My husband and my we take a tour with Bcn Exclusive, we get a great day during our short time in Barcelona, Isaac our tour guide was great, he took as to many places of Barcelona, our time was short since we have to take a plane after the cruise, Isaac customize our time, and we see so more than we thought, and our experience was short but great.

Worst ever. We stopped one time. We couldn't hear the driver. Basically, except for stopping at the beach we drove around town.

I wouldn’t say this was a tour it was more of a transport service. We only made one stop at the Sagrada Familia. Driver was very kind.

The tour was great but the fact that our driver hustled us into a $400 US lunch so he could collect a gratuity from Salamander restaurant

Wonderful having a driver to get around the city and picks you up at your hotel. Drops you off at sites with tickets (which are extra) and picks you up in an hour or so. The driver only took us to the 2 sites (Pedrera and Park Guell) that I had tickets for. He did tell us about things that we passed on the way to the sites. My only negative is that I thought we were going to driven by more sites and he also dropped us off 25 minutes early (the time was supposed to be 4 hours).

Had a wonderful time sightseeing all the highlights of Barcelona. Our driver was excellent, engaged and accommadating. We highly recommend the tour for a quick overview.

We leave on a 12 cruise tomorrow and we chose to hire a driver for 6 hours Our driver arrived on time and his name was Paco. We wanted to experience Barcelona city and highlights of this large metropolitan city. We spoke with our driver Paco and he was committed to driving us around in a clean Van. We saw so very much through the day, and he explained much of the history of the tour. His knowledge and insight was just amazing throughout the day. For us we were truly satisfied and grateful, that he was our tour guide. Our day was amazing, and private with only my wife and I. But is was truly because our driver was very sharing about the many places he shared with us. We would recommend Paco , anytime while your travels are in Barcelona.

Driver was prompt picking us up and proceded to drive around the city on the tour that allowed us to view several features of Bracelona. I wasn't until I took the Hop On Hop Off bus ride around the cdity that I realized how inadequate the lime tour really was. It missed many of the wonderful features of Barcelona that should have been included in the tour. Take the Hop On Hop Off tour instead.

This was a private chauffeur but not a tour. You misrepresented this. He went to the wrong hotel and had to track him down. Arrived late and wanted to cut the driving after 2 hours. Not happy you refused to refund me 50% back when I brought this to your attention. Also ticket requests were ignored when requested. Viator total disappointment and bad customer service.

Great city, but I wish we had a tour that offered more information and more stops. Lots of driving. Could be much better.

Paco was very good. He met us at the airport and we informed him we really only had about 2.5 hours for a tour as we needed to be at the Port for a cruise. He was able to adapt his original plans and showed us as much as he could. He was very knowledgeable and very professional.

Elvis out tour guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable on the history of the city This tour is great for an overview of what the city has to offer and where to go for further adventures

Elvis was extraordinary!! He made Our ride comfortable and was timely and knew so much about the city. We Maxed out the car with seven of us, myself, husband, children (3, 8) my dad and my in-laws and even still we drove comfortably throughout Barcelona. Get tickets to Sagrada Familia; you won’t regret it. This is a must tour for a quick and relaxing tour of Barcelona! Thank you Elvis.

Loved visiting Sagrada Familigia and Oarc Guell. Udo was awesome. Very accommodating and very knowledgable.

Udo was a true professional in every way. He arrived at our hotel on time in a comfortable vehicle. While not a native of Barcelona he is a 30 year resident and was able to convey the personality of Barcelona as a proud resident but not like a tourist bureau advertisement. There was a great ability to customize our tour to what we wanted to see. For example since we toured the Sagrada Familia the day before, this landmark was not a necessary part of our tour. Our tour ended at our cruise ship as we desired. Briefly, Udo gave an informative and fun tour. He discussed things other tour guides skipped over. All in all, he was one of the best we have been guided by.

We had the king of all drivers guides Elvis. Who can say the had Elvis take them around Barcelona. Elvis was a great guide and showed us all around Barcelona. What a beautiful city and wonderful experience. Thank you George family

Excellent overview of Barcelona! We were delayed getting into Barcelona and challenged on time. Elvis did a great job of prioritizing and scheduling the itinerary, allowing us to see the best of the city.
