Jeff is a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Learned a lot about Berlin nightlife. Well worth the time and money. These clubs can be open 24 hrs and having an insider’s knowledge to orient yourself is indispensable. One example: consider showing up on a Sunday morning for a better chance to get into Berghein.

The tour was very informative and interesting and the guide had an excellent knowledge of the subjects. We very much enjoyed getting a varied perspective on not only the history of Berlin nightlife but also all the current up to date stuff too. We were taken around and shown all the significant clubs in Berlin and especially interesting was the behind the scenes internal tour of one of them.

This was a great journey through the history of clubs in Berlin, the role they played in the history of the city. Before the tour, I was skeptical about the use of an iPad during the tour, but we got to see really interesting historical footage/videos throughout the tour, which was really interesting and brought what we saw to life. The AR features were fun too. Learned helpful tips for clubbing in Berlin that I put to use. Definitely be prepared for a long tour, as it is one of the longer one I've taken in Berlin, but there are ample opportunities to sit throughout.

Jeff's tour of historically significant queer Berlin clubs was a blast. He knows what he's talking about, he's done his research, and it shows. His stories and explanations sparked conversations between the members of the tour, which was great. Would definitely do it again! As someone who lives and Berlin and enjoy the nightlife, it was nice to get to know more about how the clubbing scene came about in Berlin and how it impacted/is now part of the culture. 100% recommend!

A fun tour exploring the history of Berlin's club culture - Jeff is a fantastic guide, I really appreciated the detail with which he spoke about the different clubs we visited, as well as how they have developed over time till the current day, in addition to answering any questions I had about the scene in Berlin. It was especially interesting hearing about how these spaces play a vital role in our communities and how they are increasingly under threat. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who is interested in learning more about the defining role of clubs in Berlin and beyond. I left the tour feeling ready to party! :)

I recently went on Jeff's Berlin Club Tour tour with and I have to say it was one of the best tours I have ever been on. Jeff as a tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Berlin, its club culture and the history beyond it. It was a fascinating and educational experience even for me who has lived in Berlin for a couple of years. This is so much more than what I expected! The tour does not only give you an overview of Berlin's clubs today, but also dives deep into the history and politics. This is an incredibly valuable tour that highlights not only why clubs are more than just party spaces, but also why they are cultural venues and safer spaces, and why Berlin's hedonistic side is actually very political.

I have learnt more in this tour about club culture and queer life in Berlin than by living two years in the city, and it was not only a knowledge enriching experience , but also fun one! Just enjoy the road and take a picture with Lady Gaga in front of Berghain :)
