The driver was excellent and the activities were well organised. If you do want extra activities they charge ridiculous prices in USD. This was very disappointing as so many other companies in Bali. Besos on principle I would not use this company again or recommend its services.

Super good, fantastic experience! We had a lot of fun doing all the activities on the water. Parachute was one but others are also worth it!

Luckily weather was good. No too hot and sunny. No long queues. All good. We had fun and enjoyed. Better buy online tickets to get discounts.

It was a fantastic day out with my 13 year old son. The staff were friendly and helpful and the activities were a lot of fun. Only downside was the amount of rubbish on the beach you had to walk through to get to the water.

Easy to book online. However it's more expensive than booking in person.The experiences lasted for 5-10 mins each. Not worth the price.The guides who were with us were very nice. The activites are very prone to injuries. Had back pain after the donut experience and close calls for facial injury after jet ski. Its ok if you are very careful. Had issues after the activities. They don't have proper shower facilities. Only 1 shower working out of 3 which was always occupied. When asked the staff about showers they simply told me to go shower outside. Which means in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Was told this by 2 staff. They were aware that they don't have proper facilities yet they lied saying it only stopped working in the afternoon when it looks otherwise. Had to go home without shower. I'd probably recommend to book somewhere else.

It was fun and the guide was very nice. We went snorkelling at blue lagoon and went to the gate of heaven for a tour. Guide was very nice and took care of us during the journey. Highly recommended.

Great experience we did parasailing and donut. Both great fun and wonderfully fast ride on the donut. Only thing about donut is that one of the guys tried to get more money from us out at sea by offering us another 10 mins. Took a while to convince him we did not want to. Little scary as he was quiet insistent.

Fantastic experience! So much fun. Would deffinatly recommend. My favourite part was going on the jet ski. The guides were brilliant. Life jackets are provided for you to feel more comfortable.

From the moment of booking, we were contacted by the tour operator by WhatsApp, and there was ease of communication even before we landed in Bali. On the day itself, we were picked up by our driver and had a guide with us throughout the experience, so we knew what to expect. There are lockers to keep your belongings. You will go parasailing, jet skiing, and riding in the banana boat and donut boat. I would recommend this if anyone has a spare 3-4 hours and would like some adrenaline fun!

the facilities were very good. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to beach club where the activities where held. We got given beach towels, a locker and a bottle of water at no extra. The parasailing was fun but lasts about 5 mins - it was a good enough amount of time for us. Each other activity feels short but it’s about 15mins on each. The donut was our favourite as it’s a real thrill seeing ride. The banana boat is pretty tame but you can ask to get thrown off if you want. We would like to go back but do some different activities

Was great, everyone was super nice and helpful. Pick up was super easy and the driver was extremely nice. The showers are clean, the equipment is clean as well. You should know the parasailing is only 3 minutes though, the crew takes you around the shore then brings you back and then you're done. Was slightly disappointed because it was supposed to be 15 minutes as per the description, but the rest of the activities were so good that I wasn't too bothered. When you ride the banana boat/donut boat, you can communicate with the crew to tell them if you'd like to go fast or not, but its funnier to go fast.

Had the best time doing the 4 water sports package. It's a must do Day tour when in Bali. It was fun and exhilirating!

We actually went twice as my daughter really enjoyed it. Friendly people, and great rides. If it was up to my daughter we would have been there every day!

All 4 activities were such great fun, especially the paragliding - it was our first time doing watersports and we felt very safe and secure throughout. The hotel transfers were smooth and quick and the team at the beach club welcomed us warmly and organised the session very well, even though we only booked it the night before. It was such great value for the price and would definitely book a tour again via Sun Tours - very well organised :)
