Nothing. My air bnb initially sent the wrong address to where we were staying and that was the address we gave to as a pick up stop. Were were we’re called 6 minutes after the tour was supposed to start and then jumped into a cab to the correct stop. That took 30 minutes. Or so. By the time we got there we were informed the guide was angry about us being late and left. So we paid $217 for a tour we never had a a cab fare. The night before my wife was robbed of her phone ID and all her credit cards. Needless to say a bad introduction to Barcelona. I have contacted your company explaining this but I have not heard back from you except for the survey.! Not very good customer service.

Very dirty city. Overcrowded with bums on the street. Felt very unsafe there, especially at night. Business put there garbage on the streets next to outdoor cafes and it smells. Police are all over, but they don't seem to do anything. With that many police there, tells me it has lots of crime. It's like a party town for young people. They are always drunk and the cafes and bars don't ID anyone, so young kids drink. Streets smell and locals and local business seem very hateful if to don't speak calodonisn. Our whole tour group and guided felt the same. It's a big tourist trap now. Spend your money elsewhere and go to Seville

Our tour guide Jugo was very good. Extremely knowledgeable of Barcelona area. I would highly recommend him. He explained the history of Spain/Barcelona very well.

We loved hearing the legends & stories of the old city. From Roman, Medieval, Christian, Jewish through today... every step has history that provides our steps of today. Julia was a great guide!

Our guide Gabriela was spectacular and very knowledgeable of the many sights and history of Barcelona. Her great personality and sense of humor made for a very memorable and interesting day. She was very professional and amazingly talented in navigating the city while educating us about so much history and folklore as well as legends that provoke curiosity.

We loved our half day tour with Gabi. She made the history of old Barcelona interesting and understandable. The architecture was beyond words and we loved every minute of this tour.

We recently did the walking tour with Ramon through the streets of Barcelona. We had a fantastic time - Ramon was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and entertaining. He clearly has a passion for architecture and Gaudí and it was amazing to view the city through his eyes for 4.5 hours. I will say - definitely wear comfortable shoes! We walked between all the sights and had beautiful weather, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking to explore the city and the architectural beauty!

Pleasant guide! Covered a lot of sites and gave historical backgrounds, easy entries. We saw modern and ancient city.

Our guide, Jorge, was extremely knowledgeable about the various kinds of architecture that define the Eixample and Barri Gotic neighborhoods. He was able to point out details in many of the buildings by Gaudi and others that we would have missed had he not been with us. Additionally, he was a very patient Spanish teacher as we were also working on our Spanish speaking skills. We cannot say enough good things about him and the value we felt we received by taking this tour.

My wife and I took a 3 hour private walking tour of the old parts of Barcelona. Alan was a great guide and structured the tour to cover the things we were most interested in and skipped the things we had already seen. Apart from the historic aspects of the sites, Alan was able to give us insights into life in those times and showed us interesting small details.

Jorge was at our place early to take us on the walking tour. He was VERY helpful in explaining the history and symbolism behind a lot of the architecture. He is very knowledgeable and also helped us for the rest of the week by explaining the metro system and how to get around Barcelona. We thoroughly enjoyed Jorge's sense of humor, knowledge, and his company. I would highly recommend this tour.

We actually did two tours the same day - the City Center walking tour, and the Old Town walking tour. Both were great! Our tour guide for the city center tour was Jorge, and he was super nice and had a lot of good information for us about everywhere we went - which included a lot of the Gaudi buildings. It was a really cool tour, and we loved that it wasnt a big group, so we could go at our own pace and ask questions and get pictures without having to worry about getting lost from the group or missing any of the info. Definitely recommend!!

Jorge is our tour guide and really knowledgeable in the architectural side of Barcelona. He's very detailed oriented and lively in giving discussions. Thank God for positive vibes.

We had taken Viator's Sagrada Familia tour earlier in the day so rather than go back to our hotel, our walking tour guide met us at a local restaurant. Marc arrived on time and ready to begin our tour. It was a lovely day, perfect for strolling the streets of Barcelona. Marc was very knowledgeable about the history, culture, and architecture of the city. He never rushed us, and was more than willing to stop for photos and to answer any of our questions. Mid-way through the tour we stopped for a hot chocolate. It was nice to sit for a few minutes and just chat about life in Barcelona. At the end of the tour Marc helped us hail a taxi and made sure the driver knew where to take us.
We would recommend this tour if you have limited time in Barcelona and want a good overview of the city. We would also recommend you ask for Marc as he has a wonderful personality, speaks excellent English and loves his city.
