Great experience! Tom did a fantastic job of explaining the history behind the beers as well as the brewing process. Very interesting, fun, and entertaining.

Our tour goes Tom was awesome. He took us to two different bars and told us a ton about Belgium beers. He also kept us entertained and laughing the whole time. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to relax, have a few drinks, and learn a little about Belgian beer.

I joined this at the last minute but I was glad I did as it was a lot of fun. Our guide was fun and honest and well-informed about local beers. We tried a few brews and ended the night at a large bar, where at the encouragement of our guide many of us stayed and chatted until well after midnight.

Tom was a great tour guide and knew his stuff. His passion for Belgian Beer shone through. He was extremely welcoming which was great as a solo female traveller.

Tom was incredible, from the moment we met him we knew it was going to be a great evening. He brought so much vibe and energy to the tour and as for his sense of humour we loved it! He made the story of Belgian beer come to life and then the taste of them were great. We met at about 6pm and visited two local bars. Both had dedicated areas for us to sit and talk. The second bar enabled you to meet others on the tour and many were from many parts of the world and you got the chance to mingle. We tried 2 beers in the first bar and 3 in the next. Tom gave us some tips for other places to go and we followed the advice before we left the city. This is not a pub crawl, this is a beer tour to learn and enjoy the flavours.

Tom is hilarious and makes learning about beer history a blast with his jokes. Great experience, very talkative, friendly and knowledgeable guy. You'll get to choose between two types of beer at the first location, then you'll try some beer samples at the second location, with the possibility to order more (at menu price). The tour also opens the possibility for some great conversation as you'll likely be around people from all parts of the world.

My partner and I came from Ireland to Belgium for a few days and didn't sign up for many tourist experiences but this beer tasting was well worth it. Tom was very energetic and gave a very educational tour! There is a really good variety in the types of beer you sample, which gives everyone a good chance of enjoying at least one, given how subjective Belgian beer is. It was also a great way to see a couple of bars you might not go to otherwise, and also a great way of meeting other tourists. After the tour was finished, we ended up staying on for extra beers with English, Canadian, Americans and Colombians!

Adellin was an excellent guide who provided an interesting experience and took us outside our comfort zone with four very different Belgian beer. His historical explanations regarding the origins of the type of beer and its relevance to Belgium honestly shaped the tasting experience. The meeting location was easy to find and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the beer tasting. We went to a couple of great pubs and learned and tasted a variety of Belgian beers, some of which we never would have tasted otherwise. Tom was an awesome tour guide with a lively energy, clearly very passionate about beer. His sense of humour may not have suited everyone but we found him very funny. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Tom was amazing! He’s such a storyteller and made the history of the beer super interesting. All the beers he chose were great and it was nice to get such a variety. I booked this solo and met a lot of other solo travelers and we all hung our drinking after the tour was over as well.
