Nail was funny, engaging, and knowledgeable. Every street held an exciting piece of history. The food and atmosphere at every stop was unforgettable and delicious. The bread was unique at our first stop and so amazingly delicious, and the pizza was unlike any other, in a good way. I would rate Nabil and this tour a 10 if I could. Highly recommended.

Tyler was a superb, knowledgeable, and interesting guide as he introduced Boston to us (our first visit!). The history he shared with us around the sites we visited made us “feel” the history. He involved group members, welcomed questions and contributions.

Molly our guide was very knowledgeable, the food stops and the pub were excellent choices! The pace of the tour was great for a varied tour group of 10 people aged 18-75. Very great coverage of Boston North End and the Freedom trail highlights. Attention to details along the way was above expectations and Molly answered every question the group had!!

Fantastic five hours stopping at several Italian restaurants, eating the best cannoli ever from Modern Bakery, as well as pizza from Regina's and an amazing sandwich. Loved the quirky history that was shared along with the history of the place. Molly was an engaging, well-informed and well-prepared guide who expertly navigated us through several downpours that could have dampened the mood, but because of her good humor and ability to find sheltered places, simply made our tour more memorable. Thoroughly recommend.

My best friend and I met up for Boston for a girl's weekend and couldn't decide on what we wanted to do so we compromised on doing the Food to Freedom tour and what a great choice that was! Our tour guide Molly was excellent - so informational, funny, kind, and she made sure to accommodate my friend who had a dairy allergy by double checking with her at each stop and going above and beyond to make sure that she had just as good of an experience as the rest of us dairy-eating people. By the end of the five hours we were stuffed beyond belief and ready for a nap, but it certainly didn't feel like the tour actually lasted that long - time definitely flew by.

We had a lot of fun on this tour. Alex, our guide, was super knowledgeable and entertaining. Five stars! The tour is laid back and Alex has a way of making history interesting.

Great experience! Recommend doing this combo tour (North End food plus Freedom Trail History) vs. Just one. There were multiple breaks, so the 5 hours and amount of walking was good.

What a great tour! Our guide Bob offered us a great balance of historical knowledge, storytelling, and humor to keep us engaged throughout the tour. He clearly also enjoyed sharing his inside knowledge of best restaurants and traditional markets in the North End--after canolis, sfogliatella, pizza and fresh italian grinders, walking got a bit harder, but I have no regrets! This is definately a tour worth taking!

She took me to places I would never have thought to visit!! Food tour was delicious and filling. We walked and talked, not only about the history of Boston but also personal stories! The historical sightseeing, and the knowledgeable commentary of our tour guide, Dillon. He was also very helpful in getting us there as we were lost, also in getting us a Lyft back to our car! If we had any complaint, it was that we didn't realize how much walking was involved when we reserved the tour. However, there were several stops to rest, and the food was great, so overall a good experience for my husband and I!

This is the second time taking the tour. I went solo on a visit in December of 2022. It was my first time in Boston. I moved here last fall and this time I took my daughter. Loved my experience both times. The experience was different on both trips so it was worth doing it a second time.

This was a very enjoyable tour with a great tour guide, Tyler. After meeting at the Carousel, we walked to Christopher Columbus Park, and then into the North End. Our first food stop was Bricco Panetteria, an Italian bakery, where we enjoyed slices of a Prosciutto Italian Baguette. The Panetteria is tiny, so we ate at nearby outdoor tables. Next, we walked to Cafe Vittoria, where we were seated in a back room and enjoyed cannoli and drinks. From there, we walked to Salumeria Italiana, where we got Italiano sandwiches; we walked to North Square to eat, while learning about Paul Revere. (His house is on the Square.) We then walked to Paul Revere Mall, heard stories of Revere's midnight ride and the battles of Lexington and Concord, and explored the Old North Church. Our next stop was Copp's Hill Burying Ground, where Tyler pointed out changes in gravestone art, as well as the Bunker Hill Monument and the USS Constitution. Our final food stop was Regina Pizza; we walked to the Rose Kennedy Greenway to eat slices of cheese pizza. The tour lasted about 2.5 hours, and included a fair amount of walking. Tyler was good about waiting for us to catch up when the group lagged behind, and was happy to answer questions. Because many of the North End eateries are very small, two of the food stops involved eating outside. All in all, this was a nice mix of food and history. As a bonus, Tyler emailed a list of recommended restaurants in the North End and greater Boston, as well as attractions in Salem.

This tour was fantastic. I mostly take food and drink tours when I visit a city so I can take in great sites, learn history, and be fed all at the same time. This one exceeded my expectations. We got a great variety of Italian cuisine and each stop was also filled with great facts and history. Shout out to Molly for such a great tour and being great to interact with. Also her recommendations for other restaurants in the Boston area were great and I enjoyed several of them
