Marco Island Resort was wonderful! Great Staff & a beautiful place. My favorite thing to do was go on an Air Boat, so much fun!

The guide Eric was extremely knowledgeable and detailed about the wildlife and made the tour fun. Also very clear instructions on how to operate the mini boat and stressing safety....had a great time!

Our tour guide was amazing and great sense of humor! We originally wanted to ride jet skis but decided on these instead and I'm so glad we did!! They were an absolute blast! And to top it off we got to see about 5 dolphins!! It was an absolutely amazing experience!! We would have loved to do the 2.5 hour tour but the 1.5 tour was the only one available for the day that worked for us. We will do this again for sure!

We had a great time with Tyler, who was great! We saw dolphins, egrets and eventually an alligator. Really fun excursion but a little too pricey.

The boats flew along which my husband loved but we thought there would be more to look at. We had one quick glimpse of some dolphins early on but that was about it. It was more of a thrill ride than anything. We also were soaked head to toe with salt water to the point where we could barely see through our sunglasses but couldn't take them off or we would be blinded. The tour guides did a great job; it just wasn't what we expected.

This was absolute one of the highlights of our vacation! My teenage boys had a great time!!! The bolts are in great shape and extremely clean. Our tour guide was fantastic. We loved seeing the Dolphins and white horse key was absolutely stunning.

Thrilling ride! Great guide, boats very comfortable. We saw dolphins playing nearby. Well worth every penny!

Backwater Adventure was a great experience. Tyler was an excellent guide. The Craigcat boats were comfortable and easy to drive.

Tyler was great. This was the 2nd time I have gone and just as fantastic as 1st time.. took my niece and nephew and they thought it was a magical adventure.

We’ve been out in the backwater on different boats over the past seven years and I’ve seen these little boats zooming by and always wondered what they were all about. First and foremost Eric the guide is amazing. Can you imagine loving your job as much as this guy does? The tour was fantastic. Saw a lot of beautiful wildlife in their natural surroundings. Eric did a great job explaining what we would and did see and also gave some background on the area. Dolphins were playing and coming right up to our boats! Kids loved it. The CraigCats are in great shape and so much fun. There were three families of friends on this expedition and we all had a blast. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

What a great way to get out on the water and take in beautiful views of the mangroves. Tyler was a great guide. He made sure nobody was falling too far behind, but still allowed us to go fast and enjoy the exhilarating ride. He also gave us time to idle and watch dolphins at play. These Craig cats are a lot of fun to maneuver. It does take a minute or two to get the hang of it. We did the 2 1/2 hour tour with a stop at an island to do a little shelling and stretch our legs. It also allows the other passenger to take over as driver. Make sure you look at their website to get the right address. You board the boats at the Little Bar on Goodland. The address on TripAdvisor in Google is not correct. Highly recommend!

If you want a fast & wet boat ride, see a few birds, see a few dolphin fins for a few seconds, shell at an island for 25 minutes then book this today! The tour guide was very nice and friendly. Two adults in one boat was around $340. We took the 2 1/2 tour with the Craig boats. My husband usually drives a bass boat and truly enjoyed driving the Craig Boats. They went a lot faster than he thought they would. The brochures/website show amazing photos of dolphins swimming near the boats, I wish we had experienced that encounter. However we only saw one fin for a few seconds, we are invading their home and they just didn't want to come out to play. This adventure isn't a Disney ride where you can expect to see a ton of animals and if that is what you are hoping for, I'd skip this adventure. However if you like to ride in fast boats, don't mind getting wet, looking for shells at an island that is away from the general public (for around 25 minutes), and having a friendly tour guide, then book this tour right now! I do wish our guide offered to take a photo of us in the boat. I took photos of the other boats who were on our tour, but unfortunately we did not get a photo of us inside a boat.

We had an amazing time and our guide, Tyler, was the best! We will definitely do this again with other friends and family!

This was a gift for my husband’s birthday. We had a blast and saw dolphins twice! The trip is quick. The boats handle great. Tyler was a great guide.

This tour is an absolute must do! It is fun, exhilarating and a very unique manner to view the 10000 island area. Tyler was great! Highly recommended for all.

What an amazing way to end our time in the Goodland/Marco area! Connor definitely knows how to give a tour of the 10000 Islands. From the beginning with the pre-tour orientation to the dolphin sightings, shell hunt, and knowledge of the area in general we definitely got more than was expected. He really made us feel comfortable and our enjoyment was his number one priority. We will definitely be back to ride the CraigCats at Backwater Adventures.
