He also helped us understand how our current lives is impacted by Egyptian culture. I went from Luxor to Aswan on a Nile River cruise in April. My friends and I had the best time in a once in a lifetime journey. The cruise, MS Tulip, was clean, modern, with great rooms, and amazing food and hospitality. Our guide, Noor, was very well studied in ancient Egyptian history and educated us in many nuanced details on the temples and customs of the old and new kingdoms. Noor made us feel very welcome and gave great advice on how to enjoy the rest of our trip and we really appreciated his insights. Overall, we had an amazing time and would recommend this trip to anyone.

This tour company is expensive and outdated. After we arrived we figure out that everything in egypt is very cheap and started to do our own research about expenses etc, then we realised they took a lot of margin on the tour package which we don’t mind as long as the tour is nice and hotel is relaxing, we paid more than 5000 usd for 2 adults and 2 childs for 7 days ( international flight excluded ) trust me this is a lot of money for egypt, we come with another family 3 adults and 2 children, which is another 6000 usd for them so they have got more than 11 thousand usd from us only for only 7 days tour, we didn’t asked for a discount when usually tour company will give you discount if you booked for more people, we know this because we have quite experienced in booking a tour all over world. Then we arrived, I already whatsapp the office we just arrived, but at the immigration we couldn’t find tour guide who supposed to helped us with the visa, he supposed to hold card with our name but he is no where to be found, we whatsapp the office no reply, than we waited quite long but he still no where to be found, luckily we have international minutes but some people might not have, so we can call the tour office because they didn’t give us the guy number or whatsapp, and this is happened also during our domestic flight, so it happened twice! Than they took us to the hotel, I know we booked standard package for cairo and deluxe for cruise but we paid really expensive for egypt price even if its a standard package the price it wasn’t standard, so we didn’t expect to be put in a hotel in a most dirty, slum and ghetto location, I mean seriously, and the room that they gave us also very small and overlooking other building wall, it was really shocking. 3 months ago we’ve been in turkey with same amount of money to spend but we get prime location with beautiful hagia sophia view and turkey is like 3 times more expensive than egypt, I just can not believe with the amount of money we paid they put us in a most ghetto location with metro construction in the front of the hotel. The hotel is clean but in a very ghetto location, muddy road and it’s very far, you can forget to walk outside of the hotel as the location is very bad and far from tourist location. Than let’s talk about the cruise, I don’t feel anything deluxe from the cruise eventhough we paid for deluxe cruise, honestly it feels like a very standard cruise as well as the room, room are very small and not deluxe at all , so don’t bother to pay deluxe package with this tour because you won’t get the expectation that you imagine, just lower down your expectations when you do your booking with them, try to understand this that we booked the tour during a very low season and according to them many clients are cancelling their booking because of the war in their neighbour country, so honestly they can do much better with their quality and services for us, but no they had to book us this cheap hotel room eventhough there are plenty of much better option they can give us since is not a high season. The tour activities and programs it self it’s OK. But my personal opinion it’s outdated, it feels like tour program from early 20’s, they will take you to the most touristic and tourist trap places, when actually there are many other places unique and really really nice to visit and not many tourist know this places, it will be nice if they gave us knowledge and options of what to visit, we found all this place later on after we did our own research, so yah it quite a bummer, during tour program tour guide also always wanted to be in a hurry but then you ended up with a lot time spare after, I feel like we missed a lot of important information because we always have to be in a hurry, tour guide always said we don’t have enough time when we ended up having extra time left. They also have weird lunch program, they always feed us lunch so late without thinking we have children with us, we had lunches between 2-4pm so most of the time we all ended up tired, starving and grumpy during the tour. After all egypt is really unique experience and definitely a must visit country, will we comeback? Definitely, there are so many unique places we haven’t visit, but will we use their service again!? Most definitely NOT!

The tour guides were wonderful. Very knowledgeable! We were pick up at the Cairo airport, ushered through customs and arrived at our hotel with no problems. The hotel was lovely with an extensive breakfast We opted for some extra trip experiences while in Cairo. Which were well worth the cost. Guides and transportation were always on time and helpful. This was a wonderful experience for our family of seven people ranging from 9 years old to 75 years old. Be rady to do lots of walking!

Ahmed ELSAYED was informative, funny, accessible, kind, and respectful of everyone. He contributed greatly to the overall experience of the trip. My husband and I can't say enough great things about him. We would want him as a guide on any trip we took in all around the world

We are currently on our honeymoon and we just finished our Nile river cruise on the Jaz Jubilee from Luxor to Aswan. The ships staff was incredible and so kind. We had run into an issue with our shower but once we called the front desk within 10-15 minutes someone had already come up and fixed it for us. Our waiter Mahmoud was so kind and took such good care of us the entire time we were there and Khaled who oversees the restaurant was also amazing and on top of everything there. They even sang an amazing Arabic song for my husband and I and made us a cake when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Our tour guide Noor who was with us throughout the entire cruise from Luxor to Aswan was outstanding! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of all the places we went to and was an all around great person to get to know over these past few days. He is definitely the guide you would want when coming here. We also did additional tours such as a hot air ballon and visiting the Abu simbel temples. Our entire trip was planned out by Mai and everything was coordinated so perfectly for our trip from the sightseeing to airport pick up and drop off and our domestic flights! We are truly grateful for everything! And we are looking forward to our tours around Cairo and Alexandria! Also definitely recommend just using USD, or Euros when coming here, especially cash. You can use EGP but it ends up being easier if you use cash instead!

Our experience working with Nile Cruisers to plan our trip in Egypt was fantastic! Our consultant that helped plan the trip was Mai. Mai was very quick to respond to my many questions & once our vacation started she was in contact throughout to ensure we were happy with how things were going. Our trip started with 3 days in Cairo with guide Mohammed. We appreciated his energy & his knowledge showing us around the amazing sites. He also knows all the best places to capture the perfect picture! We flew to Luxor & had 4 day sail from Luxor to Aswan seeing all the sites along the way on the Movenpick MS Sunray. The boat was great it met our expectations & the staff here really went above & beyond to ensure our comfort. Our guide for this portion of the trip Noor was exceptional his knowledge & passion made ancient Egypt come alive for us. He is an excellent guide & we were happy to get to know him. Nike Cruisers was amazing and made our vacation one of the most memorable and enjoyable experience. We took the Cairo and Nile cruise package. Right from the moment we landed in Cairo they took care of every minute detail - from picking us up from the airport, immigration, transfer and checkin to the hotel etc. In Cairo Ahmed out tour lead quickly organized a city tour for us at short notice. Our guide to the museums and pyramids (Dina) was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Egypt She has a PhD and is a lecturer in a university and has an amazing enthusiasm about Egyptology. After spending 3 days in Cairo we flew to Aswan. Nile Cruisers again didn’t disappoint as the transfer was seamless. Our guide in Aswan and Luxor (Hany Ashour) was one of the best we have experienced on any vacation. He was patient with our questions and organized things we wanted to do with a smile. Every trip we took with Nile Cruisers was a private experience in a comfortable van. They truly took care of us and made our vacation special.

Tour Guide Ms Hadeer- When me and my family went on a trip to Egypt back in December 2023, we met Hadeera as our tour guide for the day trip to Giza. We visited the pyramids and a few other places and Hadeera explained the amazing history with good English and made it easy to understand. Being vegetarians, we thought finding food would be difficult but she took us to a buffet with plenty of food options and also took us to a souvenir shop. She was extremely polite, knowledgable, had a great sense of humour, great photography skills and took some really creative photos for us with all the iconic monuments. She also introduced us to modern Egyptian music and told us about her love for music. She really made our experience unforgettable

Me any my wife was picked up from the airport by our driver and our guied Engy Ashour (Gigi). First day we have visited the Egyptian Museum and the Citadel, second day the Saqqara and the Giza pyramids full day. Our guide Engy was extremely helpful, sincere and she was really explaning every important issue to us. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed a lot during our 2 days Cairo travel. I strongly recommend her to any one who will visit Cairo. Our car was comfortable and the driver was also good. We are very happy with the tour in general, thank you to the Nile Cruisers and to Engy!

We booked Nile Cruisers for our honeymoon and overall were very satisfied with our trip. Almost all of it -- hotels, domestic travel, tours, tickets, and items in our itinerary -- was handled for us and there was flexibility to make additions during the trip as desired. The only part we handled ourselves was showing up to Egypt. The highlight was our tour guides. Deen Mosleh (Cairo / Alexandria / Memphis / Saqqara), Mohamed Ahmed (Aswan / Kom Ombo / Luxor), and Mohammed Noor (Dendera / Abydos) were exceptionally knowledgable, patiently fielded our many questions, kept us well fed and hydrated (and accommodated food allergies), and were adept at getting us from place to place with maximal efficiency and minimal waiting in lines. Our main reason for coming to Egypt was to scratch a historical itch and they satisfied that fully. Company staff were generally responsive, flexible, hospitable, and added thoughtful touches like honeymoon flowers. Drivers were very good (especially Osama). The hotels booked for us were usually high quality. Meals included in the itinerary were good. And we were able to incorporate a decent amount of free time as well to relax or pursue our own activities. Our experience was certainly not cheap but I think we ended the trip feeling like we got our money's worth. Would recommend.

We had a very enjoyable trip to Egypt. We booked the deluxe tour with 3 days in Cairo and 4 days travelling by cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Our guide, Noor, provided us with detailed explanations of what we were seeing in the temples along the Nile river and the tombs of the great Valley of the Kings. We wrapped up our trip with an awesome night in the White Desert, where Omnia, the organizer of our trip, accompanied us. It was nice spending time with her and getting to know more about Egypt and its culture. We were pleased with our accomodations at the Steigenberger Tahriri hotel in the middle of Cairo. The cruise was also nice, but we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't really use the pool as it was not heated and the jacuzzi on the deck was broken. Otherwise it was a nice experience and we liked experimenting Egyptian culture accompanied by great people. Special mention to our driver Yasser who most expertly drove us throughout Cairo and beyond.

My experience in Cairo was wonderful. Me and my mother had a wonderful time. The people in Cairo are very humble & nice. The only thing I say to be aware of is the minor hidden fees, like paying for drinks,tipping everyone, depending on what time you land & leave you may have to pay for extra nights at the hotel. Other than that everything is wonderful.
