We enjoyed the tour very much . Our tour guide, Dylan is professional, kind, smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable, decent and sweet. We recommend this tour to family and friends. My parent are in their 70s and 80s but Dylan make sure everyone was able to tour comfortably. It was challenging to tour with elderly but he managed to lead the tour perfectly. He even took many photos for us. A good photographer as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip.

Our guide Jason was great! We booked an 8-hour tour and we pretty much hit all the major spots we wanted to see. There were four of us and it was great to have our own personal guide of the city. We took so many pictures, and it was so nice to have someone there to take pictures of us at the various sites. We would definitely recommend this tour, so worth it!

Dylan was our tour guide. We were so blessed to have such an awesome tour guide. Dylan emailed us multiple times before the trip to discuss our customized itinerary. On the night before the tour, he messaged us to remind the meeting time and a picture of pick up location via WhatsApp. He is a such warm and helpful person. He knew all the good spots to take pictures. He is a fabulous photographer and sent us all the photos he took for our family at the end of the day. All the pictures are awesome. He also took us to the best Korean BBQ Beef we ever have. My son wanted to have haircut in Korea, which was not mentioned in our itinerary. However, Dylan did his magic and scheduled an haircut appointment with his hair designer within an hour. My son looked like a K-Pop star after the haircut and styling. The visit to Korean Hair Salon was definitely one of our highlight of our trip. We love Busan and hope to visit again. We'll definitely use Dylan as our tour guide if we visit again.

Jay Song was our personal guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and organized. She was English speaking and took the time to discuss the highlights of the areas which were of interest to us. Our tour guide, Mimi, provided an amazing experience during our first visit to Busan! It was great having a guide who was born and raised in the area and who was able to provide personal experiences and knowledge about the city. Prior to the tour, communicating with Mimi was very convenient. Mimi maintained great energy from the time that she met us at the end of the cruise terminal until she sang us a parting song at the end of the tour. She was the driver, tour guide and photographer. Mimi used a map of Busan to set expectations about the day and advised that we could modify stops as needed. Our only one request was to taste KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), and she delivered and even ensured that we beat large tour groups throughout the day. First Stop: Hae Dong Yong Gung Temple, listed as being the most beautiful temple in Korea. Mimi took us around the area and provided highlights. - Recommend arriving early to avoid peak times. - Arrived around 9:25am, departed around 10:35am. Second Stop: Songjeong Beach for a quick photo stop. - Arrived around 10:45am, departed around 10:45am. Third Stop: Took the scenic route to Haeundae Beach, and stopped at a view point and received information about buildings along the shoreline, including the second largest building in South Korea, Haeundae LCT The Sharp Landmark Tower, home of the highest Starbucks in the world. - Arrived around 11:05am, departed around 11:15am. Fourth Stop: Camellia Dongbaekseam Island Park, had great photo opportunities, received information about and walked through the Nurimaru APEC House (hosted the 2005 APEC Summit). - Took a leisurely stroll through the park and saw the Princess Hwangkok Statue. - Arrived around 11:20am, departed around 12:40pm. Fifth Stop: Lunch at Kyochon 1991, good KFC and a couple of sides. Arrived around 12:50pm, departed around 1:25pm. Sixth Stop: Songdo Beach, walked on the sky walk and took photos. - Arrived around 1:55pm, departed around 2:10pm. Seventh Stop: Gamcheon Culture Village, received background of the village, visited the village museum, local shops and took photos. - Arrived arrive 2:25pm, departed around 3:35pm. Returned to cruise ship a little after 4:00pm. Mimi offered the option to visit the fish market, but we requested to return to the ship to ensure a timely departure. We spent the most fabulous day in Busan with Jason Lee who showed us a private day viewing the highlights of Busan. Our stop for a fantastic seafood lunch was not to have been missed. We were 4 of us and the attention that Jason Lee gave us was world class. Do not miss this tour for a great day in Busan.

First I have to say that Busan is a beautiful place and we had such an amazing tour guide, Lucy Jeong. We were a group of 8. She was so sweet, professional, organizes and full of wonderful knowledgeable of the history and culture of South Korea. She has been one of the best guides that we’ve had. She loves her country and expresses this while giving us information of her country. The tour was 8 hours and we were picked up in a very comfortable mini bus. She also arraigned a beautiful seaside lunch of local seafood that was amazing. She was flexible and accommodating. Our group was so happy with her. We want to come back some time in the future and see more of this beautiful country.

Mimi was exceptional. She picked us up promptly from the port with a smile and a hug. She got us to the temple before the crowd arrived, which allowed her to explain everything to us and allow us to take as many pictures that we wanted. Mimi took us to other incredible sites allowing us to see the best of Busan. She ordered our lunch ahead of time allowing it to be hot and ready when we arrived at the restaurant. She took the time to allow us to shop. Mimi was patient, kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am very thankful for her. Mimi exceeded my expectations. She was amazing.

We had a wonderful time today with Dylan our tour guide , our group we’re mostly ladies over 60’ s and one gorgeous lady “baby of the group “ . Dylan was very friendly feels like our son is giving us a tour of Busan , he took us to places we are mostly interested in , took beautiful photos with us , even though it was raining every one had a wonderful time . Dylan feels like a family at the end of our tour . Highly recommended and we will book again on our next trip to Busan !

Our tour guide Larry was soooo accommodating and listened to all our requests. We had a 4 hr tour only and we were pressed for time, but Larry was a sweetheart and tried his hardest to make us happy and take us to our desired locations. The weather was sadly not great that day but we appreciated Larry’s hard work and kindness. We had a great time despite weather challenges. He is a great tour guide! The tour was very enjoyable, mostly due to the very fun and personable nature of our guide, Dylan. From the beginning he was very open to suggestions on places to go, but readily made suggestions when we were unsure where to go. He asked a number of questions to ensure that our tour experience was tailored to our preferences, and communicated well what the plan was. We were struggling to find a driver to accompany us around Busan for our prenup. Luckily we stumbled upon Jason on Viator! Took us to hidden spots around busan and recommended an awesom galbi place for us to try. We ended up shooting our pre nup video at different beautiful locations. Dylan was THE BEST tour guide! Right from the start, he was friendly and personable which made the 8-hour day a really comfortable experience. As we went from place to place, he was always sure to tell us how long it would take which we appreciated as Busan is a bit spread out. He provided a lot of interesting facts and history at each location and was a great photographer - he knows all the right angles :) He was a very safe driver with a spacious and clean van. His microphone set up in the car was also much appreciated as my parents were sitting in the backseat so it made it easier for them to hear him. I'm already planning to book with Dylan again for an upcoming trip with friends. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun and engaging local tour guide!

Our family travelled back to the Joseon Period by walking the streets of Gamcheon Culture Village in traditional Hanbok. We are thankful to those at the rental store, who took good care of us and made us feel like royalty and our tour guide Dylan for taking so many pictures to memorialize this day. It was definitely the highlight of our South Korean tour! We also visited Jagalchi Seafood Market, where Dylan taught us how to properly drink with an elder while we enjoyed eel cooked Korean style. Then, we visited Momo’s cafe, which showcased the award-winning coffee brewing skills of South Koreans. Overall, a memorable week in South Korea. We thank our tour guide Dylan, who not only showed us around Busan but demonstrated their impressive culture. He was very sensitive and accomodating to our needs, especially our parents We hope to be back someday! Saranghae Korea!

We had a fantastic time! We were only visiting Busan for one day so it was perfect to see a few sights and get a feel for the city. Our guide, Jason, had contacted us beforehand to find out the places we wanted to see and put together an itinerary to make sure we could visit them all. Lunch at Jagalchi Market was delicious! Spent a day with Dylan Kim, seeing some of Busan’s diverse sites. Dylan is a careful driver with a comfortable and well-maintained. vehicle, knowledgeable, good natured, flexible with itinerary adjustments, and very focused on insuring his clients have the best possible time. Our stops included a scenic seaside temple, the city’s famous fish market, sampling street food at a nearby arcade, a visit to a brightly-painted, folk village, and photo opportunities galore from a sky bridge. Got all that done in about six hours, and never felt rushed.
