I had a fantastic experience with this tour. Our tour guide was very friendly, informative and humorous. He took us to many spectacular views and special places including the most windy point of Oahu. He took many pictures of us and shared the pictures with us at the end. He even showed us some photography tricks on iPhone. I had a wonderful day with the tour guide and the group. I highly recommend this tour.

We had Mac as our photographer tour guide for the day. He did an amazing job from on time pick up and taking over 210 photos for the group. And even more impressive, we got all the photos he took on his Canon mirrorless camera on our phones before he dropped us off. He even showed my wife some photography tricks on her iPhone. Overall we had a fantastic day and took may spectacular scenic pictures. Ask for Mac, you will have a great tour!

My first trip to Oahu was in 1969, where I met up with my husband for his R&R from the battlefields of Vietnam. I took our 18 month old daughter with me so that she could be with her daddy for those five days, days of precious memories. My husband died 12 yrs ago. This trip in March was for me to be in those precious places once again. I carried with me the photos from 1969. I gave myself the Beautiful Colors of Hawaii Photography Tour for Valentines Day 2024, with the hope of capturing new pictures of precious memories, me there again, holding those precious pictures of those days long ago. My guide for my early morning tour was Mr Malcolm Strickland, Mac. He went out of his way to help me realize my hopes and dreams! Professional, skilled, considerate, thoughtful, there are not enough good words to use for my experience that day that Mac took me around the island of Oahu to photograph the Beautiful Colors of Hawaii, in those special places photographed in 1969. On this trip I carried pictures from 1969, when I traveled from Ft Sill, OK, to meet my beloved Army Officer husband for his R&R from the battlefields of Vietnam. He died 12 years ago. I wanted to stand once again in those locations in the pictures, where he once stood, remembering those precious moments. Mac, the WONDERFUL driver that day went above and beyond my greatest expectations, finding those exact spots. I cry in joy even now as I write this review. Thank you, Mac. We were taken to several breathtaking lookout points and a beautiful beach, places we had not seen before even though we had visited Oahu before. Andrew was a great and personable guide who made our tour informative and enjoyable. With a lunch stop (we had delicious coconut shrimps,) the tour was excellent and highly recommended for photographers of all ages and skills.

Our Tour Guide Kurt took us to places that were stunning. Such beauty that it was surreal. I have been to Oahu before and I had never been to any of these places. I have so many amazing pictures from this tour. Kurt is a fantastic tour guide. 100 stars for this tour!

Got picked up in Waikiki, visited a lot of beautiful places I wouldn’t have otherwise seen. Kurt provided a lot of good information on photography and took good care of us. Had fun trying out his tips on all the gorgeous scenery. Stopped for plate lunch. Had a really nice time!

We have been to Oahu many times and saw some sites that we had never seen. Gabe was very attentive and informational about Oahu.

Our friendly guide drove us all over finding those beautiful photo shot opportunities for us. What a wonderful way to spend our day before catching a late flight back home.

This tour was a great way to see the island and to learn more about photography. Kurt was our tour guide and was very enthusiastic about his island. He took us to some of his favourite places, and showed us how to take better photos, especially with phone cameras. Also got to try a few local food treats. Great tour Kurt - thank you.

Had a wonderful tour. Took really great pictures. Newe was our tour guide. She was truly amazing. Extremely talented professional and friendly. We learned a lot about Hawaii and had a great time. Newe rocks!!!!

If I had the chance to do only 1 tour in O'ahu, it would be this. Small group, great places, fairly priced. Ideal for solo travelers

I was on Oahu by myself for a few days and decided to treat myself to this tour. It was really a great experience. Instructions and communication was clear as to when and where to meet. There were just a couple of others along on the tour, and we all enjoyed each other's company and the tour. Alex took us to many places that I would never have gone to on my own...both landmarks and out-of-the-way spots. He had lots of good tips for taking a good picture too. The pace was relaxed and fun and we saw lots of beautiful scenery. We stopped at a small local place for lunch (that I would NEVER have stopped at on my own!) and it was very, very good. Alex seemed to take his cue from what we all wanted to do and see, rather than rushing us through any kind of planned itinerary. And a stop at Leonard's malasada truck on the way home was the "icing on the cake"!

Our Tour guide Alex was amazing and very knowledge. The tour itself was not that exciting. We visited some overlooks.

This was the lowest tour on our list. My wife and I were picked up last and had to sit in the back of a small 10 paasenger van. It was cramped and hot. The guide had no PA system and we could not hear much from her. The stops were nice and we had seen about half of them on other tours. There was little said about how to take photos or camera operation. The guide was not from the island and did not have much to say about the the history of the island. Other than that she was nice and knew where she was going.

Alex was our guide. She was excellent. The places she took us were spectacular. Her knowledge of Island was detailed. Would highly recommend you do a tour with her.

Our Tour Lady was the absolute best. She did a fantastic job educating everyone on Hawaii. She was very knowledgeable of everything from trees to flowers, the different beaches and types of sand, the mountains, all the Islands etc…….. Thank you for making our Photo Tour special

Great tour! Mac, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and animated. He made the tour a lot of fun in addition to showing us great parts of the island. I highly recommend Mac and this tour.

Kurt was an excellent guide!! He provided great tips on how to optimize our photos, even using our phone cameras. He also told interesting stories about Oahu and the places we visited and provided useful information about places to check out during the rest of the stay. Would definitely recommend and would book another tour through this company when we return to Oahu.
