It Relaxing, beautiful view, great tasting food and the staff was extremely attentive my massage was amazing

This was a great experience. I was celebrating my birthday. Jordan was my host and made this the most memorable experience ever. When I entered the beach club I received a birthday serenade. He was very attentive to our needs and kept high energy the entire time. He even danced with me. Jordan is the best! Book and have yourself a luxurious experience.

Everything was amazing food was good. View and vibes amazing do it if you’re thinking about it .. the boat ride is a bit rough but once you’re there it’s truly paradise

Pros: Great service, beautiful cabanas, well maintained, food was tasty. Cons: small beach with tons of coral (bring aqua socks), not enough bathrooms and they were dirty, not enough fans for guest to stay cool

This tour was absolutely amazing! Punctual at departing the port. Once there we were welcomed warmly. The property was beautifully laid out. The cabanas were perfect. The food and drinks were delicious. The water was stunning. Everyone was very attentive and friendly and eager to accommodate. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! This place is beautiful! Book the VIP. I almost did not get vip but am so happy I did. It gives you access to both sides and has the more private beach. Also, pay the extra for the ocean side bed. Trust me, the view of the ocean is so much better. My wife and I got massages at $50 per person for 45 minutes. They were very relaxing. The fried fish was great. We also had a guy on a canoe roll up and make us drinks as we were in the ocean. It was amazing. The boat ride on the way back can get a bit rough. Even with that it was worth it

This place was great. My partner and I went for relaxation. There was loud music but we were towards the outer portion of the area and that contributed to lower volume. However, it was not a bother like that. It was beautiful out there, bring snorkeling gear if you have it so you can see through the water. We had VIP, upgrade to first row bed to see the beach, and did get the crab and lobster and a massage. If you want the upgrade, arrive to the pier at least 30 minutes early and when you check in, ask there and pay. If you snooze, you lose on that. I would definitely go back. The only draw back was the server was hard to reach, I kept having to go and ask for someone to come to us and watch out on the massage that you confirm your option RIGHT BEFORE they start for clarity as to not be overcharged. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely recommend!! Now be prepared for a bumpy boat ride! I’d recommend to sit in the middle. VIP was also a good choice. The DJ was better to me and so were the single sun bed options. No need to upgrade to a bed close to the water unless you’re not interested in getting some sun, a tan. Only down side for me is I wish I didn’t select the seafood pasta. Not thee best! The seafood taste fresh but the pasta no bueno! Overall had a wonderful time on my birthday at Bora Bora!!

Can think of a number of better ways to spend $250. Arrive at 9am and leave again at 2pm. ‘VIP’ - Sunbed was permanently in the shade, fish and rice for lunch (tasty but fish and rice is cheap), boat ride which will leave you absolutely soaked if sat at the back. Then all drinks and snacks on top of this taking the total spend to around $350. If you are expecting the service/quality of VIP beach clubs across Europe/Vegas/Dubai then think again. Not worth the money.

Whilst it was a good day out from the city, and I am glad I went, I think this is overrated. You are at the resort from around 9.30a.m -2pm. The water can be tough, our crossing very much so and we all arrived soaked from sea spray off the waves. The food was ok. The music and dancing fun. Its a shame there is no beach as such; its rocky to get into the water. The resort could be improved with a pool.

This started off as the perfect excursion. The trip to the island was good. We were received well once we got to the island. Our time on the island was perfect. It was a great way to wrap up my trip. That was until it was time to head back to cartagena. We were all squeezed onto one boat. That wasnt the best idea because at that time the waters are choppy and rough. Aside of that, there were passengers on the boat that were belligerent drunk. As we began our trip back to the main land, we hit a big wave. One of the drunk passengers fell out of his seat and his entire group stands straight up in the middle of the ride. The captain stops the boat, the co captain comes down to check on him and his drunk rude self then physically assaults the co captain. All hell breaks lose and the boat is stopped in the middle of the water for far too long. They continue to go back and forth and the captain makes the decision to change the route. Bad move. When he changed the route we ended up stuck in muddy waters because the tides were so low. Passengers had to get out of the boat and literally pull the boat out of the mud along with the co captian. Needless to say it was getting later and concerns were setting in. Passengers were sending videos to their families out of fear that nightfall would set while we were somewhere secluded from civilization and out of the normal route. We eventually made it back. What was supposed to be a 45 minute trip became a 3 hour trip back to cartagena. I dont know if I would trust this company to take me there again. My friends and I did not feel safe at all. Between the physical assault, the verbal assault and the being stranded in what looked to be a swamp was not the perfect ending to my trip. I understand the company might not have control over others actions, but they have control of the amount of alcohol they serve someone. And that group of people were visibly drunk before they even got back on the boat. All of this was communicated to the team once we arrived and there was no express of empathy or sympathy. I will be reaching out to get a refund immediately.

Definitely was an amazing day! Would definitely do it again! The process was very easy. Just have 14 pesos for the taxes at the gate & be ready to relax

Beautiful beach, very disappointed by the service of our waiter. We paid for the vip section + vip bed. With that being said we expected a great service but our waiter was never around to take our food/drink orders we literally had to chase him down. At some point we asked him how come he wasn’t around so much to which he responded he was busy doing a wine tasting. We were so confused. We told him we wanted to keep the drinks coming and he continued to I think avoid us. Keeping in mind we paid way extra, for the section AND bed it was not reflected on the hospitality whatsoever so that was very disappointing. It was a girls trip and that ruined the experience a bit. At the end he came asking for a tip (besides the one that’s already included) :o Its a beautiful place but the service was extremely disappointing. I say pay for the regular section and dont waste money on the vip beds. NOT WORTH IT. Food was ok! No showers. But its the most beautiful water ive seen in Cartagena. It also has a fun dancing/zumba class.

The massage option was amazing. The drinks were little watered down. The food was good, but while eating chicken real chickens were walking around tables which was a little weird.

Bora Bora was amazing beyond expectations! The locals were amazing our server Pedro was amazing! I got the VIP which I recommend. From the port to going back into the port everything was amazing. The food was delicious. The island was beautiful too.

I enjoyed my trip at Bora Bora. The food and atmosphere was great! I only wished that we had the option to not stay the entire time (until 3pm) as we were ready to go after a few hours due to the heat. It was also a bumpy ride back on the speed boat that was quite nerve wrecking for me. Other than that, the place was nice and if you want to relax with a small turn up, this is the place for you.

The over all experiments was kind of chaotic…upon arrival you line up at the doc where there is zero crowd control and everyone is jockeying to get through the gate. Once on the boat it’s an hour ride to the Brach club. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and then shown our bed, we were not explained anything at all. We went up to get food where we were ignored and dismissed until our personal waiter introduced himself (Fernando who was absolutely amazing). Once we were linked with him then our service was impeccable. The overall facilities were nice but the vip experience was in my opinion just average. Also the boats should be separated into vip and non vip. Overall a relaxing day at the beach but not as luxurious as I expected

Must do when visiting Cartagena!! Beautiful Beach Club and friendly service! It was organized and a great value.
