Amazing trip. Irene was an amazing tour guide and made sure that all of us were taken care of. And our driver Andres also did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend!

We went with Irene and Andres Highly recommend. It was a long day but Irene made it very fun and she was super enthusiastic and informative. I cannot recommend her enough. As for the activities. They were really fun. Of note this just includes entry to the swing, cable car and the 2 water falls. The bridge, zip lining and all food is not included. Nothing too expensive so it was fine we just didn’t know. Bring layers and some rain gear as the weather changes suddenly. No places to get actually wet unless it’s raining (that wasn’t very clear to me before going so thought I’d mention) as you’re pretty protected from the waterfall spray.

We got very lucky in getting Ernesto as a tour guide. He was punctual for our pick up time, informative throughout the tour and very funny as well! We enjoyed the car ride with him and when we all arrived he was very flexible in letting us decide what we wanted to do and all the activities were incredible! Bungee jumping, end of the world and extreme swing, and cable car rides. 6 or 7 different activities all back to back that we thoroughly enjoyed with Ernesto, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, all places we visited. We liked very much the swing, the waterfall ( Devil’s cauldron). The zip line was really fun! Jessica gave us the info about every place. She was the good guide tour.

I had traveled to many countries and never had a guide like Ernesto. He is absolutely amazing. He is super friendly , respectful and have a lot of knowledge. I highly recommend Ernesto as a tour guide in Ecuador.

This tour was an amazing value. If you’re on the fence, just book it already and be ready for all the best stops. It’s a long day but full adventure. Irene was THE BEST host who was hilarious, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ask for her. Jimmy was an excellent driver and they make the best pair.

We did the full day trip to Baños with our amazing tour guide, Irene. It was so much fun! Irene made sure to include fun facts, important history, and was a great guide at each site! I highly recommend this day trip!

Despite the lengthy drive, we made a delightful pit stop for breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. Throughout the journey, Carlos adeptly elucidated various points of interest, enriching our experience with valuable insights. Upon arriving in Baños, the action-packed itinerary commenced, delivering an array of exhilarating experiences. Notably, one of our fellow travelers expressed a desire to partake in bungee jumping, a request promptly accommodated by the enthusiastic Carlos and Jimmy. The tour seamlessly executed every aspect, from the meticulous planning to the impeccable execution by both the guide and the driver. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse this tour to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure.

My partner and I had such an amazing time on this trip from Quito to Baños! We were picked up at our hotel promptly at the time that we were told. The trip there was filled with the perfect mixture of information and quiet time, since it was super early! Once we got to Baños, we did all of the promised activities and our guide, Misa, was so knowledgeable about the place, history and animals! We met some really cool people on the tour, as well, so that was a nice addition! I really feel like it was an overall amazing experience!

This trip was amazing! Carlos was our tour guide and Jimmy was our driver. They were both beyond great. This as an adventurous tour and a long day. It was amazing, we had the greatest time from seeing beautiful waterfalls to bungee jumping off of a bridge. The bungee jumping & ziplines were not included in the price but well worth the $25. I would recommend this tour any day. We met great people on the way and will never forget this time.

Misa was a Great tour guide, told us history about Ecuador and places we were going. Banos itself is beautiful, would recommend to anyone.

Ernesto was a great tour guide! He had a lot of great tips and suggestions on where to go and what was available for us to do. He has a positive attitude and is always laughing. He was very knowledgeable about his country and never hesitated to answer any of our questions. If you want a personal photographer he’s your guy as well, he knows all the good spots and gets a lot of great angles. He single handedly made our first day in Ecuador one to remember for sure! This is a great tour if you like exciting adventures. Thank you Ernesto.

The first thing I want to say is that pictures don't do justice to Devil's Cauldron Waterfall. That place is truly breathtaking, along with the overall scenic route and stops. Our tour guide Maesa (I am sure I am butchering his name) was amazing and kept the experience fun and personal. Highly recommend this tour but be prepared for regular traffic jams going out and in from Quito.

I went to Baños with tbis tour company and everything went according to plan. Pick-up was also on time for their pick-up windows both days. Mauricio was the driver, and he impressed with his driving skills while navigating tight spaces and apexes without ever touching a tire to a curb (I notice these things!). I also never felt unsafe with him behind the wheel. When you are literally trusting your life with some stranger (we passed a fatality crash with a similar tour van on the way out of Quito), it is important to feel completely safe with the person running the show. Misael was a great guide, but not only for his knowledge, but for his friendliness and genuine care and concern for everyone. It felt more like I was with a good friend. The teleferico (more like a zip line) was unexpectedly fast and thrilling. The views from and at the swing were lovely. The waterfall hike was stunning. I could have stayed there all day. I wanted to find a way to build a little home into the canyon walls. I can't recommend this tour company enough! I had a 3 day tour booked from another company that they canceled on me at the last minute and left me scrambling to make other plans. The tours I had wanted to do through my hostel didnt fit with my itinery, so I looked for other options. I took a chance from a referral from a staff member at the hostel, and I was a little worried because I was looking at tours through Viator that had established reviews and I really didnt want to be disappointed with my limited time in Quito. I wasn't. These are great people.

We had an amazing day with Ernesto! Ernesto was so much fun and a pleasure to be around. His heart is filled with so much joy. Ernesto was very knowledgeable about the history and different towns. Ernesto recommend great places to get food and treats to try. We would highly recommend this tour and Ernesto, he really made us feel special. It was a perfect day trip to Baños! The trip was fantastic! Ziplining, cable ride, the swing and good food! My friend and really enjoyed ourselves and hopefully will go back!

This tour was so well planned and put together....every detail even passing cool stuff on the way to Baños was planned to perfection in order to keep us entertained. Irène was a wonderful guide she was knowledgeable but also keen on making sure we all had fun and that we all got the opportunity to partake in the different activities that we wanted. This is a great comprehensive tour of Baños led by a great guide and a driver that's safe and efficient. I would do this all over again in a heartbeat.
