It is a very long ride from Quito to go there, but our wunderful guide made it very very interessesting! Banos is an excellent place, with fantastic natur and waterfall and funny places, too

This was such a great experience. I had Carlos and he took great care of my mom and I. We took great pictures and was able to beat the crowds for pictures. The drive was long but Carlos made the drive educational and entertaining. Even though there were road detours, it still gave us a chance to discover other places. Baños is beautiful and I recommend this trip. And shout out to Carlos for taking care of us and giving us an amazing experience to last a lifetime.

The Rio Verde waterfalls is a very special sight - worth the short hikes to see it in all its majesty. The short cable car ride to view waterfalls was also special plus the opportunity to do zipline or other things. The guide, Cathy, was very nice and a very good driver, was happy to spend the day with her. The lunch was delicious, good restaurant selection. Thankful overall for the tour.

We traveled on a perfect weather day. We saw Cotopaxi volcano emitting steam from the top of the cone. Ash from the eruption had melted the snow to the west. Then we were on to Baños de Aguas Santas with the rich biodiversity of the jungle. The waterfalls were majestic We finished the day in the town of Baños with its ancient charm. Our guide, Ximena, was fantastic. The trip was perfect.

Hugo was an incredible tour guide! This tour would have been nothing without him. From his explanations of historical sites as we drove through Quito, to his explanation of Banos, he was fantastic from end to end. He was upbeat and cheery, truly enjoying his job. He allowed us to stop in multiple spots for pictures which was great. Overall, wonderful experience. Baños as a whole is a quant and amazing town. The waterfalls and rivers surrounding it are jaw dropping. I wish we had more time here! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much Hugo

Amazing views in a full day. If you want to see a lot in one day, this tour is for you. Our tour guide Carlos was the absolute best! It was obvious that he enjoys his work as a guide. He gives details on the history of Ecuador during the drive between places as well as at the places we stopped. This included seeing several amazing waterfalls and riding in a gondola across one of the ravines. If you are able, you can do ziplines in this area as well. The last waterfall stop is Pailon del Diablo waterfall (aka Devil's Cauldron), which is a very large waterfall, you can feel its force when you stand on the stairs next to it. If you are brave, you can walk under it- we didn't do this. Following this stop, Carlos recommended a small restaurant for a quick lunch. The place had the most amazing empanadas. Our last stop was the town of Baños, where we wandered the town and visited the most amazing church, Church of the Virgin of the Holy Water (Nuestra Señora del Agua Santa). Definitely recommend this tour, and if you can request Carlos as your guide, you won't regret it.

We had an amazing time with William as our guide and David as our driver. We were able to see many spots. We were allowed to tailor our day to our interest. William would provide options and recommendations. The weather was rainy at the beginning of the day. We adjusted and did a tour of Banos during this time to avoid this weather during our cable car ride and walks to waterfalls. We saw many volcanoes as the day cleared. It is a very long day of driving. David did a great job keeping us safe. Quito/Banos traffic is heavy… so do not be surprised with delays. We are staying in Quito for 3 full days before Galapagos. I would recommend a longer stay in the area if your schedule allows. This option worked well for our schedule. We are so glad we saw the area and that William was our guide.

Had a great time with Hugo. Didn't know in advance that I would been the only person but this was fine. I was able to chat in spanish all day with Hugo I'm spaniah as I am here in Ecuador to speak Spanish. Thanks Hugo for teaching me some new words and I taught you some too. We viewed the downtown of Baños, many waterfalls, took a cable car ride across a river, had a nice lunch. It is a long trip for one day and you.will spend longer in car than in Baños bit if you only have one day, it is probably worth it to make tge trip. It is a very beautiful area. I would say that the price I paid for solo should have included lunch. Also, I didn't like the restaurant we ate at. The people were rude and tge food was very average. Tour good though. Lots of information.

Andres was a great tour guide and knew a lot about the area. It was a fun-filled day. There is a lot to do in the Banos area. We did the trip in a single day from Quito, which meant a 3 hour drive each way.

My fiance and I had an amazing time with our tour guide Wilson Tituaña for the Banos day trip. This is a private tour and although the activities cost is not included, it was still very reasonably priced for each individual activity and well worth it. The trip to Banos took about 3.5 -4.5 hours depending on traffic. He picked us up from our hotel on time, and spent the whole day with us: driving us around, arranging all the activities for us, pointing out and explaining geographical landmarks, and answering questions about Ecuador culture. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of local outdoor activities, such as whitewater rafting, ziplining, hiking, cable car, and cycling (bike rentals) alongside the roads of Banos. We were able to do all these listed activities because he set it up for us and we had a wonderfully adventurous day thanks to him. Wilson's knowledge of the entire place is unparallel and he is so considerate and went above and beyond. For example, while biking, he made sure to follow us to protect us from the cars and when he saw that I was extremely exhausted, he made sure to pick us up some Powerade. He also made sure to take lots of photos on his phone to send to us. You can tell that he is a genuinely kind person and he does his best to make it a pleasant experience for us. Overall, I highly recommend booking this tour.

Recommend this tour to people who may not have as much time to spend in Banos! If we had more time we would have booked for atleast 2 day tour in Banos. Freddy was an awesome tour guide! Banos was a beautiful town!

Wilson did a great job. It was so informative and fun. We had plenty of time. We enjoyed great food - saw alot of wonderdul attractions, watrrfalls, ziplining, the market.

Fredy was great, informative qnd friendly. His knowledge made this trip interesting and fun.All was seamles and program was amazing.

Waterfalls and Banos was fabulous. I would recommend a 2 day trip rather than one day. The downfall was our ‘guide’. Daniel was really just a driver. He did not point out names and history of different things on our trip. During our hikes he was so far ahead of us that we didn’t catch a glimpse of him most if the time. I give the guide a ‘1’ and scenery a 5. Note: this was a private tour too.

It's hard to say what was the best part, because we loved several things! Our guide, Raco, was incredibly knowledgeable. He taught us so much about the history behind each place we visited, making it even more impactful.

Our day was extraordinary from the beginning! Volcanoes, waterfalls, adventure and tropical rainforests! It couldn't be better, this day trip is highly recommend..!
