Terrific ride through town with many stops for history and architecture appreciation, including photos/drawings of Bordeaux on past ages

Really enjoyable experience. Covered a large amount of ground and went to places we would not have ventured on our own. Darwin area and skatepark and lovely ride through the park. Good value for money. Tour guide was really pleasant and gave enough history in his stops.

My wife and I chose to do this tour on our arrival day, it was an excellent decision. JC is a great guide, friendly, knowledgable and clearly passionate about his beautiful city! The bikes were comfortable and well maintained, he provided helmets, rain coats and water bottles. I highly recommend this as a wonderful way to see Bordeaux!

We had planned our trip to Bordeaux quite a bit in advance, and booking the bike tour tour felt like a great thing to do as we we both enjoy cycling. We had no problem booking the tour and finding the meeting point as we had done a bit of research beforehand. We were met by Jean Christoph, who made us feel very welcome and arranged our suitable bikes. The tour was very easygoing, taking in all the wonderful sites of Bordeaux and with Jean Christope great knowledge of the city it was so enjoyable. I've lived in Bordeaux a very long time ago and though I bike tour around the city might be fun. I was surprised how much the city has changed over the years and if it hadn't had been for this tour I would have never found out. The tour takes you around all the main sights of Bordeaux and also to newly developed areas of town. It's the perfect mix of (exercise) and exploring a new city. It was not exhausting at all though and can highly recommend it. The guide was very knowledgable and has lived in Bordeaux most of his life. It is obvious he loves the city, whenever he talks about it!

My no. 1 recommendation for Bordeaux. I initially did this tour with my mom, but when my girlfriend joined, I made sure to go again. This is the best way to see the city and I was excited to do it again because Jean-Christophe is so fun and informative. You can’t go wrong booking this.

We had a great time with Jean-Christophe on his bike tour. His passion for cycling and his home city is really contagious. The bikes are in great shape, we got helmets, ponchos and water bottles and even some canelés - what a service! On the tour we saw a ton of nice places that we want to visit again. We spent 12 days in France and did multiple tours. This tour by far was the best one! we biked all around Bardeaux and learn so much about the history, which was really helpful because we didn’t understand the various periods of architecture and now we do. We biked across the river to the community of Darwin. Jean-Christophe was kind and funny, and very supportive of my family, who are not good bike riders😂 I would absolutely indefinitely recommend this tour.

It was a super experience and the bikes were in a good condition and we had a super guide 🙏 We toke the wrong way for appointment and our guide helpt us by phone to get at the right place He waited 1/2h on us He told a lot about the history of Bordeaux it was verry interresting I highly recommend this tour 👌👌

Personalised service from Jean Christophe adapting the tour for what we hadn't already seen and taking us to we quite a few places we would never have discovered. Inclement weather meant that the Jean Christophe rearranged for us to go at a better time and gave us lots of useful hints about where to go. Great experience - highly recommend.

We had a wonderful tour. The bikes were great and comfortable and the route was beautiful. Our guide was so nice and helpful and gave us a wonderful history lesson.

This tour was an easy, friendly, informative and enjoyable way to get introduced to Bordeaux in a few hours. Bike tours are so much better than walking tours when you have children! No more complaining about how tired their feet are. And better in hot weather too, as you get a breeze while riding. Bordeaux is designed to cater very well to cyclists. Jean Christopher is a knowledgeable and passionate local of Bordeaux, who shares key insights in bite size and engaging ways. After this tour we had a good idea of which parts of Bordeaux we wanted to go back to explore in detail. The bikes were in excellent condition and comfortable and Jean Christophe provided helmets (by law for children and at our request for us adults) and cold water in little cooler bags in our bike baskets. Highly recommend!

Jean-Christophe Was outstanding guide who managed a diverse group ( from seniors to children) expertly.Very informative on the Bordeaux history, population and architecture and their evolution. Extremely attetive to security and did full briefing accordingly. Tour route comprehensive which gave us a great overview in 3hrs. Covered way more ground than we could have done walking.

Wonderful! We loved this bike tour with Jean Christophe, a very knowledgeable and kind local. We did this as a family of four, with our 11 & 12 year old kids, who also fully enjoyed the tour. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxed way to learn about and cover the many stunning neighborhoods of Bordeaux.
