This was the perfect opportunity to maximise my time in Algiers - in a few hours we visited exhaustively all of the major touristic spots. Communication was easy, prompt and efficient and payment was also facilitated and smooth - plus, the tour started very punctual. A special thanks to Nouha, my guide for the day (and to our driver, whose name I unfortunately forgot but who drove us around swiftly and smoothly in the crazy Algiers traffic): she was very friendly and enthusiastic about every topic, an expert of Algiers (and Algeria) history, culture and traditions but also very knowledgeable in the overall geopolitical situation of North Africa. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with her, seeing beautiful places with amazing views (and great food in the Casbah!) and learning a lot about this fascinating Country and its people and culture! Definitely highly recommended.

Excellent trip around Algiers shoeing all the sights of this fascinating city. We were very well informed by a very interesting guide, Nour.

We made a tour through Algeria to visit the roman ruins of Timgad, Djemila and Tipaza and the cities of Algiers and Constantine. The private tour for my friend and me, who visited me here in Algiers was absolutely incredible! The Casbah, the monument, and botanical gardens were captivating, and the Algerian lunch was simply divine. Could not get information verified through company. Had to ask Viator to assist in messaging them. Fairly sure this operator lists as nonrefundable because they are aware only 8 countries are granted access into the country of Algeria. Meaning they know if you make a booking then are made aware of the steep entry restrictions they still get your money. It’s a scam. Poor communication in a country that doesn’t want tourism. Shameful.

We had a wonderful time in Algeria much thanks to the perfect introduction to Algerian culture, society, local customs, history and food by Nour on the first day. She took us to the war memorial and the museum below, going through the many different phases of the country and nation, and then to the Casbah, where we had a lovely Algerian lunch, took a super interesting tour to see the architectural details, then had the best cookies ever over mint tea, and finally went to see Ali la Pointe’s house — so touching. She also gave us lots of tips for the rest of our holiday. Perfect day ❤️ The second day trip we took to Cherchell and Tipasa with Boualem. Please, go to see Tipasa, when you get to the sea front, your mind will be blown, promise! Albert Camus loved this place so much that a memorial stone has been erected for him, with a quote from his lyrical essay ”Noces à Tipasa”. This was such a fantastic experience. I actually did the Best of Algiers and the Tipaza ruins tour all in one day. My guide was Riad— definitely request him. He was fantastic. It was a very long day, but I was short on time and wanted to experience everything I could! We started early in the morning at 7:45am and ended about 11-12 hours later. All my communication with Wassim was seamless, and I paid electronically which saved a lot of hassle. This was such a great value. Riad was such a friendly, knowledgeable, and kind guide— I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He is so well-educated and genuinely loves his job, you can tell that he loves to share history, and current day perspectives with all of his clients— when someone is really passionate about their work, it shows and clients can tell. Definitely wear comfortable walking shoes, the drive is straight for all you motion-sick people like me— it’s no issue at all, and if you get to Tipaza early enough- you will have to place all to yourself! You definitely don’t want to miss lunch on the rooftop of Joy, and the Marty’s museum is one not to miss. This was such an incredible tour. I hope Algeria as a country works to promote tourism more because it is truly a gem you don’t want to miss.

Excellent itinerary and tour operator! Honest, reliable and great communication. The guide, Riad, was excellent as well. He explained everything well and was very knowledgeable. Spoke fluent English. We also did a tour of the Ruins of Tipaza the following day. Riad later took us to an excellent seafood restaurant by the Mediterranean sea. The fish was really fresh! Overall, you can wholeheartedly trust this operator will provide you an excellent tour. Strongly recommend!

This was an excellent tour led by a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. We were picked up at our hotel on time in a comfortable car. Starting at the Independence Monument we also went to the museum of independence and found out a great deal about the struggle in the 1950s. Then onto the botanical gardens, Notre Dame, and finally the Casbah, and Grand Post. I have been to Algiers a number of times but I still learned a lot. Excellent experience! We were expecting just a tour of Casbah but we got way more than that. Both Wassim and Noor where great hosts, Wassim accomodated us without any issues despite the several changes we had to our plan (adding people, changing dates) and with Noor we learned so much about Algeria! Well paced and highly interesting tour of Algiers by an incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant local tour guide. We spent a very memorable day walking around Algiers, seeing the sights and hearing the history. Interspersed with small chats with passing locals. Algiers is a wonderfully warm city and our tour guide Nour was so passionate about her home town that it was infectious. Algiers was nothing like I expected - it was so much more. It’s a beautiful city full of history and proud inhabitants that made this weekend so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour.
