Booked and paid for the ticket online in advance. You couldn't do anything with the order, because you had to pick up the ticket at the citizen information. Then you can buy it better directly there. The online service is therefore actually worthless.

Trip was fine. Only on the day itself did I see the email to download! So too late! We were unable to use the card. Can we get the €20 back?

We were perfectly assisted in redeeming the voucher. The person who helped us also spoke Dutch. Great experience, good explanation about the use of the tickets.

Definitely worth it

generally very good, a pity that museums (including Beethoven) and churches were closed due to renovation works and could not be visited.

You need to visit several sights in one day to get your true value for money. You don't really need the transport benefits, as most of Bonn is compact. Also, the Tourist Office obviously wasn't familiar with this (they didn't give me the promised book), although it was honoured.
