2 days in early March 2024 sightseeing in Cairo with guide Sabry and driverMohammed of Egypt Tailor Made, touring the Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum and the Bazaar. Sabry is very knowledgeable and really brings the sights to life and is enthusiastic in explaining them. His English is excellent and he is good company. Mohammed drives well and knows all the Cairo shortcuts! We would recommend booking your tour with Egypt Tailor Made and asking for Sabry and Mohammed in Cairo.

We had an amazing full day tour with our guide Sabry and driver Mostafa to the Pyramids , Sphinx , Egyptian Museum and Khan al kHalili. Sabry arrived to our hotel promptly to start our private tour, he is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great lesson on the history throughout the day, he knew the best photo spots to take us to and is also an excellent photographer as well. Mostafa always met us at the perfect spot to continue to the next site. Highly recommend a tour with Sabry and Mostafa you wont be disappointed.

Egypt has so much to offer - beautiful scenery, friendly people, rich culture, and of course plenty of history. I wish I could write a positive review. I booked a tour with Egypt Tailor Made; on the bright side, the car seemed brand new, and the guide explained much of the history as we visited the sites. However. Multiple times I had to pay more than the price I was quoted by Egypt Tailor Made: * The tour itself was listed on the website as a certain amount. When I reached out to Egypt Tailor Made, they instead claimed the tour price was 25% higher. This comes across as deceptive - I would recommend Egypt Tailor Made stay consistent with their website. * Egypt Tailor Made indicated I would pay 540 EGP for entry to the pyramids area. Ok. On the tour, when we went to the ticket booth, I was asked to also pay for car parking, an additional 20 EGP. This too comes across as deceptive - I would recommend Egypt Tailor Made consistently report 560 EGP as the expected amount. Worse, after the tour of the Pyramids and the Sphinx, the tour guide took us on a detour "to see how papyrus is made". What followed was a prolonged hustle where the papyrus shop (Egypt Papyrus Museum) tried to sell me overpriced artwork I didn't want to buy. And the papyrus shop further lied by claiming purchases made there were duty free. I recommend people considering Egypt Tailor Made first search "papyrus scam" and "Egypt Papyrus Museum" online - forewarned is forearmed. To the owners of Egypt Tailor Made: please understand the main reason I booked a tour guide was to keep the hustlers and scammers away. By instead taking tourists directly to a hustle, you are driving away the very tourism you depend on. Please stop.

I had an exceptional experience with Egypt Tailor Made DayTours, thanks to the wonderful tour guides Mrs. Heba and Ghada. Both are highly recommendable, doubling as amazing photographers during our journey. Their detailed explanations at each site enriched our understanding. Mrs. Heba went the extra mile, helping us change money, while Ghada ensured our hydration during the entire Aswan and Luxor journey. The friendly drivers added to the overall delightful experience.

Communication was available through WhatsApp during the tour and responses were always prompt. Mr. Ahmad Zaki was one of the best tour guides I have ever worked with. The tour started the moment I was picked up in the morning from where I was staying. We stopped for a quick morning coffee before we went to the museum. I was pleasantly surprised by how he set up the overarching history over the course of the drive, only to delve into the different points with more details the moment we entered the museum. He ensured that I got the most out of my experience at the museum, and would explain the history behind the artefacts with enough detail to keep me engaged. He answered any questions I had as well. When we went to Khan Khaleeli together, he always ensured and prioritised my safety over the course of the tour. He knew the best shops to enter, and gave me advice over how to navigate the historic site. We also stopped for a quick bite before we continued to the last part of our journey. Our last stop was the pyramids. All the historical information that he had given me over the course of the day (in addition to a slideshow presentation during the drive) provided me with a ton of context and background information which I felt was necessary to fully appreciate one if the seven wonders of the world. He helped me get tickets to both enter the complex and see the inner part of the largest pyramid. He arranged for a camel ride, and another walk by the sphinx. He provided me with a ton of interesting facts and details over the course of the tour. I can’t imagine seeing all these sites alone in one day. The quality of the tour was incredible, and I highly recommend booking with Mr. Ahmad Zaki. The trip wouldn’t have gone nearly as smoothly if it weren’t for our driver, Mr. Mostafa. He was promptly there at the agreed upon time, dropped us off at the different locations, let me keep my stuff in the car, and picked us up the moment we were done. He finally dropped me off back where he picked me up.

We have done many tours with various tour companies around the world. This company was particularly professional and well organized, from the moment we arrived at the airport to the guided tours, and finally to drop off back at the airport. Our guide, Heba, spoke perfect English, and was able to answer even the most obscure questions about the pharaohs that we could throw at her. I highly recommend this tour company and especially our guide, Heba.

I had a wonderful time on this day tour. The tour guide Mohammed Abdul Aziz was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The pyramids were amazing to see in person and I was a huge fan of the museum, there is so much to see there. I felt safe the entire time which is always something I’m concerned about as a solo female traveller. The driver Mohammad Kazafi was an excellent driver that got us everywhere safely and quickly and played some great Egyptian music. Huge bonus was the great food that they brought me to. I am thankful for the wonderful time I had in Egypt because of the people I got to meet.

Cairo and the Nile has been on my husbands bucket list since a child so wanted to get the trip right. Booking our transfers and tour with Walid of Tailor made was one of the best decisions. He has been so responsive and helpful. If you have never been to Cairo driving around is an experience in itself, the drivers have to be so alert and on the day of our tour Mohammed was fantastic - thank you Mohammed. A few days ago I visited Egypt for the first time. I worked with Egypt Tailor Made to coordinate all the transfers and guided tours in Cairo. It was a fantastic experience interacting with such professional people. Communication was done via emails and Whatsapp and was very smooth. I had the pleasure to spend time with Heba who was my tour guide in Cairo. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about her profession. She was able to explain in detail the history of the sites we were visiting. She also helped me out with my photographs given that i was travelling on my own. All the drivers were safe and reliable apart from being nice people. They also kept me well hydrated and cooled down whilst going from one activity to another. I highly recommend Egypt Tailor Made and Heba if you want to have a wonderful experience when visiting Cairo. You won't be disappointed.

Had an excellent tour with Mr. Sabry. We had a chance to see the Giza pyramids, Khan el Khalili market (with an incredible lunch!), and the museum. Mr. Sabry knew his Egyptian history well and shared in a way that was understandable and interesting. He managed traffic and line ups well.
