Alex was knowledgeable and gave us a very interesting tour. He pointed out a lot of interesting things about the city and the architecture as we walked along. We were stuffed by the end of the tour with a lot of delicious food and had a lot of fun.

Our tour guide, Andra, was exceptional. We learned so much history about Bucharest, its architecture, and the people that have shaped the city over time. The food and beverages were a treat because we learned about Romanian culture through food and drink. The visit to market was a highlight of the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Very informative tour and Andra was excellent guide giving many insightful information. Her information on early Bucharest to today I found very interesting. From architecture, religion and political turning points.

Bogdan….. also known as Boggy, magden but our favourite is and forever will “mega dan” what a great person. He made our day one of the best days ever spent (direct quote from Gil) history, humour, great food and drink! We have been made to feel So very very welcome. Truly remarkable. Great walking tour of Bucharest. Andrea was able to show us areas of the city we would have never experienced on our own. The market was fabulous, riding the bus/tram and all of the different food/drink stops made us feel like locals. I would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing day with Elana, saw parts of bucharest we wouldn’t have gone to. Food was great, Elana was a fantastic tour guide very knowledgable.

I had Alex as our guide. He explained clearly and excitedly the many buildings, symbols, street arts that one sees across the city. The Muhallah was definitely worth the visit. We had a wonderful traditional Romanian breakfast in a family run restaurant, then the must try Romanian sausages. Our dessert was a donut.. very light, fluffy and I would say.. worth every calorie! I really enjoyed the walk around the market. Thank you Alex for a splendid tour around Bucharest. I will do the tour again.

Alex was brilliant- incredibly friendly knowledgeable and helpful. He packed the 5 hour tour with such variety incorporating architectural info street art history food and just friendliness. I would absolutely recommend booking with him. He’s a Bucharest native. Definitely a highlight so far.

Definitely finished the tour feeling well fed so don't have a big meal beforehand. Variety of sites visited on the tour and various modes of transport used. The tour guide was happy to engage with the group which is important on this kind of tour as you are together a while and have a couple of opportunities for sit down tastings. The mici at the market were definitely better than the ones I tried later at a restaurant.

Really enjoyed this tour , it ticked all the box’s of how you want a tour to be ! Bogdan was a great guide , knowledgeable ….passionate about Bucharest and easy to talk too . The food and drinks were delicious and the market was great , I bought honey and lavender…. But it’s hard not to want to buy more ! Thanks again for looking after us all .

We were very lucky to just be the two of us on this tour, we had a lovely day , Bogdan (hopefully spelt correct) was a really good tour guide, very friendly and easy to communicate with, had a good knowledge of the area , and took us to where the locals would shop and eat , a great day, id def recommends this tour 😊

A walking and tram tour of the different architecture and areas of Bucharest as well as seeing the market, tasting amazing local food, drinking local beer and brandy. Bogdan (Boggy) was an amazing guide, informative and funny. The food was plentiful and so delicious. I had Mici before but he took us to the best place that had queues but we got VIP treatment. 2 of our friends were vegetarian so he made sure that they did not miss out on food when we ate the Romanian Sausage. Would 100% recommend Boggy and his company for food and wine tours. And when I visit Bucharest again, we will be contacting him!!!

I always try to do food tours when traveling to countries where I don't have a ton of experience with the food, and this tour was one of the best! Our guide, Bogdan, was incredible. Very knowledgeable and informative, but felt natural and not scripted or boring. Learned so much history about Bucharest and saw so many areas that you wouldn't normally experience a tourist! Seeing the market was an amazing experience, and all the food was fantastic! Highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves food and wants to go off the tourist path a bit.

This tour is about the history, architecture, ordinary lives of the people and the food of Bucharest. Bogdan, the tour guide, was an excellent storyteller and I had great fun! The food stops are very nice and you get to places where most tours don’t go.

We enjoyed this walking tour and the food as we approached lunchtime but would have preferred if there were more tastes along the way, and if the buzz of Bucharest's Old Town had been part of it. We had just arrived late the night before so walking across wide thoroughfares, and visiting what felt like suburban neighbourhoods with no atmosphere looking at different styles of architecture, didn't help us to get a sense of the intimate life of the city. We would have liked more time to explore the Ober Market after the sausage/beer tasting rather than spending as much time as we did on the various street corners. Elena was professional and knowledgeable and a very nice guide but we think this tour could be improved with a few tweaks - particularly for first time Bucharest visitors.
