For us the only positive point was arriving at Saleccia beach which is magnificent! So there are other cheaper excursions. We unfortunately did the entire maquis track in the back of an absolutely not comfortable 4x4 on half seats and with tinted windows. Please note on the application it is indicated that we must provide a picnic (which we did) while the organizer plans to take us to a Corsican restaurant! So either you throw away your picnic to eat with those who knew about it, or you picnic on the table next to you! Not very nice ! And our guide was particular, sometimes funny but often annoying, we're not sure he appreciates tourists very much!!!

We discover beautiful landscapes, we could not go to Salencia because the prefecture decided to stop the accesses (risk of fires) we were however warned, on the other hand I did not at all appreciate the fact that we are asked to bring a lunch and finally we find ourselves in a restaurant which charges us a meal for two 117 euros! A restaurant lost in the middle of nowhere and much more expensive than elsewhere, a real scam and tourist trap.

The adventure and the discovery were in the RV our experienced driver, a real connoisseur of Corsica, took us to places where alone we would not have had access Only drawback the 4x4 is rather suitable for 5 people driver included the 2 rear seats being very uncomfortable ( we were 7)

The guide is really nice. He drives well, he is friendly and knows a lot about the island. The 4x4 deserves to be changed because it is a bit dated. In addition, the two seats at the very back are really not comfortable because you have your legs permanently bent. Insofar as the trip is already not easy, it's really not pleasant. We would have liked a stop in a more typical restaurant and less on the roadside. We would also have liked a short walk in the mountains and not just on the road. It was still a good day.
