What an amazing experience with our guide. We had a wonderful time walking in the glacier and in the Blue Ice Cave! The price is perfectly fine for the experience and I recommend it to everyone!

The tour was amazing! The best part of our trip to Iceland. I highly recommend the tour with both glacier hiking and cave exploring, it is a unique experience.

Kristyna was an amazing guide - she explained to us about the glacier and her love for the outdoors really showed. We felt really safe following her as she was constantly checking that we were safe and took slightly longer routes. Glad that we made the decision to choose this family run company as we completely enjoyed ourselves!

The tour guide and driver Christina who from Czech Republic. Only 1 word can describe her is PERFECT. She shows us 3 blue ice cave and explained how it made. Also assisted us about photo. And so kindly to share her own experience how to make a better pictures via IPhone. Hahahahahahaaha : ) Super recommend this tour. Compare to other bigger group, our quality is way more better. The tour was absolutely amazing! Our guide (Sergio) was very knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. He was also very humorous and the whole group had a lot of fun. He also offered to take pictures and made sure we all had a nice experience. My personal highlight was seeing a few moulins and going in them as far as possible and also visiting the big ice cave, where we sat down on the ground listening to the small waterstream with the only lightsource being the sun shining through the blue ice. Absolutely stunning! On the way back we even saw a few reindeers and our guide stopped so we could take pictures. We were 7 people in the group and we met at 9:30 in the basecamp and came back at 16:00, so we could really take our time to see everything and it never felt rushed. I can really recommend this tour and it's definitely one of my highlights of my whole Iceland trip!

Rory was an amazing guide! We learned so much about the glacier and how the blue ice caves are formed. He was so fun and engaging! The blue ice caves were AMAZING! I’ve never seen that color blue found in nature. They provided all the gear that we needed (crampons, helmet, harness). Definitely make sure to bring waterproof pants, sunglasses, and sunscreen. What a great adventure!!

Where do I start... Firstly I stayed at Skyrhusid Hostel which is only a 2 minute walk to glacier adventures base camp which makes the location extremely easy to get to. The organisation was easy and they made sure you were well kitted out before driving you to the glacier. My guide was absolutely incredible (I can't remember her name unfortunately) but she gave us facts and info about the glacier. The blue Ice cave itself was OK but felt very fake. There are SO many people around, its crowded and any pics are done to try and hide this fact. I also did the glacier walk (6 hour day) with mine which I can honestly say was incredible and the best part of the whole day. We explored incredible ice formations made from the melting ice which was stunning and our lovely guide was sure to get some great pictures to remember the day. I would 100% go again with this company but I would make sure I was doing the glacier hike as the ice cave wasnt the best bit from my opinion.

Fulfilling trip with nice walk and scenery. I like the tour guide giving us a brief detailed history about the glacier. She even showed how to set a fixed rope on the ice. We even have a chance to see more ice caves and ice canyons during the whole trip.

This tour exceeded my expectations. Our guide was amazing and I can’t even describe how truly amazing it was to go in the canyons of the glacier and into the ice cave. It was like a whole new world. We also got to fill our water bottles up from a stream from the glacier melt and it was the BEST water!

This tour was one of the highlights of my trip for sure. Marek was an awesome guide and very accommodating of everybody. We had the cave to ourselves for a little bit which was perfect. Definitely recommended!!

I booked our Blue Ice Cave tour with Glacier Adventure a year in advance....I knew this was the tour for us based on the reviews and their incredible Instagram photos. We had Klaudia as a guide... she shared her passion and knowledge with us and made the day one to remember....we visited Bellissimo, Aquarium, Cinnamon Roll and the Ice Cave.... it was definitely the highlight of our Icelandic Adventure. I can't recommend this tour group enough.... the groups are kept small to ensure that we all had an opportunity to make the most of the day. I wish we could do it all over again!!! My boyfriend and me did this experience on March 19th. We had an amazing guide who cared of us and made funny the journey. Weather helped a little bit. Highly recommended.

Loved our tour and tour guide. The Ice cave was flooded so we didnt actually get to walk through but we had the opporutnity to explore the glacier for about 6 hours visiting newly formed caverns. It was not an easy trip, but well worth it!

This was the highlight of our trip to Iceland, and frankly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Our excellent guide, Kristina, took us hiking on the glacier and into two moulins. We were given crampons and harnesses to safely walk into these giant holes in the ice. It was breathtaking. Then we saw the ice cave and wow, just spectacular. This was a small group of just four people, plus the guide. Kristina tailored the experience to our comfort. It’s a bit physically challenging (mostly learning to walk with the crampons and climbing into holes) but worth every second. We saw people of all ages on the glacier, so it’s totally doable if you’re in moderate shape. Honestly, the time flew by and we all could have stayed out there longer.

This tour was the best we have done in Iceland! The guide was amazing and taught us so much. She was fantastic and we couldn’t have hoped for better as we felt she adapted the tour for the group’s needs and also the time we had. She instructed us really well and was so well informed. A massive plus for us was that we were a small group so there wasn’t a lot of waiting and the pace was excellent. It also didn’t make you feel like such a tourist, but more of a local adventurer discovering new parts of the glacier. The landscape was so so impressive and we felt lucky to see the glacier from above, in between and below! We found the tour on instagram and were happy that the photos they put up are really like what you are able to see with your own eyes. We couldn’t have been happier and recommend this tour to everyone!

Woke up to rain but in true Iceland form, the skies had cleared, and the sun was out by the time we make it to the glacier. The cave was flooded but Sergio guided us around the glacier and found additional caverns for us to explore, which resulted in a phenomenal day of hiking! Moderate level of activity but felt paced out really well and our guide continued to cheeck in with the group to make sure everyone was keeping up. Sergio was also very knowledgeable and made us feel safe. He was very friendly and encouraging! This was truly one of the highlights of our trip and such a unique experience. Will recommend to everyone!

What an incredible experience! Some of the most breathtaking views we've ever seen, and expert guidance so we felt really safe throughout. The glacier itself is just beautiful, and the blue cave was gorgeous even after heavy rainfall. Mike was a very passionate and knowledgeable guide, and really helped us get the best experience and views possible. He also went above and beyond helping us as we were unsure on the ice. Would wholeheartedly recommend this experience!

We did a glacier hike which was a very unique and fun experience . You walk on the glacier and visit moulins and then the ice cave . Sergio was very helpful and friendly . He guided us really well and ensured our safety was a priority . I would say that the staff were great and the long tour was definitely worth the time and money :) .

Very wellicht organized. Professional guide. Good material. Trip is very nice. We are 55yrs old, and not to heavy to do.
