We were three of us from india accompanied with another group from Australia. This tour gives you the experience of both the banks ie medoc and st emillion. Although it started off with a gloomy rainy day, our guide- gallard was so cheerful and really lifted our spirits high. She is well versed with history and great in communicating. Must goo!

Could not fault this trip. Great wines and glorious scenery, but what made it so great was the organisation and our guide Theo. So knowledgeable and great fun. We learnt about the villages and history as well as the wines. Nothing was rushed and we had a chance to relax at each place. Do this trip!!!!

Our guide, Kaiu, was great. He gave us knowledgeable background on the three chateaux before we arrived, plus general information about vineyards in Bordeaux. The picnic lunch was lovely, as were the wines. After the vineyards, Kaiu led us on an interesting tour of the medieval village of St. Emilion. The minivan was a bit crowded for the 8 people in the tour, but since four were a family they didn’t seem to mind squishing in. We never felt rushed and we started and ended exactly as promised. Great day, great trip, great guide.

We had the most awesome guide, Remi to take us round the area. He was exceptionally educated on several subjects, very entertaining and a great host. He went out of his way to facilitate everyone and took the extra mile to get us that last "top-up" to our wine. Wonderful day, safely traveled, thoroughly enjoyed.

It is fulll day experience. We learnt lot about the appellations, the wine making and tested beautiful french wines. Hugo's passion for wine and his ability and knowledge to present it was great. It was a fun way to spend the day in the region.

Our tour guide Quentin was awesome! Very easy to understand and very knowledgeable. Pick-up was on time, and van was comfortable. The tour of St. Emilion was very impressive. Overall was a fantastic day!

Spent a memorable day with our wonderful guide, Matilda. There were 7 of us and we visited Château Siran and Chateau Marquis de Terme in Medoc and Chateau Cote de Baleau in St Emilion. Matilda picked us up at the Tourist Information Office in a very comfortable van. She was knowledgeable and professional. We tasted 7 wines in total, 3 Grand Crus. Snacks and lunch with wine were included. The tour of St Emilion at the end was amazing! A great time.

As a group of Australians in Bordeaux, we didn’t expect to have an Aussie tour guide for our Medoc/Saint Emilion winery tour - but Hugo was absolutely fantastic & we certainly didn’t have any language issues! Hugo was full of information on both the history of Bordeaux & it’s wine industry & it was all delivered in an easy, enjoyable manner. Our group enjoyed the 3 Chateau’s that we visited very much. Chateau Siran, Chateau Marquis de Terme & the beautiful Chateau Cote de Baleau where we had a lovely lunch under the trees on a day that was around 39deg. With some older legs in our group Hugo was very mindful of getting all of us around hilly Saint Emilion without having anyone feel they couldn’t keep up. All in all a really great & memorable day filled with lovely wine, great information & great company - thanks Hugo!

Our first day in Bordeaux could not have been spent any better than with Thomas of Rustic Vines. Thomas was such a joy to spend the day with. We all met at the Bordeaux office before hopping into the van which took us to our bikes near the vineyards. Thomas gave us a fun prep course on the way. No pressure! You do not need to know much about wine to enjoy this experience. This is for folks with all levels of wine interest and knowledge. The e-bikes are the way to go. We covered a lot of ground with spectacular views. One vista was more beautiful than the next. The bike ride alone would have been enough of an experience. The tours of the wineries were interesting and tasty. Thomas put together a lovely lunch for us while we were busy tasting wine. There is nothing like wine to help a group of strangers relax and enjoy a meal together. Memories of this tour came up often during the rest of out time in France and Spain, as did our comments about how we all adored Thomas.

Such a wonderful day and Gilliam our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Got to taste a lot of lovely wine and the lunch included was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

This was a very well planned tour. Although 12 hours long much of the time was in travelling the disrtance to the winery and to Saint Emilion. Well worth it.

The people working for Bordovino (and our guide, Remi, in particular!) are incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The entire experience felt authentic, genuine, and warm. They know their wine well but there is no pretension or stuffines. And to top it all off, you can buy wine directly from Bordovino at the same price as you would a Chateau. It's a huge perk. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Bordovino to anyone considering a trip to Bordeaux.

We had a whole day trip.
First half day was nice. Then we went back to Bordaux city and had lunch in the office for a short while.
Did not have time to finish the lunch since the guide needed to pick ut some more people for next half day tour. Then we went to 2 other winery, but same story - just repeat. When you book 1 day trip, there should be some variation on the tour. The last half day was very boring:-
