This service was greAt!!! Our first time traveling to Egypt and they made us feel very secure that we had everything we needed. Our flight was two hours late and they were there waiting for us!

Arrangement was fabulous, as guide whisks you through immigration and then customs, before handing you off to a driver and guide who orientate you as you travel to your hotel.

the worst experience ever...I paid 51 euros to get a small car with 2 persons inside a driver and, an assistant from the company ...I booked this service to get an assistance inside the airport with the luggage and so on and no one waited me inside they waited outside the airport and then they were surprised I have many luggage that will fit in their car how did I know that I paid that much for a small car I can get in Egypt with only 15 euros!!!! miserable experience they put the luggage on my feet inside the car to fit .

Great! Abdula was amazing... he got me through immigration and customs in 10 minutes! Then Mohamed got me to the hotel smoothly! They were incredibly helpful in finding and delivering my friend’s lost luggage. You guys are the best!
