Absolutely first class cruise and staff superb particularly Sofia and Mr bean. Great views and activities. Food was just the best. Great service and great trip

Great cruise to explore Halong Bay with a great guide (David). David communicated really well and made the trip very enjoyable. We stayed on night on the cruise, which was the perfect amount of time for us. Plenty of food, but a lot of fish/seafood.

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel the incredible service started. The transfer vehicle was extremely comfortable. On arrival at our boat, we were warmly welcomed aboard and the service was outstanding. The size of the vessel was great. You were able to walk around freely. The rooms were lovely. Very clean and had everything you need. The activities were well planned and you did not feel rushed. The scenery was breathtaking. The crew were amazing. You were treated like family from the moment you stepped onboard and nothing was too difficult. I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Vietnam.

From start to finish an amazing experience. Great food, great staff, great activities all in a phenomenal location. We did kayaking, 2 caves - one with beach and swim, the other with massive chamber, also cookery demo and squid fishing. It's a must if you are in Hanoi and can spare 2 days.

Had an amazing time on auco 2. Family of five with three young children. Great activities for kids and adults both on and off board. Cruise was recommend to us and would happily recommend to anyone else.

We chose an older wooden boat cruise (Legends) with just 5 cabins. The food was beyond expectations, the staff great , and we loved our room with small private balcony

Very relaxing way to visit Halong Bay. Cha was our cruise manager, checked in with us frequently. Loved the cave excursion and the floating village visit. She encouraged us to get the floating village before the other boats which was brilliant as we had that excursion to ourselves. Cha taught us Tai Chi and how to make spring rolls. The food was wonderful and plentiful! Rooms were decent but not enough room to comfortably put two suitcases. Shower was fine but ran out of hot water. Overall a lovely and memorable trip!

Very nice cruise. Weather was not nice but crew made it a nice experience with a cooking class and very short hike through a cave

We were on Legend 9 which was an intimate ship with just 3 other passengers. Cha looked after us ever so well with wonderful social skills and great knowledge displayed. We saw much larger ship doing this cruise but felt the more personalised approach was perfect for us. Food was enjoyable but we were served so much of it. The weather was not perfect but it did not inhibit us to any extent Pick up and drop off in Hanoi was delivered well although possibly there was no need for a stop off after just 90 mins on the road. Would recommend

Our tour of the Bay was one of the highlights of our stay in Vietnam. A huge thank you to Tien and the crew for making our stay so relaxing, fun and informative. The food, tours and accomodation was absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend it to everybody.

Really a “need to go” trip, with amazing view, really nice cabins on the ship, excellent service from the Guide Manager and the crew. I best recommendation.

Everything was great; rooms were charming, clean and staff crew was very helpful and attentive. Entertainment options were fun, the music by AndrewJ was fabulous.
