Our guide stoppes at «the original blue Hole» where we were given another guide who was not very child-friendly. We was stressing and pushing, we had to were watershoes and the cost of renting them was 10$ a pair… we are 5 in our familiy, so for me that become an extra expence since I allready payd 500$ for the tour. The first waterfall was beatyfull and empy, we got to jump one time each, then he took us to another waterfall who was very crowded. My girls didnt want to jump there

The natural beauty of the ecosystem along with the friendly tour guides was such an enjoyable experience. Our driver Miguel from Best Jamaica transport was absolutely incredible!! So essentially front the time we were picked up, to the time we were dropped off it was an experience that we will never forget. Thank you!!!☺️👍🏽

Our driver Alex was great. The scenery of the Blue Hole is breathtaking. I did not like how our tour guides for the Blue Hole harassed us for tips. Our group tipped them and they told us that $30 was not enough. Actually followed us and harassed us for more money. This was the second year we did this tour and we will not be doing it again.

Best Jamaica was amazing. Easily messaged through WhatsApp and great communication. Picked up in Montego Bay and taken safely to the Blue Hole by Jevoni. Great guide for along the way and knows where the good food is! Blue hole was amazing. Clean, clear water. Plenty of places to jump and swing or just chill. Will recommend to everyone!

Great experience ! Got us from airport to hotel. Next 2 days, took us to our excursions, stopped at off the beaten paths, made it very personal. Alex and David (drivers) were both awesome ! They were very friendly with kids, very flexible, gave lot of history about the island, took us whenever we wanted to go. I would recommend them for private tours and would use them again. I saw other tours with bus full of 40-50 people and am so glad I did a private tour with my family. We had our own van where we left water, personal items, etc in the van without hesitation ! Look this place up and ask for Alex for David ! This company and the people deserve more than 5 stars!

We used Best Jamaica for airport transfer and transfer to Negril and also for private Dunn’s river falls and Blue Hope excursions. They were always on time and were very friendly. We learnt a lot about local food and people through them and also tried some local cuisines. Dunn’s river waterfalls and Blue hole excursions were amongst the best things we did in Jamaica.

It was a lot of fun jumping in the river, we had two guides helping ensure everyone was safe. If you go on a cruise I would book via the ship, we got stuck coming back and had there not been other tours also late would’ve missed the ship. Also from Montego Bay it took us over 3 hours, on a two lane road, not fun. Lastly, be in good physical shape, you climb up rocks and hang onto tree roots for a handrail.

This was the best trip! It was the highlight of our Jamaica vacation. I highly recommend you ask for Owen as your driver. He’s very knowledgeable and gave us many insights into Jamaica and the Jamaican culture. We will definitely use Best Jamaica for all our trips.

Our driver Wayne picked us up on time at our hotel in a clean and safe vehicle. He was very personable and friendly and narrated our trip from Hilton Rose Hall to the Blue Hole. We learned a lot on the drive. He customized our trip and made a couple stops for us, one to shop and one to get some local food. The booking and billing was easy and accurate. I HIGHLY recommend.

Airport transfers, Luminous Lagoon, The Blue Hole, Martha Brea, City Tour and trip my private trip to the "Office". Ask Alex or Austin about this off the menu choice ;) I don't write reviews and do expect above average customer service when going private. 1 to 10, Best Jamaica rated and 11! Should be your first contact when you finalize Hotel and Plane tickets. This is private and much more immersive. We made multiple stops on the road for too many fresh tropical Fruits to mention, Spicy Boiled Crab, Cornmeal Pudding, real Jamaican meat patties, conch/shrimp chowder.. No brainer for me. They will be my first call when I return!!

Ahhhh, such an awesome time in Jamaica and with Best Jamaica! Everyone was great, starting at the time of booking with Shamelia! She provided excellent customer service and quick response time. Whatsapp is extremely helpful and great communication with this company. Shamelia was able to accommodate last minute requests and set us up with a driver quickly. (WAYNE!!!) We were greeted at the airport by our driver, Wayne! He was awesome- great hospitality, personality, mannerisms, sense of humor and knowledgeable about everything we asked whether it was a lot or a little. He took great care of us! - The airport transfer started our trip with Wayne and we ended up taking 4 more rides with him during our stay. He gave us some history about the country and landmarks/buildings we were passing and answered questions, recommended trips and Best Jamaica’s services for tours and excursions! - Luminous Lagoon, where he got us situated and expedited our process with the company. Also accommodated a quick impromptu bathroom run. The rest of the night was a bit of a blur for me, but my daughter and best friend said we had a blast!! - Blue Hole, which was over 2 hours away! I got motion sickness as soon as we got there and Wayne was right there to assist. (Although he had NO obligation) On the way back, he recommended great restaurants to eat and also found short cut for us to make it quicker through the traffic! ( no matter how high up the mountain, lol) - Dolphin Cove, at this point- we weren’t too far from our hotel, but needed a ride and Wayne was our guy. So much so, when my daughter was getting in the water- she asked “Where did Wayne go?” (Because he stepped outside for a minute) - and lastly, he was our driver back to the airport. Wayne was literally apart of our vacation! He was with us every step of the way and we felt like he was part of us! It was bittersweet leaving- But we will definitely be back soon! We had an amazing experience with this company. It was very easy to communicate with the staff for booking our excursion, always got a quick reply. Our driver Leroy was excellent. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. He treated us to some local Jamaican fruit along the way and brought us to taste some Jamaican patties, while driving to our different destinations. He was very flexible with our itinerary and made it a very memorable day.

Airport transfers, Luminous Lagoon, The Blue Hole, White River tubing, and Sugar Pot Ruins Beach, all organized by the amazing Shamelia! Such a fun day. Leroy our driver was excellent and a great tour guide who explained the area culture and points of interest. The blue hole is a must see! We arrived after a brief rain so the current was strong but the waterfall guides who Leroy recommended made sure we were safe and had a terrific time. Nothing like jumping into a sparkling pool of bright blue water to get the adrenaline flowing! It was not crowded and left opportunity to enjoy the beautiful jungle surroundings without too many people. We would highly recommend any excursion with Leroy as your guide. He even stopped to get us some local fruits and “puddings” so we could taste real Jamaican foods. Get out of your resort and take this trip to see some of the real Jamaica!

We booked a last minute trip to Jamaica and our hotel (Royalton Negril) did not provide transfers between MBJ and the resort. Literally less than 10 hrs before I was supposed to depart for Jamaica, I found them online and naturally because it my first time, I had some questions. They had a WhatsApp number on their website, I messaged with my question and someone responded immediately (this was around 10PM) and answered all of my questions. I was satisfied and I decided to go with Best Jamaica. I filled out the reservation information online and received an email confirmation within minutes with all the information including payment options. *be sure to provide the age of your children so that they know if they need to have a car/booster seat installed prior to pick up. We landed in Jamaica, and they messaged us to inquire about where we were in the entry process. We walked outside of customs/immigration and a young lady by the name of SHAMELLA greeted us, and escorted us to our driver. Our driver up to Negril was a guy named Prince. His car was clean and well kept. We had a great conversation, there was heavy rain downpour but we felt safe the entire time. (I think I’m the best driver in the world, but it felt as though the car was being driven by me. When it was time to leave to go back to MBJ from Negril, our driver was early.. he had a car seat ready for my daughter. I didn’t catch his name because we ate breakfast right before we left and the road rocked us all to sleep like little babies. Overall, 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five. Great customer service, and the drivers care about safety. Considering I booked my round trip reservation last minute and there were no hiccups. Thank you.
