There was a fairly high average age on the trip and reasonably we all wanted to enjoy the silence and the beautiful archipelago. Six hours became unbearable, unfortunately, even though the archipelago, the sea and the beaches are beautiful.

Today, I had the pleasure of touring the Archipelago of La Maddalena aboard Maggior Leggero. The boat departed La Maddalena at 10:30 and cruised the waters of the archipelago, taking in all the wonderful scenery. The boat passed by intricate rock formations that have been carved out through time by the elements and various military and historical landmarks. Every aspect of the tour is explained in four different languages so that all aboard are well informed. Not only was the scenery absolutely stunning, but the time spent at various beaches during our tour was really a treat. The knowledge and customer service of the crew members was by far the stand out feature of this trip. Every member of the crew was helpful, courteous and attentive to all aboard. Accomodations: very comfortable, plenty of space for myself and my personal items. Shade and sunlit areas available Service: outstanding! The customer service is top notch. Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive. Food and beverage: the boat offers various food and beverage items for purchase at their bar. Various pasta dishes, salads, fried fish, and even a typical Sardinian dessert are available to order. Various sandwiches and light snack items are also available. The bar serves hot and cold drinks to order and various refrigerated soft drinks, beer, wine and juices. I highly recommend this boat tour. I spent a very enjoyable day exploring this beautiful landscape and the breathtaking beaches that the Archipelago of La Maddalena has to offer. I will definitely repeat this boat tour!

We left Baja and boarded a lovely boat from the jetty. The Boat was already very busy as we visited three different islands during the day, starting with La Maddalena - with circa 12000 inhabitants. Our second island Spargi was uninhabited with lovely white beaches and turquoise water. Boat was a bit too busy with limited available seating but day was excellent.

There are number of trips available with many companies, so you have to choose availability on the preferred day. We chose three outer islands and Maddalena town and I believe was the best for number of reasons: (1) you don't need much time to walk in Maddalena town, an hour is enough to walk through narrow streets and enjoy a drink somewhere; (2) when it comes to beaches, they are the best on three smaller islands; (3) choosing the above package it was a good balance between sailing and seeing a lot and beach time. Food on boat only for those who are hungry, but white wine is inexpensive and great Vermentino as everywhere in Sardinia. IMPORTANT! leave time for parking before the boat departure as parking can be stressful as well as takes a bit of time to navigate to your boat.

It was a very nice day: start at 10:15, return at ca. 18:00, swimming around the islands with stops for swimming (15 minutes + 2 stops of ca. 1,5 hours on two nice beaches + 1 h stop in Maddalena city). Good views and good swimming. The guide (Claudia?) tirelessly spoke in Italian, good English, French and Spanish. Overall nice staff. Reasonable bar prices (e.g. glass of wine 2,5 EUR, meals 5-12 EUR). Well spent 45 EUR p.p. (2021, direct booking). Off-season we booked just the day before, but in season it is probably better to book a little in advance. The boat is one of the big ones, it has 3 rows 3-seats each. I think it i better to seat on the right.

We had an amazing time with Maggior Leggero in the COLORADO sail. The team was amazing: passionate, fun and informative. The tour lasts 7 hours, and we had a great time both on the boat and in the 4 different spots we stopped at: two in the water, near some of the most beautiful islands in Italy, and two at the beaches of said islands. We are in our mid 20s going 30 and the people we met were also of similar age. Colorado isn’t just a tour - it’s an experience. Absolute value for money. Thank you Domenica, Jordan, Letizia and the rest of the crew!! 10/10 would do it again in a heartbeat!!

Maybe the best boat tour we ever had! We took the Colorado at La Maddalena pier at 10am with the first stop at Palau. We were 8 passengers in total plus the amazing and extremely professional crew along with Leticia, our fantastic guide showing us all beautiful spots in a perfect Italian and English. The archipelago is breathless and we had more than enough time to swim and sunbathe. Weather was not perfect (a bit windy) but we really enjoyed it. Bellissima escursione, ne vale davvero la pena. Staff competente e molto disponibile. La prima sosta è stata alle piscine naturali, abbiamo potuto fare il bagno tuffandoci dalla barca ed è stato davvero bellissimo. Il tour è proseguito con il passaggio di fronte all'isola rosa che purtroppo di rosa non ha più nulla, e la sosta in due spiagge: Santa Maria e la fantastica isola di spargi. Insomma sicuramente da non perdere!!!

Tutto lo staff è super gentile. Claudia bravissima guida poliglotta! Parla 4/5 lingue alla perfezione. Complimenti. Tour ben organizzato, con tappe bagno/visita. Ben organizzato anche il momento del pranzo. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Nos pareció una actividad que merece la pena hacer sin duda. Es muy bonito y accedes a sitios que no podrías ir sin barco, especialmente a las piscinas naturales que fue espectacular. Recomendamos llevar tu propia comida porque sólo hay opción de comprar comida en el barco y no merece la pena (dejad la comida en el barco cuando bajéis a cala Granara que hay jabalíes que te la roban, lo vimos en directo). Es una experiencia en global muy buena pero bastante cansada. El precio que pagamos fue de 60€ por persona. Nosotros lo reservamos para salir desde la Isla de la Maddalena pero a la vuelta nos dejaron volver hasta Palau por lo que no tuvimos que volver a coger el ferry. El parking de Palau lo pagamos con la aplicación Easypark, si no hay una maquina dónde pagas el parking las horas que necesites.

Secondo anno che faccio questa escursione con la mia compagna e devo dire che nulla ê cambiato. Certo le spiagge sono sempre affollate in particolare santa Maria ma non ê colpa della compagnia. L equipaggio lo spiega molto bene ma purtroppo non tutti recepiscono il messaggio. Apprezzo moltissimo la professionalità di questo team e l educazione. A partire dal ragazzo che guida il gommone, il signore che controlla durante la sosta a budelli molto serio e professionale e la super guida Claudia come sempre non manca di gentilezza professionalità e savoir fare. Per quanto riguarda le spiagge?? Gala Granara un sogno ad occhi aperti . Grazie mille ragazzi alla prossima

De bezochte stranden waren fantastisch. De bemanning deed hun best om alles soepeltjes te laten lopen en was zeer kundig. Er is een bar aan boord. Commentaar aan boord was nauwelijks te horen helaas. Maar dit mocht de oret niet drukken
