This was my favorite of all the things I did in Bangkok over a week. I had the fortune to be the only person to sign up for this tour but the guide (Pak?) gave me a personal tour and we even went about an hour overtime due to the long talks we had at a couple of stops. I’ll admit I am 65 and not in the best of shape but the bike was great and I had no problem at all. We went through some tiny little alleys and I really felt like I saw the true Bangkok behind the scenes. We even got a snack and later stopped for coffee. My guide was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and truly made my week. Highly recommended.

This was an excellent tour and definitely worth doing to explore Bangkok. our tour guide Tom was very informative about the city, region, and various landmarks such as temples. The bike ride was fairly easy, going through a combination of backroads (which can get fairly narrow at times) and occasional brief stretches along main roads - but our tour guide did a great job making navigation stress free. This provided a whole different view of the city from what we would have been able to see on our own!

Awesome tour, felt safer and more chilled than I was expecting, given the roads! Incredible tour, really takes you through the parts of Bangkok you wouldn't even have known to go see. History is really interesting and the guides clearly love their jobs and their city. Would recommend highly.

OMG! This was the best! I lucked up and was the only biker on the trip! So I had tour guide and safety “officer” who managed traffic if necessary. I would never have seen such backstreets in Bangkok. It’s an easy ride, flat, but often narrow alleys. The guide was full of history. We stop for lemonade and a banana roti that was awesome! Highly recomend!

A brilliant day cycling around Bangkok's villages and laneways. Woody our guide was absolutely fantastic. We got to try Street food and visit abandoned Temples. Woody was very informative. I would thoroughly recommend this trip we all absolutely loved it.

Had a great cycle tour of the Old City, Bangkok Noi and Thonburi. Although I know Bangkok well, I enjoyed seeing the backstreets and seeing sights I had never seen before. Tammy the guide was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I’d highly recommend this tour

We had a great bike tour last week with Woody as our guide. It was great fun, very well organized and informative. I have been living in Thailand for over 7 years but I actually learned a lot thanks to Woody. Not to mention the places of Bangkok one would never see unless on a tour like that! If anyone spends a few days in Bangkok this is an absolute must! Also all the staff members in their office were wonderful and so hospitable that it made for a great day!

I was thankful that it was Sunday morning and the traffic was lighter - though our guide did an excellent job of navigating the group group safely through the city. The small back ways were great! A perfect way to see the sights of the city.

My partner and I had the pleasant experience of going on a bike tour with Al around Bangkok. When we got to Grasshopper Adventure, everyone was very warm and welcoming and made us feel very ready for our tour. It was just my partner and I so the tour felt very intimate and it honestly felt like riding around with a friend. Al was very friendly, knowledgeable and he answered all our questions applicable to the tour and even the culture of Thailand. He also had a great sense of humor that made the tour even better. Thank you again for making this trip even more memorable!

We have done the canal and Khlong tour with another operator previous year and have been super happy. This time, after two days of shopping looked for something different with the kids. Khun Nai was the perfect tour guide for us. The tour was open for other guests but it was a “private” family tour. Great explanation, great road safety taking care of our group, hot sunny day and enough drink and snack stops. Bike in very good conditions and the kids loved the bike bottle take home as souvenir. Well done! We will be back for other tours on our next family trip to Bangkok. The stop at the steam engine was a favorite for the boys....

Great tour with our excellent guide Kan who ignited an unexpected interest in our children ( 9 and 12 years old) for the Thai culture and Buddhism. This was an unmissable part of our stay in Bangkok

From 1990 we've been returning to Bangkok and Thailand for a bit of adventure. We've been to many of the must see-places and just never had the time or the courage to go cykling in Bangkok's wild traffic. Today we went on this fantastic tour with Bart, who virtually showed us so many new scenes of the city, that we would have never found ourselves. Completely off the beaten track and with a glimpse of the Thai way of living. So we absolutely got what we came for . . .And more! Bart is a very inspiring and knowledgeable guide, that you would hopefully have the chance to meet.

Got to see a different side of a Bangkok. Rode by a couple of temples, stopped inside one, had tasty desserts from a street vendor under the bridge, went to a tiny local market to have coconut pancakes and a drink of your choice (soda, tea, water), and stopped by a few landmarks of the city all while on a bike. Best part was riding through the alleys of the city and seeing how the locals live. Be prepared for getting your bike up the stairs to ride Victory Bridge and the alleys can be very narrow, but our guide Top was great at waiting for us and making sure we were okay with the pace. Top was very knowledgeable about Buddhism and answered all the questions we had. We lucked out and were the only two who signed up for the tour at 9 am that day. Top made a great recommendation for a street vendor nearby the bike shop that specializes in squid skewers that we hit up after the tour. There was also a great juice bar with a fantastic massage place next door that was perfect to cool off and relax after the tour just a few blocks away that the bike shop directed us to.

this was my second tour with grasshopper and it was amazing as usual. Kan was my tour guide and he was really fun to be with. He’s very determined about his work and he knows a lot about the history of the buddhist temples and paintings and the best local cuisine places. He made us stop at a desert van where they eere serving thai sweets. That was really nice. I would like to put this on record that inspite of the bike tyre getting punctured, he wasnt thrown off. He calmly removed the tyre and mended it from a grasshopper mechanic and while doing that made sure i found a comfortable place to sit and relax. This is a wonderful company to go with n this tour in particular is worth it. 10/10

What a fantastic time we had on this tour. Through back alleys and along main streets, over a bridge and ferry back over. We tried local snacks and cycled through the river dwellings build over the river. Bikes were very comfortable and even although it was very hot we managed fine.
