Matt who was our guide was great, I had to do the evening experience as my time and day had to be cancelled. I enjoyed seeing Brisbane all lit up as we wizzed by on our segways. A great experience and a first for me, hopefully not my last. Thank you

The tour was cancelled 50 minutes before it was due to start.Viator apologetic and refused tour cost . However the cost of getting there and the water time was not. Poor show.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour of Brisbane. We had three stops for photo opportunities. I would recommend possibly adding two more stops for photo opportunities on future tours as there is so much to ser.. Recommend this tour.

Matt was an awesome instructor and guide. We did the evening tour and it was so beautiful to see the city at night. It started raining right before our excursion. Matt provided each of us with a raincoat and we too off to explore the city. Since it was raining there was hardly any foot traffic. This was my first time on a segway but it won't be my last. Thanks Matt for an unforgettable tour!!

Had a great time. The instructor/tour guide Matt was excellent. It was our first time and he was patient with us until we picked it up. Highly recommend this trip. Also enjoyed the views of the city and the commentary. A+++++

Kevin was our tour guide today. He was safe, fun, informative and probably the longest Segway trip I’ve ever had. I loved it. I’m thinking of bringing a friend and doing it again tomorrow!

They didn’t turn up and no notification of cancellation. Wouldn’t recommend. Said their staff person had covid but no one else to take your. A waste of time.

Do not book this, extremely hard to find and even when I contacted them to try and find, no one answered the phone. Viator being very difficult trying to get a refund.

A really good trip and a great way to see Melbourne. Instructor was very helpful and we soon gained confidence in using. Overall, highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip with fellow cruise passengers. If you’re only here for 10 hours or so you get to see a lot of the city very quickly unless you do something like this. Don’t expect lots of history and stops but if you had loads of that you don’t spend so much time on the Segways and see as much as you do.

We had an amazing tour of Brisbane at night. It's a beautiful city. Matt was our guide and he did a fantastic job.

The route was a good length but it would of been good to stop more to absorb more of Brisbane. You do cover a lot of ground. Matt was very good at giving us instructions on use and using hand signals to manage any traffic or obstacles.

This is the 4th or 5th Segway tour we've done and it was excellent. If you want a fun way to get an overall tour of Brisbane, I would definitely suggest this Viator tour.

Really fun experience…check this one off my bucket list. It was easier than I thought it would be and a fun way to see Brisbane!
