The bikes were fine and it’s a good way to great around gardens etc . There was no offer of a helmet and you were not shown details of the bike such as gears etc. also no map given and tips where to go . The man was very nice but this would have given a greater score .

We spent a couple of hours touring parts of the city on bikes. We spent most of our time in the park that runs through the city. It was absolutely beautiful and such an enjoyable time. I wouldn't recommend the bikes for the crowded part of the city/plazas as we did that and I took a bit of a spill - LOL! No major injuries. The roads have bike lanes with a lot of other bike/scooter traffic, so it's well marked. The bike rental place was great. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Rented bikes with 3 others and we were very happy with them, good bikes, good customer service and a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to explore Valencia.

Our visit to the Cuba 18 branch for bike rental was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The bikes were not only aesthetically pleasing but also in excellent condition. Definitely a great deal for the quality provided!

This was a very easy experience. We booked via Viator, appeared at a time suitable to us, and had a useful check of bikes (including a short trial) and helmets. Daniel was very helpful and accommodating. I had a slight query about one of the brakes; he changed the bike immediately. The bikes were in very good working order. We had a wonderful experience cycling along the Turia Gardens to the seafront, stopping at the impressive City of Arts and Sciences. It was a sunny Sunday and it was such a pleasure to see young and old making use of this wonderful facility. Just before the port the Turia Gardens finish but the cycle path continued at road level. Excellent all round.

Rented 4 bikes here and it was an ideal way to see Valencia. Great service, very comfy bikes with baskets and with the mobile phone attachment we found it so easy to navigate our way around. Bicycles are the ideal way to see Valencia, we were staying at Alboraya at the beach and it was 30 minutes cycle into the centre of town, 5 minutes to the nearest greenway and 8 mins to the port. Great tips on locking bikes together and the city is very well set up with loads of bike stands. I was able to bring the bike for free on the train to come home after a long cycle. Would definitely recommend.

Rented bike and e-bike for day Chris was super helpful and chatty and they brought a e-bike to us from the other shop which just saved us so much time. The bikes were great no issue at all and we managed to explore lots of Valencia in the day.

We walked in Tour Point and were greeted in a very friendly way by Kadi, she is fluent in French and in English and help my daughter and I rent bikes for the day. The experience was overall very enjoyable. The bikes were great and we loved discovering Valencia riding through town. We returned the bikes at the end of the day with no issues

It was fun cycling around valencia especially along the beach. Rental is very cheap. It wa very safe cycling around as cycle path all around valencia.

We hired 4 bikes (e-bikes were all out by the time we booked -1pm so book early for those) & had a great afternoon exploring the city, park and beach front. Bikes were comfortable & booking easy. Good value (we paid €24 for 4 bikes for the afternoon - from 1pm til 6pm). Great location near Mercat Central.

We originally chose this bike rental because of their location on Carrer d'En Llopis which is close to an entrance of the Turia park. WIth children we wanted to minimise the time spent on the roads and just ride in the park (which is a fun way to get to Biopark or the various museums). In addition to the location, the whole experience was great. Very easy to book, staff were friendly, bikes were good.

Easy to book and pay. Ordered in the morning and collected a couple of hours later. Staff are friendly. Bikes are city ones heavy but fun to potter around on. Cycle through the park top to bottom and then head along the coast to Port Saplaya (Venice of Valencia) very pretty place. Stop for a drink and potter back. A fun day out all for €10 for the day! Would recommend as a great day out.
