Very enjoyable jaunt around Bucharest taking in the main highlights. Our guide, Lucia, did a great job of shepherding us around while telling us all the interesting facts, she even offered advice on good spots for lunch. Would highly recommend.

Average tour, liked hearing guides personal stories. Underwhelming for two hours. I saw more walking by myself on the way too the tour. A lot of standing time. Guide did not seem to know about other attractions or areas in the city. Had to fact check Google. Was not bad experience but wouldn’t book again.

I went to Bucharest for 2 days, half business and half as a tourist. I would recommend restaurant "Caru cu bere" where we went in the evening for a beer. It is very special and was quite crowded, even late in the evening. The visit to the "Choral Synagogue" was an interesting experience and thanks to the guide we discovered the history of the Jewish Community. The parliament is a huge building almost every tourist visits. Our guide was great! It is quite sad to see the magnificent and expensive halls when you think that during the construction, people in Romania were poor. Besides that, Bucharest has a lot of buildings from the communist period, which are ugly and boring. A visit to Romania should also include a trip to Transylvania (Sinaia and/or Brasov, cities that are more attractive to my taste than Bucharest

I got really lucky today when Lucia greeted me at the tour starting point on a cold and drizzly morning with the news that I was the only member of the tour. I took the opportunity to ask many detailed questions and Lucia seemed happy to answer every one of them. Having studied political science in school, she has many thoughts about history, political systems, taxation, etc. Like many many people who grew up in the years around the revolution of 1989, she cares deeply about her country and it shows in the the depth of her knowledge and the passion she brings to her storytelling. One of the best tour guides I've experienced. I highly recommend her.

This was a well-paced walking tour. covering about 3 miles in 2.5 hours. Alex is very knowledgeable on all topics, from history to geography to politics and we learned a lot about the development of Bucharest from its inception to today, particularly including the Ceaucescu era. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable and highly informative. Alex our tour guide spoke excellent English and is so knowledgeable, told us so much of the history of Bucharest and Romania and took us to see so many important historical buildings and areas. He also gave recommendations on where to eat, which we followed and we weren’t disappointed. We were very lucky with the weather on the day. The tour was about 2 and a half hours and we walked 10k steps including getting from our accommodation. The cobbled streets of the old town are very damaged in parts so you need to be careful of all the ‘potholes’.
