We always do a Hop On/Hop Off bus if available to where we are visiting. Gives us an ideal of what we want to see the major highlights. Then we can decide if we want a tour or do on our own. Viator always is a value for the money.

This package was refused by at least 7 buses! We called Viator for help but they didn't respond for 4 days, at which we had already left. Their response was in an email, saying No, they wouldn't refund our money!!!

Great the best way to see highlights of Barcelona. Highly recommended and inexpensive with a 60 minutes Catamaran ride.

Buses were a bit confusing with all the different companies. The trip was fantastic. the only way to see the city. Staff were very helpful

Helpful! Download the app for bus locations and help with navigation to stops. We also mostly for scenic tour and the metro for most specific transportation. Going around the loop took about 2hrs so you have to take that into consideration if you have planned entry. We also did the catamaran tour. It was an interesting different perspective of the city.

Convenient way to combine sightseeing with transportation around the City. Also great when you need a break from walking but want to continue to see and learn about your destination.

We never used the bus portion as we could not find the locations to get on. Also the boat experience was a waste. There was nothing interesting to see.

We really enjoyed our Hop on Hop Off experience. We felt like we really got to see Barcelona. We enjoyed the Catamaran too.

The busses need work. Several of the headset jacks did not work, were staticy, or the jacks just didn't stay in. The company says that the busses arrive every 15 minutes, but we sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. One time I was told that the top deck was full, even though I could see open seats. Was then told that there were a lot of passengers waiting at the next stop. Your best choice with this is to do the complete circle without getting off, but paying attention to the attractions and areas that you want to go back to. The catamaran was pleasant, but I don't think it was worth the extra charge.

Pay for this tour if you want to watch 6 of the competitor buses drive by for every one of City Tour buses and when it finally does finally come by, it’ll be full and you will have to keep watching competitor buses pick up their customers while you wait for the next one.

Long distance between stops, we never used the catamaran as we ended up waiting too much for the next bus to arrive. Narrative is not much with the headphones, pretty basic. I really wanted this to be a good experience but I feel we totally wasted our money, we paid for a 48 hour ticket.

Barcelona is a huge city and traffic is dense!! We wisely elected to book the Hop-on-Hop-off. By doing this we had no stress of driving in traffic in Barceona, and we were able to learn much about the town, buildings, and people. The busses arrive at stops about every 10 minutes .

It was raining and the bus was dripping water from everywhere. It was a horrible experience. Water was coming from the light, the windows and pooling from the upper deck

We were only in Barcelona for 4 whole days and wish we had done this tour on our first day as it would have given us a better insight into what Barcelona had to offer. There were 2 routes and we choice the Orange route as we had already seen some of the Green route by foot. Would recommend doing a bus tour first.

The tour gave you earphones when you went on the bus it was a wonderful overview of Barcelona. Easy and safe.
