I will never forget going over golden gate bridhe on the top of the buss and getting blown to bits by the wind. Over all a very enjoyable experience.

This was a great way to get around and see all the different sights of San Francisco. We got off at the Golden Gate bridge spot and were able to hike up to the top and see the beautiful sights; we also got off at Fisherman's Wharf and did lots of good shopping, eating and seeing the boats and sea lions (hundreds of them!!). It was a good trip with informative information on the head phones. I only wish that the actual route would have taken us in front of some specific sights (for example, the tour talked about the Painted Ladies, The Full House, Nob Hill, etc. but didn't drive past those options) and that would have been nice to have taken a little detour to see some of those major sights. You could hop off the bus to go see them on your own... but some of the big sights would have been nice to drive past and get a good glimpse rather than just getting off to see one sight. Otherwise, it was a good trip and a great way to get around.

It was a great experience. We got to see so much and learn about the city. I didn’t expect to get to see so much.

Awesome tour and unexpectedly extensive with its coverage of San Francisco, you’d be able to see the neighbourhoods and also cross the Golden Gate Bridge. Ps. Blake’s an incredible staff and filled w knowledge of SF, super helpful and friendly. Very easy way of getting around the city and informative narration of the landmarks around the city. There’s a bus every 15 minutes or so and space to sit on the top floor most of the time. A little bit pricey at approximately £60 a ticket but worth it for the experience in my opinion.

Great experience that allowed us to see all of the sights we wanted. Matt was very knowledgeable and was able to help us decide which tour option is best for our group! Will definitely recommend them to see San Francisco

It's a very good tour if you want to see SF in totality. You can get off and get on as you please and can monitor about arrival of bus via their app and its pretty accurate. They give headphones so you can hear details about all the spots. Do carry a good jacket as per the season as its an open bus and SF can be windy.

Very disappointed in the experience. We got on the bus at pier 39 at 4:45 epecting to be taken to the Ferry Building stop so we could get to the Salesforce tower in time to catch out Amtrak bus. Instead the driver to the bus to the Big Bus office and parked it with out a word. After about 15 minutes a different person came out and told us that the bus was not going anywhere until 5:30. We had to get a taxi so we wouldn't miss our bus.

This was a very good tour of San Francisco lasting about 2 1/2 hours if you stayed on the bus for the whole tour. Lots to see, although obviously the bus can't get to some of the sights you may wish to see. However, most are within walking distance of one of the stops. The highlight for me, although very windy, was the drive across the Golden Gate Bridge, getting views that I would miss if I was driving. The only criticism would be that the bus got extremely full, even having people standing at times. Perhaps it needs to be more frequent.

Called to cancel as it was pouring down rain and my husband and I both had allergies from the weather. Cancellation was refused. Will not use in the future.

We did have problems redeeming our „Flex-Pass“ but Amar recognised our problem and helped us straight away. The manager was also quick to help and gave us courteous tickets despite the difficulties with scanning. The tour was very informative, both the bus driver and staff were friendly and helpful. The journey took about 2.5 hours and also took us over the Golden Gate Bridge (very cold and windy!!). You can see a lot of sightseeing attractions in a short time. We would do the BigBus tours again and recommend them to others!

fun way to get an idea of the city and places to go and see. We didn't have much time but this helped make the most of it.

The Hilton San Francisco Financial District hotel was only a 5 minute walk from stop #2! It is an Excellent way to see San Fran & learn more of the cities history from the audio tour!

The gentleman we brought the ticket from Blake was so very helpful explaining how best to enjoy the tour, he gave us pointers as to where we should explore. Blake was exceptional
