We booked this as a birthday present for a friend and had the best afternoon. It was a small friendly group and Darren was fantastic, very knowledgable about the beers and the city. All the breweries we went too were great, with really good beers. My friend who is a self proclaimed pale ale hater was converted by the second drink! Would defo recommend for anyone looking for something different and fun to do when in Liverpool and we will defo be trying some of Darren’s other tours!

Really good brewery tour, you get to try lots of different beers and in the last brewery we had a burger and chips. Darren , the tour guide/driver was very informative and friendly. We all enjoyed this tour and would definitely look at doing it again in the future.

Quality experience, Darren was brilliant craic and always had a story or joke to keep the day going. All the staff at the breweries were so passionate it was infectious, beers were all top notch. Could'nt recommend this highly enough, cheers for a great day to all involved.

Darren was fantastic, He brought us to some really cool brewery’s in an order that worked perfectly! Everyone on the tour had a ball! We were a stag on our second day and because of Darren we were brought back to life! Thanks again for everything!!

Amazing tour. Lots of different breweries and all the people that worked at them were passionate about what the produce. Great selection of beers. Even non beer drinkers will be surprised at how great they taste. Darren is an great tour guide and has an amazing knowledge of the history of Liverpool. Lots of laughs too. 10/10

Great tour, Darren was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and we visited some great breweries and had some even better beers.

The four breweries we visited were all good, including an interesting talk about the brewing process and advice on the best way to taste the beer from Charlie at Azvex brewery. The beers we tried were great with a mix of styles, and there was no pressure to finish any beers you didn’t like (although I personally enjoyed them all). The veggie burger I had at the final stop was one of the best I’ve tried. Darren was a fantastic host, knowledgeable about the beers and the breweries, and as a born and bred Scouser he gave us a lot of facts about the sights we saw on the trips between the breweries (including the tunnels). He was also very approachable and a good laugh. This is a great business idea executed really well, and I’d strongly recommend it for both major beer fans and more casual drinkers

This tour is well worth the money. We met some lovely people, learnt a lot about brewing in Liverpool and most importantly drank varied and mostly lovely beer. Some were not to our taste, but of course thats the whole point of the tasting. Our guide, Darren, was brilliant and a good laugh and looked after everyone of us really well. We had a great day out!

Fantastic tour with Darren from Brewery Bus Tours Liverpool. Went with my brother in law. Both born and bred in Liverpool and beer drinkers. All the breweries we visited were new to us. Great information, great beer and great tour guide in Darren. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time with an international small group! Darren was a top notch guide sharing his love and three passions Family, Liverpool and BEER! He arranged an enjoyable brewery tour across Liverpool explaining the individual histories and stopping in between to share Liverpool landmark insights. Great value! Me and my sister booked this as a birthday gift for or Dad as the day of the tour fell on his birthday. We didn’t know what to expect as it is our first tour with Darren but WOW! wasn’t I impressed. Darren made sure we knew where to meet him the day before the tour, it was an easy meeting place and as soon as everyone arrived we were on our way. The Tour was filled with Amazing beer, Brilliant knowledgable brewers who told us what went in to each of them and Daren even told us some facts about the city on the way to different breweries. We were on the tour with 8 others from all over the world and we all got on like a house on fire, we definitely left with new friends. Towards the end of the night we had a lovely burger, everyone was singing Happy birthday (which my dad was made up with), we all left with a smile on our face and parting gifts. Thank you Darren for a Brilliant experience and all the photos you took of us all. You will 100% be seeing more of us!
