Good company BUT NOT ... NOT budget. One of the MOST EXPENSIVE! Pilot was very skilled and the staff was friendly

The van picked us up around 4am and 45 minutes later our hot air balloon took off. We got a little breakfast box and non-alcoholic champagne after the ride. It was a great, one of a kind experience!

Great experience and everything was as described. We got higher than most balloons, was given a certificate after, landing was super smooth and there was no more than 20 people in our basket. My only piece of feedback would be that they had a go-pro hanging from either side for pictures of us but that meant it got in the way of your pictures, I had to keep asking for it to be pulled up.

Everything was perfect: fly, organization and very helpful staff. They was unfogettable. I recommand it.

What a great experience. From the initial contact to let me know details of my flight to after the flight. I was given a pick up time and they arrived right on time. I did not have to wait. Journey after pick up was short and the breakfast that was given was perfect. Water. Juice. Crackers. Fruit and a croissant. The flight itself was awesome. We went through differently elevations and truly experienced a great hot air balloon ride. I would highly recommend them again!

Amazing experience, great staff. No delays with transport in the morning, smooth flight, easy drop off at the hotel. Not sure of the captain name but highly experienced, was able to fly very close to the rocks turning around the basket so everyone has good visibility.

Everything was perfect, we had a bad weather the day we scheduled, but they managed to change us with no problem. Recommend

Unforgettable experience! It was a lot of fun. The whole experience was well coordinated. We were picked up on time and got on our hot air balloon. Our pilot was very professional and made us all feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this to anyone even slightly considering it.
