Our confirmation said pickup at the port entrance, however we had to walk quite some distance to get to the actual stop to join the tour. The audio was good, but for some reason kept cutting out. All in all however, it provided a good orientation to Cadiz, which is what I wanted.

There was supposed to be 3 different routes. The #3 was not running. #2 did not have any way to tell you where you were or what you were seeing. Not that you could really see out the bad windows if the bus. Was not worth what we pay for it. Usually the hop on hop off is a good deal. Not so much here. Seemed like the company there was struggling to stay open

Tree branches on 2nd level can hurt when they hit you. Thank goodness I had glasses on to protect my eyes. Once aware of the situation I ducted out of the way and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Cadiz is rich with history and the audio on the bus was done very well.

This was very helpful to learn about the city and its history. The tour actually gives you numerous opportunities to stop at or near the same attractions in case you missed the stop you were waiting for.

Couldn’t hear audio very well. Regardless the commentary wasn’t detailed. Didn’t get much out of this pre recorded tour.

Easy to find HOHO bus from cruise ship. Made even easier by having ticket purchased ahead of time and available on my phone.

It took us to or very close to all the places we wanted to see. Driver was friendly and courteous. Tickets for two days works very well.

Tour did not occurr as no audio. Coach was taken out of service at end of circuit but we did not go on replacement coach so require refund.

We paid €75 for a two day pass. On the first day the buses were fairly regular and there were several en route (probably on account of the cruise ship that was in). On the second, there was one (yes one!) bus en route. It takes more than 60 minutes to do a loop!!! We have two small children and an elderly relative and ended up having to pay €5 for a public bus. Honestly save yourself the money. We’re heading to the kiosk for a partial (if not full) refund now.

Great way to see the whole city. Drivers were extremely helpful and courteous. Bus stop right outside cruise terminal.

Good way to see the sights of Cadiz. We booked in advance but you can buy tickets on the day. There are two stops by the port. Commentary in 16 languages and it was interesting.

Very helpful way to get an overall view of the city with several stops on the way. Stops near the most important sites and the buses were running on time as advertised.

We have used these hop on hop off buses in many cities for an overall view. This was not a great experience. Expensive, audio commentary out of sync and too much music. To crown it all the driver refused to open the door at an official stop to let us off. Not impressed at all. Staff only interested in taking the money.

Good to see around the city! Easy tour to do. Cadiz is beautiful…. The audio on the bus could be better.

Seeing Cadiz with only limited time. The stop was close to the cruise terminal port and you could exchange authorizations there

This HOHO bus tour company is the best available for all of the cities we visited. Well organized and provide the necessary information to try and plan for how you intend to see the city. In this case they were available at the cruise terminal with knowledgeable customer service reps.

Excellent guide; personable, friendly, informative, willing to please us, explained and shared what life is like living in his country. Had a wonderful, insightful experience.

We were on the Beach loop and since I never met a beach I didn’t like, I was in heaven. Very easy to navigate if you can follow a map. The map had numbers but the headphones announced the name of the stop, never mentioning a stop number. Either add clear names to your map, or have the guide say the stop number with the name.

We picked up the bus outside the port gates as we were on a cruise. It was a very hot day so sat on lower part of bus, which restricts your view, as the upper deck did not have any shade from the sun. The bus trip is only about 40 minutes in duration goes up one way and returns the same way. They say it includes trip to Cathedral so we ventured off the bus and then had to wait at least 20 minutes outside the Cathedral to enter with other Hop On Hop Off travellers. When we left the Cathedral we just missed the bus and that would have entailed a 30 min wait so we caught the local No 2 bus. If you are visiting Cadiz on a cruise ship just exit through the gates and pick up the local No 2 bus which covers exactly the same route for Euros 1.10 per person and is airconditioned!

The bus takes you through all the best sights, but the best part was that afterwards, there's a free walking tour included!
