What a special place: the moment I entered the place, the energy was serene, quit, different in a very nice way. I have deep respect for the way Andreas wants to contribute at the world. His vision and his passion are great. Step by step he's building a beautiful place, where you can experience things that matter. Thank you Andres for the good work and you're nice company!

An incredible experience! We both learned an so much, and it’ll definitely be something that I remember forever. Superb experience from start to finish. We were greeted by Andreas whose passion and knowledge for the environment and our place within it shone through. We were invited to feed the animals as we had arrived a little early, we’re treated to coffee, fresh fruit and cakes before being taken on a very informative tour of Andreas’ farm. We then made beautiful food, including bread, briam, Greek salad and tzatziki as a group. The food is the best I have ever tasted - you can really tell everything Andreas has grown has been done so with expertise and passion. This experience is a must for everyone visiting Lefkada!

This was by far the highlight of our stay in Lefkada. We had a wonderful day at Andreas’ micro farm where he provided us with welcome coffee, fruit and cakes, allowed us to feed the goats as we got there a little early, gave us a tour of the farm before we picked and prepared our beautiful lunch. Andres’ passion shines through and he is a font of knowledge! This is a must do for everyone who visits Lefkada!

Owner/host Andreas will welcome you with open arms to share his passion for the microfarm that he now calls home. Anyone who enjoys cooking, healthy eating, and Greek food will find his 4 hour class memorable. Our session was comprised of three couples, who all had different skill levels in the kitchen, but he made everything easy, including baking bread from scratch over a wood burning stove. Vegetables and herbs came from the farm and with them we created an amazing and hearty meal. My husband and I, who were visiting from Phoenix, AZ, left with a greater appreciation of organic farming, and realized that “vegetables with dinner” can be so much more than salad from a bag. Thank you Andreas!

This was a very special day for my wife and I. The whole day was one about learning and sharing. Andreas is a very special person who is very passionate about good food from only the best source. You will not be disappointed by what you experience especially if you love food.

We hebben een hele aangename ochtend gehad met Andreas. Het was prima te lopen vanaf Nidri, ca half uur. Eerst brooddeeg maken, toen een rondleiding over de farm en groenten verzamelen voor het eten. En de dieren eten gegeven. We waren helemaal relaxed en geïnspireerd door zijn mooie verhalen en visie over de farm. Dank je wel Andreas! Het eten was heerlijk!

Zalige dag, met een rondleiding door Andreas in zijn bioboerderij en de workshop van brood bakken tot een heerlijke maaltijd met producten uit zijn eigen tuin. Zalig genieten van de relaxe inleving en weg van het hectische van onze stressvolle tijd.
