The cenote swim with food and drinks was excellent so I’m giving the tour 5 stars! The zip lines were nice but it felt very rushed to get from 1 event to the next. The ATVs were a short course in the trees, nothing very scenic. But the cenote was beautiful and we got to swim and relax so it was all worth it for that portion. Would recommend doing the VIP to get unlimited food and drinks and a smaller tour group. We had a cenote for 10-12 people instead of the larger group cenote. Tacos were delicious and magic mike our guide was excellent. The transport time varies depending on where you are coming from and how many hotels they stop at to pick up other people. It took a little over an hour to arrive from our pick up in Playa Del Carmen. Our cenote was cenote pakal for the location reference.

We had alot of fun on our adventure trip. I wish I would have paid for the upgraded package to get the extras and also would have purchased the photo package. Jorge was a friendly and fun guide, but all the staff there was helpful and friendly.

Ebo was a fun and amazing guide !! Loved all the different experiences! All workers were nice and helpful. Definitely worth the visit :)

Very fun! But each activity was short. Only allowed sort time at each event the cenote would have been better longer. But well worth the money and remember to tip your people’s as they live off them!

My excursion guide Alan was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and interactive. His team as well including “paparazzi” was awesome as well. Great customer service

There was a little bit of a wait getting started but I did love the Cenote the most. I feel like the atv route could have been a little more scenic but still a good experience.

Was such a great experience. Shout out to Lalo and Pablo!!! Vip was definitely worth it lol I ate 10 tacos and about 5 margaritas. Nice excursion to do for a couple looking for some fun. Tequila time was also a good time hahah just an all around great time honestly. Every thing about it was awesome.

My cousin and I had a great time participating in these activities. It's a great value for what is included. We had a little hiccup with transportation which was over 40 minutes late. From what I understand it was due to morning traffic. We also felt that there were very little instructions provided at the beginning of the ATV ride. It was our first time and we had to ask another guest just to be sure what we were doing. Those who've done it before might not even noticed that "small" oversight. lol Things moved a bit fast with that activity, specifically. Please note, a small snack (two tacos) was included not a full meal/lunch. Either way, we really enjoyed ourselves and would go again. Overall, we would recommend to anyone who wants to have some fun on a budget.

This experience was overall 10 STARS ! ! ! Once arrived they gave you an option to upgrade to VIP which is a smaller group and some extra add ons. It was definitely worth it, my daughter and I enjoyed every minute. Ziplines great ATV awesome but really really dusty (wear shades, mask goggles) SOMETHING ! ! Cenote swim very inmate with a small group and our tour guide "FLASH" made everyone feel safe beginner swimmers and experts. Oh yeah BUY the PICTURE PACKAGE ! !

David…AKA….The Flash was an amazing host. Definitely worth the upgrade just for the food and drinks alone. We drank so much. We would’ve spent way more. The photo package seems to be a good deal only $50 for all 47 photos I believe.

We had a great time. Matt was our tour guide. He was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this excursion 10/10!

I have a very mixed review. The experience had some amazing moments and some not so much. The bus ride from moon palace took 2 hours. At one point we picked up 2 women from a hotel and drove WAY out of the way to drop them at a restaurant. The zip line was great, Flash was our guide. Atv was pretty great. The cenote was pretty, tons of bugs but my daughter got very badly hurt when she slipped from the zip line. Her hands were wet and given a metal zip line bar was extremely dangerous. This put a damper on the excursion. The bus ride back was only 40 minutes which was great but makes us frustrated in retrospect that it took 2 hours to get there because we were involved in something that didn’t feel quite right. As well, the lunch is just 2 tiny tacos, if you want a bottle water it’s not included, they charge $2 each.

Had an adventure filled day with my mom! Such a great experience doing the ATV rides, cenote swim, and zip lining. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Mona Lisa was our guide and his knowledge, adventurous spirit, and positive energy made the day easy and fun. All three activities were so much fun, but my favorite was the cenote swim. I wish we had spent more time there. If anyone is planning to go, make sure you bring goggles and a bandana for the ATV rides. I wasn't aware we should have had those and had to buy them at the site (expensive). Also, they dont let you take your camera on the atv or zip lining, and then charge wayyyyy too much for the photos they take of you. Overall, a great experience, just be prepared to spend a lot of money as this is a true tourist trap. (still worth it)

For the price you pay it was worth it but our tour guide Alan was a little rude and he told us 5$ USD wasn’t enough for a tip and we needed to give more. Mike the photographer was great and made the experience wonderful. All in all 1 bad apple spoiled the bunch because of Alan rude pushy attitude I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to chance getting him as your tour guide

Love the experience it was a first time for all three activities and I would definitely do it again and recommend this company.

The experience it self was great! Our host, Ebo was great and made the excursion 10x better. Everything was explained and we knew exactly what was happening next. The time goes by fast so there isn’t much downtime, which I enjoyed. But be aware, the moment you are checked in, you’re offered deluxe package which is to be placed in a smaller groups, fast pass amenities, upgraded atv, etc. Then once you get past that you’re encouraged to purchase googles, facemask, etc. There is a lot of up selling.

Alan ( I hope I am saying that right) did a wonderful job. He gave great instructions and insured everyone had fun. Definitely would recommend.

Lalo was sooooo sweet and helpful. He was our guide and he did an amazing job encouraging me and my girls to be safe and have fun. It was so fun. Would recommend everyone comes to this tour such an amazing experience. The cenote was so nice and felt great jumping in the water. Super safe always. Thank you for showing us a good time. Transportation was on point and on time. They don’t give you time before to get water or snacks so come with it ready because it’s early things are still closed if you book the morning session. So be prepared.
