Loved having Stefan as a guide! You can tell he loves his job and is so excited to tell others the history of his country. Appreciated his candor. I would recommend breaking this tour into English and French. Poor guy had to tell us everything in English and then French. It’s a lot of work for the guide and could save time. It’s a long tour so not having to wait for translations would be better!

A great adventure in Brugge. In Ariana was so kind & concerned that we were able to enjoy the trip. The canal ride was a highlight & enjoyed all of the chocolate shops!

It was an enjoyable experience - Stephan was our guide and Giuseppe our driver. The drive was very smooth. Lots of information provided by Stephan with good humour. Unfortunately the weather was quite rainy but there were sunny breaks.

These cities are amazing and absolutely worth visiting. They offer so much beauty. I do suggest adding at least an extra hour in Ghent so that people can tour the castle or have some extra time to explore this beautiful destination. Bruges had a little too much time for exploring so I think it would be much better to add a little extra to Ghent. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

I came from Paris just to be part of this amazing experience. The tour guide was absolutely fantastic, very informative, clear and detailed. I speak Spanish and English and every time the tour guide talks was very easy to understand in both languages. Loved every single part of my trip today. Totally recommend

Overall a good experience. When we arrived at the pick up spot the male guide was a bit rude or annoyed when he checked our ticket but thankfully he didn't join us on the tour. We had pleasant experience with our guide Andrea, she is very knowledgeable and told a lot of interesting facts during the bus ride over to Ghent and Bruges as well as on the walking tours. Overall our experience on the walking tour was good - the audio devices worked well and the earphones were included in the price. We were a little disappointed with the little time we got to spend in Ghent ( 40min walking tour and 1 hour free time) as well as in Bruges (~35min tour, 30min boat ride (price not included) and 1h20mins free time). We would have loved to get to enjoy both cities a bit more. Lunch break was disappointing because of the time crunch - only 1h to eat and you can't really choose where to eat because the guide offers three places and we chose to eat at Vivaldi because we wanted to try a local dish. The service was fast and the food was edible but not really what we expected (we had the pork cheeks with fries and "salad" which was just a piece of lettuce with a slice of tomato and some sauce). The waitors were in a rush trying to serve the whole group. Also we were supposed to be in the English group but some how got to be added to a bilingual group - Spanish and English which of course was a bit annoying. I would recommend this tour to people who don't like walking a lot and wants to see just the most popular places. Also we skipped the boat ride because of the weather (cold and windy).

Our tour guide was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable for each city. We always knew where to meet her after our free time. Veronica so reminded us of our Belgian (now American) dentist.

The bus ride was very nice and comfortable. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. There was a lot of walking on mainly flat ground. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion.

Mehmet(Apologies if I spelled wrong ) and Andrea ( who I did 2 tours with) were awesome! Both Ghent and Brugges were amazing in their own way. I like that they started with Ghent and moved to Brugges. We got good enough time in both places to enjoy the place and spend time to explore both on our own along with the city tour . The canal cruise was definitely a highlight and would highly recommend it ! The timing of the tour was also perfect. We were back to the city center by 19:30 pm .

Stephan was a great guide! Had great recommendations and really knew his stuff! Great experience, even in the wind and rain of Belgium! Definitely recommend!

David was excellent! He answered everyone’s questions and kept us all on track. He was patient and helpful. David and Pascal made this a great trip!

What a fabulous day and made memorable by Jung and his expertise in everything Ghent and Bruges. Very enjoyable tour, all the historical buildings, castles and cathedrals…magnificent.

Beautiful cities, but the highlight of this day tour was our guide- Andrea. She made this trip amazing, she is very knowledgeable, answered all questions in multiple languages. Went out of her way to assist everyone in the tour.

Admittedly, this tour was better than the trip I took with the same company and with the same tour guide the day before. It seemed slightly less chaotic and crowded. But, there is still a lot of room for improvement. The bilingual (English/French) tour setup is a major drawback and slows things down dramatically. My friend and I had a fabulous time in Brugge, but we essentially gave up on trying to listen to the guide’s commentary and just did our own thing.

I enjoyed the entire day! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very passionate about telling stories about the cities!

Enjoyed the trip, unfortunately due to the weather could not wait to get back to the hotel. Beautiful little towns, but due to the tourism things were a bit more pricey but I guess that’s just Europe in general ☺️

The views and both towns were just amazing. The locals were very welcoming and accommodating. The day was well organised and ran to time with a Good amount or guided tour or free time. The guide was knowledgeable, patient and very polite.

Amazing trip and a must do when in Brussels. The tour guide was very informative and fun. She even took a lot of care when one of the kid in our group had a bit of a fall. Strongly recommend.
