Our family had an amazing cooking class with Alexandra. She is an incredibly skilled chef and the food and experience were SO AMAZING! Great view, awesome food and such a fun day with our two college-aged kids. We made tiramisu, ravioli and tagliatelle. Alexandra is so energetic, positive and instructive— really an amazing host for a wonderful family experience. Castello Tricheri is a special venue with a lot of history and Alice was also an excellent guide! Grazie Alexandra and Alice.

Excellent half day experience! Learn about the incredible history of the castle and the process for producing Brunello di Montalcino. Then, for the amazing part. We were introduced to Chef Alexandra - one of the best personalities we met during our Italy vacation. She is very entertaining and an excellent chef. She showed us how to make tiramisu, ravioli, Tuscan ragu over fresh pasta that we made, and a beef dish stewed in red wine for over 2 hours. Alexandra was excellent! The food was excellent! The Brunello was excellent! You will not be disappointed with this experience. Thank you Alexandra for this wonderful experience for our family.

This was the best cooking class ever! Our host Alexandria was amazing. !! She made it very interesting and fun. ! We made ravioli and tiramisu !! Great wine !! The view was amazing !! Fantastic all around !!

Alexandra was absolutely fabulous. This was the highlight of our trip and we would absolutely come back for another visit. Beautiful location and Alex was a really fantastic teacher. You have to be here for the (actual) secret sauce. A very special experience. The price felt a little high but spectacularly worth it.

This was such an awesome experience. It is so much more than just a cooking class. You get a tour of the castle and winery, the cooking class and then a wine pairing while you eat what you made. I can’t recommend this enough!

What a lovely day! The cooking class and vineyard tour were a wonderful break from touring sites. The setting was beautiful, and Alexandra ran an entertaining and informative class, not to mention tasty! She did a great job at working with everyone in the group and explaining everything clearly. It was lighthearted and fun. Niccolò transported us from Siena, which we so appreciated. He found something in the van that one of my friends left and thoughtfully let us know. The whole day was a really relaxing experience. Having lunch after the class felt a little decadent. The food, the setting, the wine. My only advice would be to pour the Brunello a little more generously. That said, there was ample wine throughout.

This was the highlight of our trip to Italy! The cooking class was awesome, the wine was delicious, and the views were amazing. We had a group of 7 and all of us said the food was the best we had while in Italy.

My husband and I had a fantastic day visiting Castello Tricerchi, tasting delicious wines and cooking with Alexandra. Even though I looovvee wine, the cooking and eating really made the day. The kitchen is cozy and has an incredible view of vineyards and the rolling hills of Tuscany. We made 2 kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Alexandra was a great teacher and very fun to spend the afternoon with. We will be sure to practice our new culinary skills once we get home. I urge you to book this very intimate and fun experience.

We took this tour and cooking class with 'Tours of Tuscany' and our entire group agreed it was a top moment of our entire Italy trip! The property where you take the class is one of a kind; a historic building and winery in the heart of the Brunello di Montalcino region. We had a nice tour of the property and the wine cellar which was a great introduction to the region. The cooking class itself was a perfect experience. The chef, Alexandra was so friendly, personable, and made every moment fun! The food was exquisite, as we made a tuscan ragu, tagliatelle, spinach ravioli, and tiramasu. All the recipes are authentic as the owners are from the area. We not only made some delicious food but picked up some cooking tips we will take back home with us. The grand finale of the tour was a luxurious lunch on the breathtaking terrace where we got to share our creations and enjoy a whole lot of the delicious Brunello di Montalcino wine. They even offered to pick us up in a nice van and transport us from our hotel in Florence for a reasonable rate. Our driver Nicolai was friendly, professional, and made the trip even more fun! I would recommend this tour as a top priority to anyone visiting northern Italy!

We traveled to Italy with close family friends, and the group of us included 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 6, 8, and 10). We had a wonderful experience cooking with Alexandra - she engaged the kids and made them feel included and special throughout the process. Everyone loved the food and the adults especially loved the wine pairings and the incredible views of the property. The teaching and food was so great that we’ve made the dishes again at home.
