We had a memorable day trip with our guide Mikel. Miles was knowledgeable and friendly. We swooned over hot chocolate in Bayonne and will not forget the delicious lunch we had in an amazing market In Biarritz. Mikel knew just where to guide us.

Bayonne is a no. Not much to see. It is a nice city but worth the excursion. Saint John De luz and Biarritz are worth the trip. Beautiful coastal towns. Great restaurants and beaches, fun quaint shopping. Biarritz has good golf as well.

Ania provided us with the perfect experience in Biarritz, Bayonne and St Jean de Luz. She made sure we experienced the best of each town and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! She was detailed and fun to spend the day with!

We just returned to the US after having an amazing week in the Basque country. one of the highlights of our trip was our trip to the French region of the Basque country. I gained so much, and was immersed into so much culture and knowledge that I would not have got on my own, if I had just traveled over the border Ania was so informative, kind and friendly. She has an amazing vibe and made the day a pleasant one. she felt like an old friend, boy did she know the history of the Basque Region! I could not recommend this tour more for your trip to the Basque region. You will not be disappointed.

Visiting San Sebastian and not going to Bayonne, Biarritz, and Saint Jean de Luz is not being a globe-trotter! We visited the 3 cities in one day and were delighted! Each city had its own charm and architecture. Bayonne more classical, Biarritz quaint, chic, luxurious and with awesome beach rock formations and views.; Saint Jean de Luz with a light of its own, cute stores, cafes and macarons! Our tour guide, Ernes, was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and a great tour guide and local connoisseur! This is a highly recommended private tour. Don't miss these 3 French cities when visiting San Sebastian where they drive you in a comfortable van.

What a treat to spend a day with a local expert!!! We absolutely would recommend her and we would do it again in a heartbeat!!! Definitely worth every penny!

We really really loved our tour! ANIA was so amazing and we learned so much about both Spanish and French Basque culture. Saw beautiful countryside, villages, views, and ate so much delicious food. Although it wasn’t difficult to cross the boarder, it was immensely helpful having someone so knowledgeable, kind, and confident guiding us through this experience. We actually couldn’t recommend this tour or ANIA more highly. She was a great conversationalist and so accommodating to all of our specific goals and wishes for the day. Fantastic tour. Mark was the best. Very informative and helpful. He added some great things to the tour when it was apparent we were a little ahead of schedule. Kept it interesting for our teen as well. Great experience.

Marc was truly a delight to spend the day with while touring the Spain Basque coast. He was informed, generous with interesting details, and pleasant to spend a day with enjoying the coast. Marc was also attentive to our personal interests, checked for willingness to climb/walk/where it might be difficult for some. Marc was also a safe driver and we always safe in his stewardship of the day. We learned a lot about the area and his tour made us want to come back and have him as our tour guide!

We did this tour in April. Highly recommend. Booked in at short notice. Very knowledgable guide who grew up in the region and evidently knew the area very well. Tailored the tour to our preferences. It was a wet and cold day but this didn’t impact on our experience as guide adapted itinerary. Very enjoyable.

País Vasco Francés. Simplemente espectacular. El guía Markel hizo que el día se hiciera corto, nos condujo por lindos lugares, ilustrándonos sobre la historia de cada lugar.

La amabilidad de nuestro guía Markel fue clave : conocimos y caminos por lugares hermosos … a pie, en auto, lugares de naturaleza y pueblos maravillosos como Bayonne, el Faro, el inicio del camino De Santiago, Biarritz … muchas gracias.
