Our guide was Arturo. We were a party of 4 (M17, M48, M47, F47) He was wonderful. At the Ruins he talked about the history. You can tell he loves the history. He kept us away from the big groups (they were obnoxious) we learned things others may not have. He took us to a Cenote and went in with us. Let us take our time. No part of this tour was rushed. We went to lunch at a place called Juanita. I have a food allergy and he was great about checking to see what I could have. I ate the club sandwich. Probably the best one I have ever had. What a cute quiet place. The last stop was the snorkeling with the turtles. Sadly this party he was not allowed to be our guide as someone from there had to be the guide. The turtle snorkel was busy and a LOT of ocean swimming. You really should be a good swimmer for this part. Life jackets were required for all water parts. In a while we LOVED this day. We would book tours with this company again!

Arturo was amazing will definitely try to book with him next time we are here. Informational so we learned a lot but not too much. He made sure to ask what kind of tour we wanted. He was super fun and the private tour was great. We got to go on our own timeline. Tulum was great, cenotes were beautiful and snorkeling with the turtles was amazing. We got to see stingrays too.

We had the private tour with Josh and our driver Enrique. It was a beautiful day at the ruins, an amazing experience at Cenote Taak Bi Ha, and saw lots of turtles and stingrays snorkeling. We were greeted on time, a lot of information shared at the sites, and felt unrushed for the day. The private tour is definitely the way to go, and it was fantastic to have the focused attention on our questions, and informative expert guide, and a safe place to leave our items for the water activities. Highly recommend.

This was absolutely our favorite day of our entire trip to Mexico. This is WELL worth the extra money for a private tour. No dealing with crowds, no dealing with people in your group tour wandering off or holding you up! The guides were incredibly informative, personable, prompt and flexible! Great day!

We had a great tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Our daughter was a little scared when first getting into the cenote. Juan was so kind and great with kids!

From start to finish our top notch guide Joshua and expert driver Rodrigo made sure we were safe and happy. We enjoyed a completely stress free day that was action packed but so well organized that we never felt pressured to rush. Joshua is definitely a subject matter expert on the Mayan culture and we enjoyed learning about the history while we took great photos of the grounds in Tulum. The true show stealer for my family was Taak Bi Ha Cenote. A truly incredible experience we were blown away. A relaxing lunch followed by a snorkel in the turtle sanctuary in Akumal was a very nice ending to an amazing and hassle free day. Tip: start as early as you are able to beat the crowds and beat the heat.

Our guide, Joshua, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Tulúm ruins and the area in general. He took us through the entire property in a perfect amount of time, stopping to show and tell us about specific things and took photos for us, but didn’t drag it on for too long. We chose the Jaguar cenote and it was quiet and peaceful, but not as exciting as I had imagined. The lunch was delicious and authentic! Next up we snorkeled with the sea turtles. Our guide was very helpful with our youngest child and showed us lots of sea turtles. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

We were absolutely amazed by this tour. From start to finish they thought of everything. Our tour guide Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and was great at moving through the various activities while avoiding the crowds so we could truly enjoy the experiences.

It was an amazing day and our guide Joshua was excellent! He was friendly and knowledgable and really made the day! The trip to the ruins was a learning experience. The cenote was super cool (we did the cave one). Lunch at the local restaurant was delicious. Of course my favorite part was swimming with sea turtles at Akumal! We saw 4 different turtles, a stingray and lots of fish. The transportation was comfortable and super convenient picking us up right at our hotel. Overall it was a five star day, and I would highly recommend it!

Such a fun day with Arturo and Omar our driver. We started off in Tulum where we had an engaging walk around the ruins and learned about the ancient city. Arturo made sure we had some good family photos too! We then headed to a cenote for a refreshing swim and some snorkeling. (we had three options to choose from) Arturo made sure we never felt rushed and answered all our questions. Next we had an amazing lunch and then we headed to Akumal to do some snorkeling with sea turtles. We saw a few rays as well. I would highly recommend this tour especially for families. Our teen daughter had a blast.

What a great tour. Alex was a perfect guide, so knowledgable and kind. Enrique was a great driver. You get to choose between 3 different cenotes, highly recommend the underground cave (Taak Bi Ha). Don’t miss it!

We had a fabulous time on this tour with Chris as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. It was such an awesome day! Our family would highly recommend this tour!

This was probably our favorite day of the trip. Alex was great and the trip was stress free. Alex got us prepared and into the sea snorkeling adventure very quickly and set up with a guide. It was a bit murky water but we got to see rays, fish, huge turtles, and simply experience snorkeling. We then went to an amazing cenote a d got to experience it at our leisure. Alex provided great insight and just made it so easy.

We are all laid-back family from Alaska and had an absolutely incredible time. Alex was a friendly and talented guide with excellent and fluent English, and had really extensive knowledge of Mayan history; he was able to answer all of the questions that we had on this expedition and overall made for a great time. Gregorio was a safe and fantastic driver. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for more information about the history of this area and want a more personable experience. It was also great to have a van and someone to watch our things for us while we went exploring at the various locations. Highlight of our first trip to Mexico.

We have done lots of tours while traveling, and Alex and Rodrigo were some of the best tour guides we have had. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Tulum, cenote, and turtle tour packs in a lot of activity (including lunch) so involves some logistics, and everything was very smooth. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Claire was responsive. Alex was incredible. Loved every part of our day. Could not recommend more. 100% happy.

We chose the private tour of the Tulum ruins, our choice of cenote and snorkeling with sea turtles. Arturo and Omar picked us up right on time and we arrived at the Tulum ruins before the crowds (8am). Arturo was extremely knowledgable and explained so many things on the tour. We really learned quite a bit. After that, Arturo explained the three cenotes to choose from. We decided to go to Cenote Jajuar with ziplining and cliff jumping. We were pretty much the only people there so that was really nice. Arturo never hurried us along-he made it clear we could stay as long as we wanted. We had a very nice lunch at a local restaraunt and then headed to snorkel with the seat turtles. Once inside, Arturo set us up with a guide to take us out into the water. Very fun and unique experience-we were able to see several sea turtles with the help of the guide. Overall, a great day with an extremely knowledgable, easy going guide who let us go at our own pace and a friendly driver who made getting in and out of places convenient and easy! Highly recommend!

Private tour of the Mayan ruins, snorkeling in a cenote and snorkeling with turtles (and lunch at a wonderful local restaurant-Juanita’s). Our guide (Alex) was absolutely top-notch. He was pleasant, engaging, knowledgeable- and every other guide we passed by elicited that Alex was the best- and our group agree 100%. Highly recommended .

Our Absolute Adventure excursion was SO amazing - and definitely the highlight of our trip! Tulum was breathtaking and snorkeling in Cenote Taak Bi Ha was such an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Joshua, was fantastic, and we would absolutely request him again if given the opportunity.
