This is an absolutely amazing experience, everything was so well organised from pick up to the welcome breakfast to seeing the balloons being set up, the pilot was just great aswell If you are in Marrakech this is a must do !

Firstly, due to food poisoning sickness from our hotel we couldn't go on the trip the day we booked for. We let the company know as soon as I was sick via WhatsApp and via the booking messaging, asking to reschedule. The process was a nightmare. Viator couldn't rearrange with the provider and the provider wasn't willing to help at the start get us booked back on. We requested, because the illness was unexpected if could we rearrange the date but they said no, and no to refund. After a few days of trying to contact the company directly and no response, the day before we flew home we had a call from them and we managed to get booked back on the trip but had to pay half the price we had already paid before which was frustrating and more money out of pocket for an unpredicted illness. But we didn't want to not do the experience so paid the fee. The pilot was very funny and friendly. I feel 7am is far to late to set off. We didn't go up with any other balloons and because our driver was so late, everything was such a rush. The experience in the sky was lovely and views were great. Breakfast after was traditional and tasted okay. I think it's a little over priced for what it is, but a good experience to have done.

Excellent experience. Amazing tour guide and amazing breakfast. The pick up was on time and the tour guide was engaging throughout the flight which made us feel very safe and comfortable.

Loved this experience. Very smooth pick up and drop off with good communication before hand. The pilot was hilarious and made for a great atmosphere. The experience of flying in the balloon was amazing and the views, particularly of all the other balloons in the sky with the Atlas Mountains as the backdrop and the sun rising was breathtaking. We opted for the earliest flight so we’d see the sunrise and it was really worth the early start.

Pick up was on time, lovely coffee and juice to start our morning. Wonderful views with a fantastic pilot and well looked after with lots of photo opportunities from staff. Scrumptious Moroccan breakfast with great service.

Had a really horrible experience and especially because we spent so much money on it. Went on Saturday 20th April. Starting with the car ride, the driver was constantly on his phone, texting and driving and driving either extremely slow or really fast. The van itself was a hazard because there was no window at the back and it was raining and really windy so people got wet. We got picked up at 5.30am and arrived well after sunrise. We waited for 2 hours because the weather was bad and they should have postponed it or at least given us the option to postpone the experience but they didn’t. It was cold and cloudy and raining throughout. They decided to give our breakfast before the air balloon trip rather than after because of the weather, which is fine if the weather actually did improve. But it did not. We were forced to go on the air balloon even though the weather conditions were not fit for the experience. Other people were complaining and didn’t want to do it but they refused and forced us to go on it. It was either we go on the ride or we lose out on our money since we pre-paid. We finally went up hours after sunrise but because of the weather conditions we flew really low and only for 30 minutes maximum (9-9.30). We didn’t even get to see the Atlas Mountains and only saw a couple of animals and just saw dry land. It was raining and cloudy and then they brought us down telling us 'your safety is our first priority so we have to cut it short'. They shouldn’t have taken us up in the first place because of the weather and only did so they didn’t have to give out refunds. Very very untrustworthy people and a bunch of a holes. Viator gave a 10% discount which was nice of them because the company refused to give a refund. You people really are the worst and put a bad name to moroccans who are usually very lovely. WASTE OF MONEY. You should be really ashamed calling yourselves muslims because that is really not what the religion teaches or an accurate representation of islam. Please don’t pre pay ever with untrustworthy people like them unless you know 100% the weather will be good! If you are to book try do it locally so you can pay after the experience otherwise you will really lose out. We lost over 400 euros for this experience which is a lot of money when you convert it to NZD. They are seriously unprofessional and not genuine people. Really wish I could give out negative stars. If you are on the fence DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

This was AMAZING! One ticked off the bucket list and the people who worked there as well as the pilot were funny and accommodating!

We were SO looking forward to this trip and, given the weather conditions, it should have been cancelled. Unfortunately it was raining the morning of our trip. The company checked the conditions the night before and decided to go ahead so picked us up at 5.10am. We arrived just over an hour later following some other pickups and a stop on the way for something or other. We were taken to a big tent where we got chatting to a lovely couple already there who said they’d been dropped off and left, and had then found and helped themselves to some coffee. We had the option of some food all the while, we understood, they were trying to work out what to do. There was a lovely girl who told us they were waiting for rain to stop and so we were therefore going to have the Berber breakfast now rather than after. This was OK but after just having had initial breakfast, and given we were really just served it to fill time I’m not sure it had the intended charm. Comms could have been better; one of the other guests was told we wouldn’t be leaving until 10am to go to the balloons so a couple of people went for a roam. Then at about 8.30 there was a sudden panic and we were being hurried into minibuses to go to the balloons so people had to rush back. It all felt a bit chaotic. Some people wanted to cancel because now we would be very delayed back and they had other activities planned. However, they got the distinct impression they wouldn’t get a refund and given how much it was felt they couldn’t then just throw that money away. We didn’t see the beautiful sunrise, we were only up for about half an hour and were very low because of the clouds. So, overall, it really should have been cancelled. Unfortunately, I have had no response from the company regarding a refund. I do understand they have incurred costs but I’m sure they would agree that this particular trip is not what they would wish to provide. Trying to find positives, the team on the ground could not be faulted. The balloon pilot did his best to make things fun and there were plenty of staff trying their best in the circumstances - what seemed like a very small window of opportunity to get the balloons launched. The best thing about the trip was the others we got chatting to and our collective efforts at humour!

it was an unforgettable experience. we were pick up on time by the driver. offered hot drinks, orange juice and croissants while they prepared the balloons. our pilot Sabah was entertaining. the ride was smooth and we saw the sunrise while we were up in the air. had berber breakfast to finish the tour then the driver dropped us off to the location near our riad. it was all in all an amazing experience and i recommend it to anyone that will visit marrakech.

A totally awesome experience. The company were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and accommodated our request. Our driver was prompt, friendly and we arrived in good time. The flight was incredible and the pilot was hilarious, adding to the experience. Very well looked after for the duration of the trip. Would highly recommend.

We had a great morning start to finish. Such a nice morning out. Only dropping a star as we were the last balloon to take off and 1 of the first to land and wishing we went as high as some of the other balloon but a good day.

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! Watching the sunset from our hot air balloon was a once in a lifetime experience. Our pilot was hilarious, and made us feel very safe and at ease. Our only complaint was that they would not allow us to gift our camel ride to another couple when as we did not want to do it. There was not the slightest effort to enable this. Overall very good experience - was even contacted the night before with all of the pickup information etc.

My guide was supper funny and very sweet. Loved his Playlist during the ballon ride. Deff a buckling of mine and deff recommended 👌
