We had a comfortable and pleasant journey from our hotel in Giza to Cairo airport. Our driver, Muhammad Imam, communicated with us well, was very professional, and he was a great driver. I would highly recommend this company.

Had an excellent experience with them. Our driver Captain Iman Mohammad was already waiting outside the airport and was very welcoming and her driving was great. She knew the city and roads very well and dropped us exactly at our destination.

I desl with them for transportation from the airport to my place of residence Thanks for the good behavior and behavior of the driver The trip was good and comfortable I advise those in charge in the company to increase the waiting time more than 45 minutes after arrival for customers from airport because the Procedures upon arrival may be long inside the airport due to any delay in prosses inside airport r, like what happened to me due to the delay in the arrival of bags, which took most of the waiting time. I will deal with them again in the future

We booked a private transfer from our hotel in Giza to Cairo Airport and our driver Muhammad Imam drove us safely. Not only that, We supposed to be pick up in hotel around 03:30pm. Since our tour finished early, We asked Muhammad if He can pick us earlier than we booked. He promptly agreed.

Recently used Rimo Travels for a one-day trip in Cairo with a very specific itinerary in mind. Agreed direct transfer from the airport to our chosen destinations, including the pyramids, and back to the airport. Advised tour operator we do not want tour guide and do not want to visit any bazaars which was agreed upon. We simply needed transport to different locations we wanted to explore in Cairo. Unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth. We had scheduled a visit to the pyramids and sphinx in Giza and that's where the chaos and scamming started. The driver first took us to a tour guide/ papyrus shop, where a lady with loads of make up on her face (think her name was Huda or Dota) started explaining some stuff about Egyptian ancient culture which we did not ask for and felt pressured into listening to. She started shouting at us and treating us like kids. We complained straight away to driver who said he would fix issue and ensure she was not involved in our trip as agreed upfront However right after that she pushed us to buy papyrus for a value of 2500 EGP each. Straight away they started to try to sell us stuff we didn’t need and wanted loads valuable time. We felt super pushed by this woman who was unprofessional and aggressive somewhat scary! She actually forced us to write a "positive" review on a notebook and forced my cousin to take a picture with her. Talking non stop about her offers for future activities we might be able to do. Right after this the lady took us to a very badly maintained establishment where they offered camel, horse and carriage rides. They scammed us £50 for 1h carriage ride with a malnourished horse taking shortcuts and not stopping in the important places of the Giza complex. Not letting us alone for one second or even walk through the complex on our own to explore, which is the fun thing to do. But the worst part is that they got us in through the EXIT of the complex, clearly in partnership with the guards and even avoiding the security controls of the place. After this, the horse rider asked for a tip, gave us guilt trip saying he is needing to feed his family and even had the courage to ask for more money when we finished the tour, claiming that the money was to buy food for the horse. Even during lunch at 9 pyramids restaurant which we had pre booked this woman followed us there and awkwardly sat at our table pressuring us to finish our lunch quickly so we can get back to the horse office to pay them. She ruined lunch for us! Beware they try to scare you into going with them and give you no alternate option. When they say they work for the government, the more they say it the less true it is. The government actually doesn't give a damn about the place that's why they let these thieves live around the complex and scam people, they also get their cut too. Don't trust any of this people around Giza complex they're all scammers trying to rip off tourists. They're ruining the experience. Never again.

We booked the Shuttle with booking.com. Unfortunately, Booking.com gave them the wrong adress of the Hotel. But luckily our driver Fady did everything possible to find our Hotel. He even got us some fresh juice, while we were looking for our Hotel. Thank you, Fady!

I was greeted by Mohamed Hassan Abdel-Al right outside the airport. He drove me through Cairo rush hour traffic safely to get to my hotel in Giza. He also pointed out some tourist attractions along the way. I would definitely use this service again if I need pickup from Cairo airport.

Omar was my driver, he was very helpful especially with the language barrier he ensured i got to my hotel room, instead of just dropping on the reception, that was very thoughtful of him.

I booked my airport transit through Rimo and both coming and going to the airport were pleasant rides. Mohammed Randy took us to the airport on our last day and he was very punctual. He drove safely and got us to the airport right on time. He even gave us some history of the city along the way.
