Our guide was amazing and the tour was exceptional. It felt like a customized tour with refreshments and good laughts. Bus: Modern - Clean and very spacious Food: Cold Refreshments all the time and the food on the boat later on was lovely. Guide: Very great service and always again.

All good, just in the middle of the tour the van's air conditioning didn't work

Overall good experience, the guide Mohammed 1st was nice and with great humour. It was a bit expensive for only visiting a museum and a street full of little shops. We learned a lot with the guide and the museum was interesting (more like a storage space), so many things to see! Be aware that they are opening new museums in Cairo where they are moving most of the artifacts!

Even if we didn't always understand our German-speaking guide 100%, he was still very friendly and extremely accommodating. He accompanied us very well through the spectacular museum. We can only recommend the tour, we had a great day! Thanks a lot for this!

My husband and I had Mario for a tour guide and didn't have a great experience. I am pregnant and almost fainted at the museum, and he didn't seem too concerned and wanted us to press on. Mario also did not speak clear English so we really didn't understand what he said during our tour.

The guide picked us up at the hotel, explained and showed us everything very competently in the museum and then gave us enough free time to see everything ourselves. Then he showed us a mosque near the bazaar. Then we went to the bazaar which is huge. You could easily get lost without a guide. The excursion was well structured and very informative.

Unfortunately, the pick-up at the hotel did not work, the driver had written down a wrong name. When we finally found each other after 40 minutes, we drove around aimlessly for over 1 hour in Cairo (the museum is about 10 minutes away from the hotel) and then met 2 other groups who had booked at a later time. I can understand that you prefer larger groups to small groups and want to combine the booked dates, but it shouldn't work that way. About the museum tour: It was halfway ok, but the guide was in a bit of a hurry, I went back the next day to explore the rest

Perfectly organized, Amin our guide was very well read and had a lot of knowledge. He brought us up to date on history and culture. I would recommend GYG anytime.

Paying so much to then have to pay again for the museum when it's written that it's included... then we were left alone in the bazaars... well, in short, super disappointed Fortunately, our driver was super pleasant and attentive to our needs, so might as well take a taxi and do everything by yourself … because that's exactly the impression we had.

The museum is a wonderful experience. The Bazaar is rather busy and crowded.

Transport was an hour and a half late so we saw the museum quickly and had lunch at 5pm! We also had to see the bazaar without a guide. Too much money badly spent.

This tour was a total scam. Left for hours in a jewelry store until someone bought something. Taken only to one store in the market. Upsold other options on the tour with no alternative (e.g. we have to pay an extra 250 each to get to lunch via the river). Couldn’t understand the tour guide, wasn’t very interesting in the museum. Very disappointed.
