This tour operator cancelled my booking twice without any explanation (see screenshots). They did not even try to offer another alternative. Such an attitude is disrespectful and unacceptable. I would like to discourage booking this tour.

Very kind and service minded tour guide. He listen to the group whishes. Everything that the tour promised it delivered with 110 percent accuracy. During the car drive he made everyone gets to know each other and to feel included and to be a team. Highly recommend the tour! I will try to join some of the other tours he organize!

My guide was Ersild. He is really kind. He picked me up at the roundabout in front of ARDI Caffe. We talked a lot while hiking. Smart guy with a good sense of humor. The view in top is incredibly beautiful! He took care of our safety and showed us cool places to take picture from. Thank you for this amazing experience Erslid!

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Sildi. The drive to the lake was an adventure in itself. The hike was pleasantly short and required no physical demands. The view was unique. After the hike, we enjoy in a nice coffee with cool drinks and the beautiful view.
