Putu was an excellent driver. He communicated with me ahead of time on WhatsApp and let me know the pickup details. His English is good and he was friendly with my family. He got us there and back safely, couldn’t ask for anything more. In terms of the white water rafting, it was absolutely exhilarating and one of the raddest things we’ve ever done as a family. It was a hard hike down on sketchy, uneven, and slippery steps but it was worth it. After a long day of rowing, you have to hike back up. Our 6 year old was able to do it but just keep this in mind for anyone with bad knees or questionable fitness.

This was such an awesome experience, so tranquil and a lot of fun. We had an excellent and funny rafting tour guide too. Would 100% recommend. The stairs may not be suitable for less mobile people so just be aware of that. We loved our driver Yanika! She is so great. Such a kind person, great taste in music, and just really nice to be around 😁 Next time we're in Bali we will definitely be catching up again! 🩵 Thanks for the great day 😁

Our day started of with a nice ride to the rafting place with Asta, our driver/guide. The rafting itself was good fun and the guides were very friendly and nice. After the rafting we had some good lunch and went to the coffee plantation after a quick stop at some rice fields where we took some nice pictures. The plantation gave a cool insight on how the coffee was made. Besides that we had really nice conversations with Asta, who speaks English very well, which made our day even more remarkable. So all in all we had a great day with a really nice and lovely driver! We 100% recommend this tour and when you have Asta as your guide you're in for a really special and good/fun day!

The ticket that I purchased was for 6 hours and lunch buffet but the fact was the water rafting is only 2-3 hours and there's no lunch buffet. The vendor should give warning. I would of purchase cheaper ticket which is half price of what I purchased with 3 hours water rafting, it is more close to the fact. I feel like a little ripped off. Other than that, employees of the water rafting are very kind and respectful.

Overall this adventure was amazing! The staff all round had such fun jovial natures and truely made the experience memorable. Shout out to our raft tour guide Lemon!! One of our most memorable moment was actually our driver Asta!! We had a blast pumping the tunes and singing in the car, karaoke style. We ended up hiring Asta to be our tour guide for two more days. Would definitely recommend!

Our driver Dede and our guide Mandy are very helpful!!! Dede is very helpful with tips, where to go and know s Bali roads and traffic like at the back of his hands and can speak very well. He is not like other drivers that will just push with services. He's grateful and very polite. Highly recommended as a driver. The experience was amazing!!! Everyone is safe and very happy. Definitely will do it again and recommend it with others.

My friend and I booked this the night before. I was a little nervous they wouldn’t get our reservation in time. I contacted the driver (Putu) via WhatsApp and he responded right away with the pick up details. He came directly to our hotel and picked us up. Along the way, he was friendly and gave us some good advice and tips. We arrived and checked in at the rafting location. I will caution that the trek down to the river is quite steep (if anyone in your party has mobility issues, I would ask if they have any options). We loaded our boats and spent 2 amazing hours on the river! Our day was picture perfect in every way! Once we returned, they had fresh towels, shower facilities and changing rooms. They even provided us with plastic bags for our wet clothes! They also had a hot lunch prepared for us. Pictures and videos could be purchased for an extra fee. Overall, this was one of the most amazing experiences ever and I highly recommend it!

Putu was an amazing driver for the Ayung River Rafting experience! He was on time for pick up, had a great personality, and he has strong English skills. If you’re looking for a great time, but worried about the driver, just hire Putu. His car was very clean, air conditioned, and he’s a very careful driver. The rafting adventure was so AWESOME!! I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for adventurous activities while in Bali. After rafting, a lunch buffet of local foods was provided.

I really enjoyed this one. I guess this was one of the best activities that you could do in Ubud. Not only enjoying the rafting itself, the guide was really funny and good. I loved this experience a lot. N on the way back home, the we went to the coffee plantation where we could taste of tea and coffee. It was great. The epic was the driver Leon. He knows really well about the Hindu and we talked a lot about it. It was kinda live-lesson

It was the best time ever. I went to the trip with my friend and it was the most memorable trip. The rafting was so fun and also the coffee tasting as well. Coffee tasting after the water activity was so good. And also the driver was so good that we could travel really comfortable. Moreover, he was the best DJ, all the songs he chose was awesome so that we sang a song most of the time. I highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Communication with Putu before the trip was great! He picked up my husband and I on time and drove us to the meeting point to go white water rafting. Putu is excellent - knowledgeable, fun and easy going!Rafting was so much fun - especially for the price!!! Be prepared for some gnarly stairs to get to the river! All well worth it! The river is beautiful and the guides are wonderful.

A great trip, loads of fun. Rafting was great - if you don’t mind stairs! Great views and easygoing rapids. Lunch and the coffee tasting was also delicious. All the guides were great, with a special shout out to our driver and DJ Leon!

Nice trip, Rafting was cool, the Guide was good (the only bad thing were the stairs down to the river and later back up again...). Our driver Dede was great. We went white water rafting during our honeymoon when we were staying in Ubud. Our driver Putu was super helpful and friendly and we had an amazing day. We had so much fun white water rafting. Top tip: no matter what your information beforehand says, wear flip flops. We were the only ones wearing trainers. There are quite a few steps to get down to the river but when you get down there it's beautiful and so much fun! The coffee plantation was really interesting. We tasted lots of teas and coffees including the famous Luwak coffee and our guide Harry was super friendly and took lots of photos for us. Would highly recommend this trip. 😊

We had a fun day and was taken good care of. Our driver, Dede picked us up at our hotel and guided us through the day with rafting and coffee plantain. We really liked that he could anwer all our questions along the way and sometimes funfacts too! All in all, excellent service! I was surprised to get towles, water and lunch at the rafting as well. The trip was super fun, well planned and worth every penny! :-)

A perfect day! Got picked up at the hotel right on time. Dede is a polite, social and pleasant driver that took us to the rafting and the coffe plantation, but he also asked us multiple times if we would like to stop at other attractions during the day. Very helpful, really. The rafting was amazing through the jungle, and the coffee tasting was very exciting. Really no cons 👍🏻
