Driver was 1 hour late because he was waiting at the wrong terminal. It took us 45 minutes to get the agency responding to our messages and calls.

The trip was smooth. Our driver was waiting for us with our name written. Trip was nice as well. There was clear communication a day before. Only the car could have been better.

Nobody came to get us. They lied. They said the driver came, they kept us waiting for 1 hour, but no one came.
