This was such an added bonus to our trip. Tour guide was fabulous as was the driver. Got to see an entire different way of living as we are from Texas. The Xmas lights were incredible and so much fun. So nice to walk around and enjoy them. Tour guide was wonderful and gave us soo much information about New York and Brooklyn. An added treat was to stop at the Brooklyn Bridge and take gorgeous pictures at night! Try this you will love it!

I went on 1/3 and feel it was misrepresented. Many homes had minimal lights on. Would not recommend post Christmas.

We had a nice time Steve was awesome and very knowledgeable in given us history. The bus ride was comfy and smooth. I enjoyed all the scenery. Beautiful city!

We all really enjoyed this trip!! Steve was an excellent guide and was very helpful. It was great to visit Brooklyn and see a different area within New York. The stop off at DUMBO was great and just enough time to get some decent photos.

Covered all important houses of Dyker heights and it was ended with beautiful view of Brooklyn bridge .

This tour picks up in central Manhattan and a small coach drives out to Dyker Heights. The journey takes less than hour where you disembark and walk around Dyker Heights which is full of houses with Christmas lights and decorations. The walking fairly easy but you do need to keep an eye on the guide as there any several other walking tours in the area. Be prepared for walking outside and to possibly be cold. There are no refreshments or toilets on the walk although there is a toilet on the coach. The guide was friendly and informative and pointed out areas of interest in Manhattan and Brooklyn as we drove along making the journey really interesting. Our guide knew a lot about food in New York (not sure why there is not a food tour as this would be great). Lovely evening, got us in the Christmas mood.

We did the spanish tour with Rafael and it was great! He was very knowledgeable the whole ride there, gave us so much information. He was a great guide once we started walking around Dyker Heights, so many houses to see and very beautifully decorated. Would recommend.

Terrible the bus left early and I wasn’t able to get on. They would not allow me to even get on once i met up with the bus.

One of the best tours I've done in a long time. Our tour guide, Steve, was funny and knew just about everything there was to know about NYC. He gave great advise and couldn't have had a better time!!! Highly recommend ❤️

I am so disappointed with this company, so please take this review as a warning. This tour left early and left behind my husband and I and another couple. We were at the tour starting point a few minutes prior to the start time and no one from the tour company to be found. After talking with the hotel lobby and a few other guides from other company's, it was confirmed that we were in the right spot. Still not seeing anyone, I finally called the company (now only 5 min past the tour time) to confirm the tour was still happening, they proceed to tell me the tour left without us. They stated they waited for us for 5 min. This I can confirm was not true, because the time he said they left was 10 min after we had been standing there. The company said they would not refund us EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THERE MINUTES BEFORE THE TOUR START TIME. If I was late I would never be writing this review because I would deserve it and I am a fair person. But they were no where to be seen at the start time. If they want to leave early then they need to fix the start time on their tickets. I will not refer this tour or company going forward.

Comfortable bus with toilet. Guide fun and knowledgeable. One hour's walk around amazing houses (some vans selling hot chocolate). Stopped under Brooklyn bridge on way back for great photo op. Highly recommend.

Loved our guide. Comfortable by with restroom. Amazing houses decorated for Christmas! A little chaotic meeting the rep and getting checked in for the bus. It worked out though.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. Our guide was really personable and gave us lots of NYC tidbits of information all along our ride on our way to Dyker Heights. She walked with us to make sure that we saw the best houses of the neighborhood. The night was very chilly so the comfortable, warm bus felt great after walking in the cold. There was also a bathroom on the bus, in case that's important to anyone. An enjoyable evening.

This was an amazing tour. Steve our tour guide was very informative and friendly. Steve also made sure after the trip that everyone was ok he was very helpful with a good sense of humour. Would absolutely recommend this tour. Was one of the highlights of me and my sister visit to nyc
