The daytime portion of this tour was great, although our guide was so soft-spoken that he was often difficult to hear or understand. Not just by me, but others said the same thing. He also had a tendency to walk and talk with most of us trailing behind. Yet, he did give some good information and we did see a nice selection of temples and sites. Pick up in the bus was timely, and the pacing was good. Plenty of water was provided, not just one or two bottles, but multiple bottles. When we return to the bus, the driver always had cold damp cloths for us. They even had umbrellas for shade when we were walking in open spaces. This alone would have warranted probably 4-5 stars. However, one other traveler and I signed up for the sunset tour, while the other travelers evidently just had the daytime tour. The poor planning comes in at this point. We finished the daytime tour about 2:45, at which time our guide intended to drop the two of us off outside of a hill upon which was supposedly a temple, but it was hidden in shrubberies. We were to hang out there for almost 3 hours, walk up the hill, see the sunset, walk back down the hill, and meet at a designated spot where a driver would come back to pick us up. Are you kidding me!!! They expected us to sit for almost 3 hours in the April heat, humidity, in the middle of almost nowhere!? After being told this, I declined the sunset portion and had myself delivered back to my hotel. I have done several tours with TripAdvisor - viator. I have been 100% satisfied with all of them, until this. Highly unprofessional! Very poor planning! And dreadful communication in never expressing any information that this was how the sunset tour operated. I would definitely not recommend this tour, or this company! I went on a temple tour the day before with a different company and it was extremely well orchestrated and planned. Choose a different company/tour!

It was a really nice trip because of Mr. Bun & Naro. Although the weather is very hot, they took extra care of me & my mom for the whole day tour in Angkor Wat. If you love to explore the history, culture & tradition of Khmer people & Cambodia, I guarantee that it'll be a good choice to choose Journey Cambodia with Mr.Bun & Naro. Mr. Bun explained us in details about the temples and answered patiently everything we asked about the history. I got a lot of knowledge & experience new things because of them.

This tour was just amazing. Bun our guide and Naro our driver did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable and safe. Bun speaks perfect English and was explaining everything very well and in an interesting way. He was very attentive and lovely. I can really recommend to book your tour with them as I was enjoying a lot.

Pireak and Yeang were great guide and driver. On our one day trip with only 4 tourist we had a great time exploring all the temples. Pireak provided a lot of useful information and knowledge about their history. Whilst Yeang took care about us by providing fresh water and cooling clothes throughout the tour. They paid attention to our needs and preferences. Pireak also took fabulous photos of us! :) Highly recommended!

The tour guide Pi was excellent. No question was too much trouble and the answers were informative and always interesting. Any group that gets him as a guide would be lucky

Mr. Bun and Pha were incredible! Mr. Bun was super friendly, knowledgeable, and offered to take lots if fotos for my mom and I. This tour was definitely worth it!! Great price for the amazing and friendly service!

Absolutely recommend this tour. My guide Sin Peng Eang was amazing. Walked me through all the beautiful temples and laid out all the history behind them and added some humor to help get through the heat. Had a cold water and cold towel ready for me before and after each temple. Incredibly low price for such an outstanding tour!

This was a great tour! Our guide Seopheap (Mr So) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he tailored our tour so that we saw the temples when they were quieter: this made it much more enjoyable. He answered all of our questions, and gave some excellent history and stories, as well as taking some excellent photos. Our driver (Mr Pha) was also very good, and he provided us with lots of cold water and cold towels which made the experience much nicer! Overall, the tour was well organised by Journey Cambodia, with good communication before the tour and everything running smoothly on the day. It felt very professional, and we would definitely recommend it. We covered the main temples, with plenty of stops for photos.

The day was awesome! Fantastically detailed historical information provided from our tour guide, Samnang. Highly recommend him as a guide. Demonstrates a passion for Cambodia and the job he performs. Angkor Wat tour and 3 other temples were incredible to view first hand and close up. The narrative Samnang provided added depth and meaning to what we were experiencing. Seeing the different temples in various states of renovation was a first for me at renovation sites and very interesting to experience. The tour was timed well. We were able to see what we wanted and take many photos. Our driver, Sambat, was a savior with ice cold water bottles and ice cold scented wet towels to refresh with upon return to the van (much appreciated and helpful). They were both very flexible with what we wanted to do and when. This was an experience to remember and one I recommend to others!

The tour was great! Everything was on time, Mr Saruon Pal told us a lot of history of Angkor Wat. He was really friendly, kind and helped to take beautiful pictures of us. The driver was also really helpful and friendly, after every visit of the temple he was waiting for us with a refreshing cloth and bottle of water! TOP! We would definitely recommend this tour. We had a fantastic time and great memories.

I booked the tour through another platform and 30 minutes later I was receiving a message from Mr Ravoth with all the information for my trip next day to Angkor Wat and the pick up was exactly on the time as advised, so no delays here! Regarding the tour, it was amazing!! Our guide Mr Somnang was very kind and friendly, he explained to us all the interesting details from each tempel and could always answer any question we had, he also went all the temples with us (so not a lazy guide), gave us some free time to explore on our own, and also stayed with us through the sunset. And Mr Somnang is the best photographer, by taking pictures and showing us the best spots on where we could take the photos. The driver Mr Rado was also very kind and always smiling, always giving us fresh water and wet tissues to clean our faces. In general Angkor Wat is just a dream city, but having also someone willing to explain that much about it and also about the history of Cambodia, was every second worth of the experience!
