Chris arrived and picked us up from the port and gave us a brilliant tour right up to the blue hole experience which I can highly recommend. When we finished he took us on a magical tour of the lesser known side of the island including a quick pit stop at a great view point and bar. He’s a massive Man Utd fan so talk was about that as well as other sports. My whole family felt incredibly safe and the knowledge of the island he gave us was brilliant. A1 from us all Thanks Chris

We can’t say enough great things about Chris. My husband, two teenage boys and I stayed at the Moon Palace. We ran into a guest who heard us say we wanted to visit the Blue Hole. She had just came back from having Chris take her group to the Blue Hole. She spoke very highly of him and shared his business card with us. I contacted him. He got back to me immediately through Facebook messenger. He even suggested to go on an early morning and a day the cruise ships weren’t in port so it was less crowded. He was right on time. His van was very clean. He was funny, easy going and very knowledgeable in pointing out things about Jamaica. We learned alot of fun facts. He walked us up to the Blue Hole check in and made sure we were handed off to our guide. He was there waiting when we got back. We were very comfortable with him and would use his services again in a heartbeat, when we return to Jamaica. Thank you.

If you like adventure, I highly recommend Chris at Chris Jamaica Tours! We recently stayed at the Hermosa Cove Villas (also highly recommended, see my review there) with our three young girls after staying in Montego Bay. Chris picked us up right at the villa and took us to the Blue Hole for an unforgettable family-friendly adventure. Chris was incredibly professional and friendly, and even took us to his favorite spot for Jamaican Beef Patties afterwards. My family and I have experienced many adventures around the world, but our experience at the Blue Hole with Chris was one of our favorites!

My husband and I ported at Ocho Rios for our Honeymoon. We were dying to go to the blue hole! The cruise excursions are all so expensive and we like to shop local to help local businesses. We totally understand that this can be a scary thing to do. Not with Chris Jamaica tours!!! Our guide was super awesome! He was kind, informative and super trustworthy. He took us on extra stops after the tour to a shop and to his favorite jerk chicken in the area! Chris Jamaica tours made our blue hole and Jamaica experience a positive one. Book with this company! You will not regret it!!

We arranged a private tour from Montego Bay to the Blue Hole with Chris from Jamaica Tours. Chris was extremely responsive to email and very helpful in the booking process. Our driver was Shaba - who educated us on all things Jamaica on our drive. It was nice to see so much of the island as well as visit the Blue Hole which was a fun experience for our whole group. Book this with Chris you will not be disappointed!!!

Many many thanks to our fellow TripAdvisor members that posted their reviews of Chris Jamaica Tours. Based on those reviews, I contacted Chris myself when we travelled to Jamaica as one of the ports of call on our Spring Break vacation cruise. Dealing with Chris was EASY. STRESS FREE. He's a very nice man both on the phone and when dealing with via electronically (email and WhatsApp). Our party consisted of our three teen boys (17, 15, 14), hubby, and another adult family of 3 travelling with us. We arranged to go to Blue Hole, the beach, and then have lunch before returning to the ship. It truly couldn't have been be easier! We got off the ship and walked up to the gates where a gentleman had my name on a placard. No stress!! He had us wait while he retrieved the van, and made sure it was cool since the day was already heating up. Our driver/ tour guide/ new friend was PEPSI (yes like the soda). He was DELIGHTFUL! He kept us entertained, laughing most of the time with his crazy jokes. My boys loved getting to know him and learned a lot about the island - he was very good at keeping them laughing but interspersing lots of island culture and history in between. He was very particular about the guide he handed us off to at Blue Hole, kept all of our belongings safe & locked up in the van. When the kids decided they wanted Jamaican beef patties instead of lunch, he didn't blink an eye. "No problem mon" was the slogan of the day. He was very flexible in allowing the kids to change things up on the fly. After our beef patty adventure he took us to the most incredible beach. Drool worthy pictures and oh so relaxing. We spent about 2.5 hours here before the thunder and rain appeared - and truncated an otherwise amazingly wonderful day. We can't wait to come back to Jamaica and hopefully get to see Pepsi again!!! Chris is easy to contact and provided all the details we needed prior to our arrival. Our driver Kelly was awesome! He was informative and very likable! The best thing was he extended our tour with a couple of stops for some free rum tasting and some spectacular views! Would have liked a bit more time at the Blue Hole (which was a beautiful blast!) But I think that was out of Chis and Kelly's control. This tour is recommended but only if you're up for a little adventure.

We booked a tour to the blue hole with Chris and ended up having a fantastic half day tour! First we met Chris right after we disembarked from our cruise and he was there to meet us as advised. He took us straight to the Blue Hole where we had a great time with the guides. Chris was fantastic he took us around Ocho Rios as well to show us great sights, such a beautiful town. After, we went to have lunch to try the famous jerk chicken which was delicious. Basically Chris allowed us to custom make our tour which was very affordable and exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much Chris!

This excursion was one of the best I have ever experienced. We booked through "Chris Tours". Once we found our meeting point after disembarking our ship, we were directed to our van drive (Woody). Woody not only got us to our Blue Hole destination quickly, he would stop along the way to show us some points of interest. Taking time to explain some of the local sights. Once at the Blue Hole we were greeted by our guide (Odean). Odean was THE BEST tour guide. He kept our group totally safe and was able to keep track of us all, as some of us did not do all of the jumps. If you plan on visiting Ocho Rios, plan on this excursion.

It was just my husband and I who went on this excursion. I was deathly afraid of free fall so I thought this would be a good way to conquer my fears. The first jump was so scary but I was able to do it. The second, third, ... came and went w/o any incidents and I was able to do it easier. I still can't believe I did all of the jumps. I wish we had more time to enjoy the holes once we were swimming in them. They hurried us to the next jump and kept us moving. It isn't a leisurely excursion. The guide was reassuring and held my hand until I felt comfortable enough to jump. The counting really helped, otherwise, I would have never jumped!

Chris was an excellent communicator from the start so we knew exactly what to expect. He picked us up at the hotel on time in a clean and comfortable vehicle, was very friendly, and gave us a great tour on the way to the Blue Hole. The Blue Hole itself was very fun, with Chris' friend there taking great care of us. We loved being there when it wasn't crowded. All three of our children (ages 8-14) had a blast, and so did the adults! I highly recommend booking a private tour with Chris, for anywhere you'd like to visit on the island!

We booked a private tour with Chris to the Blue Hole vs booking an excursion through our cruise ship and we are very thankful we did! We were able to get there and have the place pretty much to ourselves before all of the people who booked a tour through our cruise ship showed up. As we drove up the mountain, Chris would tell us about some of the famous people that had been born in Jamaica or famous movies that were filmed there which made the trip even more interesting. Chris had a great sense of humor and took great care of us from the beginning to the end. We had some time left before going back to the ship and had hoped our kids would be able to experience some of the traditional foods so Chris stopped at a restaurant that he recommended on the way back. Since we were unsure of what and how much to order, Chris helped us to place our order so we were able to try a variety of foods without having a bunch of leftovers. It was a great experience. Everyone enjoyed the whole experience and came home with good memories to share! If we were to go back to Jamaica, we would definitely book Chris to do some more adventuring.

Would highly recommend. My teenagers (15 & 17) thought it was one of the best stops because of this tour. Chris is wonderful, very friendly. All around a great morning!!

Was it a great experience, yes. But as an very fit 50 something, it was not what I expected. Just saying, I am a wimp with cold water, and it was COLD. If you love swimming in cold water, sitting under a cold waterfall, jumping into cold water, this is for YOU! It was a nice ride to the top of the mountain to see the countryside. The location was the BEST, as there are other tour operators that drop you off at the bottom, then you have to walk to the top, THEN you don't get to walk up the waterfalls, which this tour is THE ONLY ONE that walks up them (but just a little way). The other tour operators get to go the main swimming hole, and get to jump off, and that is as far as they can go. There are 5 jumping in points, each a little higher than the other and a nice swing into the main pool. The last jump off the rocks is 20 feet. I thought it was going to be more hiking into the jungle, but it is just the waterfalls and paved walkways. With that said, it is lovely, cool and refreshing. Great tour and good operator.

This trip was great. Just the right bit of adventure and not too crowded. Chris was great; he was responsive to our needs and super friendly.
