Jina did a great job with my family of 9. We really enjoyed all the great places in Busan and she picked a terrific spot for lunch, 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing day together with our guide Sang, who not only knew a lot if interesting things of the places we visited and Seoul, but also helped us with ordering special food (vegan), had a great sense of humor and really made sure everything went so smoothly throughout the day. He was beyond great! ❤️ The company has been awesome since booking, giving suggestion on the scheduleing and even helping us book tickets to the sky capsule beforehand. We didn't know that Busan was so big and wouldn't have been able to visit all the places we did. I highly recommend this if you want to make the most of Busan, both the company and Sang was great ❤️ 😍😀

Mr Belet Ryu was our private guide for 3 days in Busan, Gyeongju and Pohang. He is extremely friendly, fun loving and knowledgeable and could explain the places we visited in much details. He takes pride in taking all our photos and gosh he is so professional! We never have a dull moment with him and we have lots of fun and laughter together. addendum to my review. BK tour operator of Korea Discovery tour planned our 2 days trip in Busan to Gyeongju from pick up from the airport to our hotel, from our hanok house stay to the train station to go to Seoul. I just told him what we would like to see and experience and presented us with the fabulous itinerary. We didn't change anything it was perfect for us. Sang our tour guide is God sent to us...so caring and a gem. We have seen more than our itinerary, I believed. Sang took us to a high end beef barbecue place that was out of this world. We didn't want our visit in Busan and Gyeongju to end. Highly recommended this private tour company. I have used so many in the past and BK in my book is a 10+. SUPERB!!!

Our time with Sang in Busan was amazing. Everything concerning our dealings with the company were efficient - from booking on line. to pick up on the day and the whole day’s experiences. Sang arrived at 8.00am and as it was raining provided us with umbrellas. He planned the trip to avoid the tourist rush as much as possible. Sang’s knowledge and explanations were also excellent. Sang took excellent care of us and provided us with many memories to take home to Australia.

Sang was an amazing guide on this tour. The hotel pickup/drop off was super convenient. Sang answered all of our questions about Busan and Korea in general with great knowledge. The Haedong Yonggung temple was truly the most beautiful temple in Korea by far. Going there a little earlier in the morning helped with the crowds. The APEC building tour and view was stunning with a lot of political history involved there. The Jagalchi Market was a great spot to have a seafood lunch and explore the live fish markets and surrounding shopping streets. A quick stop at Songdo beach for some amazing photos of the beach meeting the city was also amazing. Our final stop was the Gamcheon Culture Village. It was a breathtaking view rich with modern art, history, shops and little cafes. The best tour you could have possibly done of Busan in one day, highly recommend!!

The booking process of Korea Discovery Tour was fast and smooth. The booking manager called BK made me feel respected and his attitude was trustworthy! The recommended itinerary by BK completely matched my expectation as a first timer in Busan. We had only 8 hours private tour but our tour guide (Sang) was professional, friendly and he knew the best of the best in each location. After our enjoyable seafood 31cm noodle lunch in a hidden gem , we managed to visit Haeundae Blueline Park (Sky capsule must do!!), Haeundae Beach, Hinyeoul village (tried the local coffee, relaxing), Songdo Skywalk, Gamcheon culture village (beautiful tourist spot!!), Jagalchi fish market and BIFF square (tried the Busan local street food). We did not feel rush and Sang was knowledgeable and we learnt so much about Busan and overall Korean culture. This tour company is recommendable!!

Lili was a fantastic guide! Even though it rained most of the day she remained upbeat! She took us to a special place where locals eat at the fish market! It was delicious! She took us everywhere we needed to go and even helped with the shopping!

The private tour was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide was William and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We chose four locations to visit, and we also visited 2-3 other places recommended by William since we had time. I went on this tour with my husband and his family. It was very convenient especially for my elderly mother-in-law. William was very considerate of my mother-in-law making sure she was okay with all of the walking and stairs. One of our favorites was lunch at Jagalchi market. He showed us his recommended restaurant and guided us throughout the ordering and cooking processes. Afterwards, he took my mom to a K-pop/K-drama merchant at gukje market. All the locations we visited were great to experience especially with William as our guide (and personal photographer)! I highly recommend booking a private tour in Busan!

The Best way to travel as a first time traveller to S.Korea. Everything organised throughout the trip went smoothly with regular updates. The english speaking guides were fantastic and specialised in different parts of S.Korea so that made the trip even more special and enjoyable. Our tour guide BK was a most incredible, courteous, well educated, intelligent and interesting young man. His knowledge of Busan is extensive and he captured our attention the entire tour. Kay met us at the cruise port. She discussed the plan of the day that we agreed upon and then confirmed the plan was what we wanted to do. She was very knowledgeable about all the places visited. We didn’t just want the same old tourist spots. We went to areas less traveled but still very nice. She knew the best photo spots and we didn’t waste time in the busy areas. She was very pleasant and very friendly. We really enjoyed her company. She drooped us off back at the ship right on time.

We are five friends visiting Busan for the first time with few expectations or ideas of what to see. Jay Song spent the day with us and, along with a very experienced driver, took us to some beautiful and interesting places. Jay has a PHD in English studies, taught English and is a native of Busan. She has a deep knowledge of all parts of this city, clearly loves her hometown, and was able to pass that feeling on to us with easy to understand explanations of what we were looking at and the culture of this city. She expertly ordered an amazing lunch for us at a local restaurant. We all had a wonderful day thanks to Jay and would highly recommend her for your day in Busan and surrounding areas. Enjoy!
